I've been living at Rivage for a few months now and I'm in love with the place. The staff is always ready to help us, especially Carmy (my pet loves her).

Rivage is just a building but what makes it a home is the team behind it! They never miss a mark on making sure that we are socialized, seen, loved and taken care of. Big shout out to CARMY whose hugs and presence always light up our day not to mention fixing our tiny home issues. Thank you for the whole team!!

Have live here for almost 3 years now. Siera and Myra in the front office are helpful and resourceful with any concerns that have come up. Maintenance team always takes care of request within 24 hours. Friendly staff and neighbors overall.

I absolutely love living at the Rivage! Not only is the location great, but the staff is incredibly responsive. Carmy in particular is so quick to respond to issues and is so engaging any time we cross paths. Not only is she phenomenal at her job, but I have a dog with anxiety who adores Carmy and always loves to see her. She’s a wonderful person who makes living here so enjoyable!

I've been living at Rivage Apartments for over a year now, and I can't say enough good things about this community. The property is always beautifully maintained, and the atmosphere here truly feels like home. One of the biggest highlights is the exceptional management and maintenance team. Sierra, the manager, is incredibly professional, always approachable, and genuinely cares about the residents. She goes above and beyond to ensure that everything runs smoothly and that we feel comfortable. The maintenance team is just as fantastic. Whenever there's an issue, no matter how small, they respond quickly and efficiently, ensuring that everything is taken care of without delay. It's such a relief to live in a place where you know any concerns will be addressed promptly. I feel so fortunate to have found Rivage, and I can easily see myself living here for many more years. The combination of a beautiful property, excellent management, and responsive maintenance makes Rivage the perfect place to call home. Highly recommend!

I have lived all over the country, in many rental; Rivage is definitely unmatched in regards to the quality of people running It. Siera is by far the best manager of a building I’ve ever lived in. You would think I was the only resident because she responds quickly and always in a personal way. Maintenance team is so quick and efficient- I’ve never gone more than 2 hours waiting for a request, even as small as a filter change. I wish I could stay here forever!

I toured Rivage today and was wholly impressed by what I saw in the amenities and public spaces. Jacob, my tour guide, was kind and understanding of my needs for a home, speedily finding an appropriate apartment to view as I enjoyed some water. The amenities for Rivage are well kept, clean, and have many innovations I would be happy to see in other apartments. Particularly the air filtration in the gyms and conference rooms. The homes themselves were spacious, open floorplans. Simply put, the only stop gap was in fact, the price. Many of the apartments were beyond what I was willing to pay for. Should my financial situation change, Rivage is certainly something to consider for those looking to have high end community living, outside of the crowding of downtown.

Your property is not protected; the well-being of your apartment is your responsibility. No security for your car; my car was broken into multiple times.

I have lived in the Rivage since April 2021, and this is the 5th property I've lived in, in my five years in Portland. The staff and maintenance team go above and beyond to ensure any issues are handled, questions answered, and ultimately have provided the best living experience I've had in Portland thus far. The location is beautiful, the access to the Riverwalk is unbeatable, and overall 10/10, I have no complaints thus far!

I can't say enough good things about the staff at Rivage. They are incredibly thoughtful, diligent, and do not let any matter go unaddressed. Kelsey, Cassie, and Lindsey genuinely cared about what I was reaching out to them about and always followed up. I wasn't at Rivage nearly as long as I had hoped but my time there was even more enjoyable due to the staff. Outside of the office, Chris, Andrew, and Nick were very kind when I would see them on the grounds. The property is so well-kept and beautiful. It really is a one-of-a-kind apartment complex. Thanks for everything!

I've lived here for close to 3 years and I couldn't be more satisfied with living here. The place is always clean, updated, and well maintained, along with great amenities to boot. The location is awesome as well. The staff and maintenance crew are fantastic! I've mostly worked with Lindsey, Kelsey, Chris and Nick. They have always been super responsive to all of my needs and are always friendly, reliable and there to help. They do a lot to ensure the happiness of all us residents here at the Rivage and it makes a huge difference. I would absolutely recommend living here.

I've really enjoyed living in the Rivage thus far. From the leasing process to move-in, everything has been seamless process. The rental staff and maintenance employees go above and beyond to ensure residents are taken care of. The amenities and units are extremely nice and it feels like home!

Great spot, right on the river and walking distance to the Pearl. Kelsey and the rest of staff go above and beyond for tenants.

I love living here! The location is amazing and the property management and maintenance have been wonderful! Lindsey, Cassie, Kelsey, Nick, and really everyone in the leasing office, are always super helpful and genuinely nice! Fabulous amenities and leasing specials!

I recently started living at Rivage, and I couldn't have picked a better home for my move to Portland. The staff here is kind, attentive, and responsive. I have had a great experience so far, and would definitely recommend checking them out!

We love our new home, its been perfect and all the amenities have been so nice and made it feel more like home. Walking around the property and along the water is really peaceful and relaxing.

The Rivage is a bit pricey, but the location is convenient, and the building itself is nice, with a great waterfront view. However, guest parking is a pain and many people get their cars towed pretty frequently. Most people need parking passes after 6-7pm, when the office is closed, and it's a nuisance to have to remember to request it in advance all the time. Security is also very poor, so expect stolen or lost packages and garage theft. The leasing office is always very helpful and the maintenance guys are on top of the maintenance requests.

My experience living at Rivage has been amazing. From the property management to the leasing professionals to the maintenance team ... every single interaction with every individual has been professional, personable, and helpful. I get the sense that the Rivage team really cares. They are so responsive, and they all go above and beyond to make sure everyone feels heard and appreciated. We are so lucky to live in such a well-run and well-maintained home environment.

I recently moved to Portland and haven't had the best experience looking for a place to live, but when I found about Rivage and started my process it was easier than applying for college. I loved the staff and how patient they were with me. Moving here was the best decision, I have made since moving to portland.

The staff and maintenance crew are extremely friendly! They work hard to provide the best living experience. There’s tons of hidden gems at the Rivage.. the private studying rooms, a quick walk to the waterfront, and my favorite-you can even rent paddle board during the summer. I would choose to live here over and over again!

I LOVE living here!! There are so many places to go within walking distance. Walking along the waterfront everyday is one of my favorite things to do! The community here is awesome. So friendly & all the neighbors here are great whenever I get to interact with them. The staff is so helpful as well! They are quick & prompt in their responses. This place is awesome to live at! ??

I really like living here! Great views and they are doing virtual community events. My only complaint would be the parking situation. It’s expensive to park in the garage and the street is competitive. Often times I park by dockside on the other side of the train tracks.

3 years and no complaints what-so-ever. Great place to live. The staff is the best part. They keep the building engaged and there is always something to do. Nice gym and roof access.

We love the amazing amenities Rivage has, from kayaks rentals, a gym with a variety of equipment, and still offering fun and FREE classes and workshops via zoom with products included like the cookie decorating class! Been a lifesaver during quarantine! Thank you for also being amazing food trucks weekly! Helped when we wanted to have a date night and switch up from our usual go-to’s!

Living here has made my transition to Portland easy- gorgeous running routes close by, responsive and kind maintenance, and a quiet well-appointed apartment to work/live in. Thank you!

We love the Rivage and are constantly reminded how lucky we are to live here. The obvious reason is the location but there is so much more to the Rivage than having the river in your backyard. Lindsey, Kelsey and Fernanda in the office are so kind and are always thinking of ways to engage residents whether it’s movie party nights, cookie baking party’s or cocktail tasting and let’s not forget the fantastic food trucks that post up out side our front door. The maintenance team Mario, Chris and Andrew are always friendly and do such a great job keeping the property nice. We are very happy to call the Rivage home.

I love this apartment! Only issue I have with the place is the parking situation but other than that its awesome. Great community, everyone is so nice!

What is best of Rivage' and for me it's easily the property management team. Everyone is super attentive and awesome, maintenance is super efficient, and every issue no matter how small gets dealt with with amazing speed. At least for me it's nothing I have ever experienced so thanks for all your hard work ;)

The staff here at Rivage has always been very accommodating, professional, and helpful in every sense. From the front office to the maintenance team, they're always quick to respond to any problem that pops up to make sure everybody in the building is happy and content living in their place of residence. I definitely recommend checking this place out if you're looking for a quiet place on the water while still being close to everything you would need.

Rivage is a fantastic place to live. The management office is the best I have ever had from the many apartment buildings I have lived in over the years. I just renewed my lease for another year.

Since first contact with Kelsey and Lindsey at Rivage they are the most professional people I have had the pleasure to work with to rent a nice apartment. They were always there to answer questions and made it easy to find a home. I am very Happy with my choice. John Leal

Staff always gets back to you in a timely matter always clean having cleaning crew every morning. Great living space

Paper thin walls, ceilings and floors. Badly insulated, I can hear a dog walk across on the floor above me. Neighbor noise complaints are an everyday thing, I guess we all can learn to tippy-toe. Some thump sounds com from 2 apartments over, its all connected. One of the worse features of the wood structure, not worth the premium cost. Neighbors who moved 2 weeks ago already talking about moving out. Recent management changed, lack of experience is pretty evident.

Move in now! I cannot say enough good things about Rivage. The buildings are always clean and quiet. The neighbors are respectful. The office staff and maintenance team are so quick to respond and are always helpful (special shout-out to Joe and Kelsey). They have helped keep up sane and safe during covid by installing hand sanitizers and implementing social distancing for the common areas and but having food trucks park in the courtyard twice a week. This has been a wonderful place to call home.
