Renovated Rita Grace Manor “A Building” – After a devastating fire, we captured the opportunity to build something beautiful from the ground up. In 2016, Rita Grace reopened featuring modern ash grey flooring, raised ceilings with recessed lighting, energy efficient stainless steel appliances, central air and heat, and a washer and dryer in each unit. The building features a fitness center, bike storage, elevator, and ramps to ensure easy access into the building. Floorplans include spacious studio, corner one bedroom and standard one or two bedroom units.
