I had such a great experience at Riva Ridge. I moved there sight unseen when I first relocated to Colorado for my job, and the process was so smooth and professional. Leah, the property manager, is very personable and helpful and I always had quick service on maintenance and any issues. The apartments themselves are well maintained and spacious, and the neighborhood feels very safe. There's also some nice trails and parks nearby for short walks. I really enjoyed my 6 months here and would recommend it to anyone looking to live in Lakewood!

My wife and I have raised our children at Riva Ridge. It is the absolute PERFECT place to live. Located next to anything you could possibly need as well as a hop, skip, and a jump from the lightrail. Management is friendly and fair and maintenance is quick to fix any problems. We have not had any issues in 12 years and we look forward to continuing to live here!

Moved here in 2015 and would not want to live anywhere else in the Denver area. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet with plenty places to bike and walk with Green Mountain trailheads just a few blocks away. There are lots of amenities close by and the property manager is awesome. She is always helpful and very responsive. Maintenance requests are dealt with promptly and the maintenance guy is really nice.

I lived here for 8 years. It is a very nice apartment complex: 1. Maintenance is super fast, friendly, and good at their job. 2. Front office staff are friendly and organized. Leah is very sweet. You won’t find better management! 3. It is as quiet as an apartment can be. 4. Assigned parking is nice, but there are plenty of street spots for guests. 5. The indoor pool is a little old, but is pleasant. 6. Parks are close by and a great neighborhood to walk through. 7. This area doesn't have a "downtown", but if you don't mind driving or don't go out much, it is just fine. It is close to the train that does go downtown too. Golden very is close and the mountains. Definitely a great place to be!

Lived here for a little over 4 years and any issues (which weren't many over the years) were handled promptly and with ease. Paying rent and communications were easy. Definitely appreciated the fact that they didn't try to take of advantage of renters with huge rent hikes when renewal time came around. Always felt like they cared about their renters. Leah in the office always took excellent care of any particular question or need. Truly appreciated her and the maintenance gentleman. Would certainly recommend

We have had nothing but an exceptional experience living at Riva Ridge for the past two years. The complex is quiet, neighbors friendly, Leah (property mgr) and Marty (maintenance and do-it-all man!) are so supportive and dependable. The endless sidewalks with three parks surrounding the apartments allow for endless walking routes and a beautiful neighborhood in which to be outside. The quality build and style of our apartment makes our home sweet home one that we treasure. Can’t say enough about how fortunate we feel living at Riva Ridge!

Been here at Riva Ridge over four years or so and we have not one complaint about our cute and cozy apartment with a great view. Leah is a very reliable and friendly manager along with Marty who is quick and does a fantastic job on any repairs we have needed, which has been very few and minor. I truly love living here.

I lived at this complex for three years. It's quiet and the property manager is great to work with. Quick to respond to maintenance requests. Close to the red rocks college light rail station provides an easy way to ride the rail to Denver if needed. Overall it was one of the best places I had the pleasure to live at. You will not be disappointed.

Moved from NY for work to CO and both the apartment and Leah have exceeded my expectations, it's great value for your hard earned money. Everything is well maintained and freshly painted. The property manager Leah is extremely responsive and gave me multiple video tours and always answers me quickly if I have a question. Only con is the pandemic keeps the clubhouse off limits because that pool looks gorgeous and guest parking is a limited, both are reasonable.

I have been living in a one bedroom apartment for almost a year. I am very happy so far and never had any problem. Apartments are so clean, quiet, and well constructed. I had the lowest gas and electricity bills in my life in this place, even though, this year CO got a huge amount of snow. The living room has a lot of sunshine during the day especially if your windows are facing East. kitchen appliances were all brand new for us so no problem at all. Moving from VA, one of my major concerns was about roaches. Thank God I have not seen any during my stay so far. You have your assign parking (free), so no worries on this issue. The manager is really kind and accommodative and always try to help (if possible). I strongly recommend this property.

Love the location! Quiet neighborhood, close to shopping and dining. Has an indoor heated pool which is perfect for the chilly Colorado winters! The apartment has a fireplace, a big laundry room, and a nice sized bedroom.
I moved to Colorado from California into my apartment sight unseen and I absolutely love it. It's a non-smoking community, but people smoke on their balconies which just happens to blow into my place. I just close my windows. The parking is ridiculous too. There's tons of empty parking spots in the back where I live, but those are for the condos behind us. I had to park down the street one night and I didn't appreciate that at all. Now to the good stuff. My place is cute and it's mostly updated. Not a bug in sight either. The management staff are friendly and honestly the best group of people I've ever rented from. I pay a lot more now than I did in California, but cost of living and all that jazz. I signed a year lease and to tell you the truth I would sign another year in a heartbeat if they offered it. I've never been so happy in a place before.
I've been at this apt for 5 years and it's been nothing but wonderful. The apts are good and clean, with a contemporary feel. They come with a fire place, full size washer and dryers, balcony and good connectivity and were recently upgraded with energy efficient windows and sliding glass door. The grounds are well maintained and the staff responds to service calls quickly and professionally. The location is in a good area, nice, clean and safe. Close and easy access to several perks, parks, restaurants, markets, 3 movie theaters, several shopping centers, two light rail stops, highways to get anywhere you want in Denver, Golden, The Front Range and the mountains. I would definitely recommend this place as a great place to live without compromising a good quality of living.

I have lived at Riva Ridge for over two years. Great place to live with excellent service from the on site team. I have been unemployed for the past 9 months and with the rising cost of rent and food, life has been pretty tough. This would be a true blessing to be chosen for such a gift at this time in my life.
