As one of the oldest cities in the United States west of the Appalachians, Cincinnati offers residents contemporary urban living in a historic, distinctive setting. One of the oldest cities in the US houses an influential youth culture. Students, professionals, artists, and musicians of all walks of life come to the southwest corner of Ohio to live and work. College and professional sports are wildly popular, with the Bearcats of the University of Cincinnati, the Reds, and the Bengals enjoying huge fan bases in their hometown.
Renters and visitors alike will delight in attractions like the Cincinnati Art Museum, the Newport Aquarium, and the city’s iconic zoo. The annual Oktoberfest is one of the biggest celebrations of its kind outside of Munich, drawing thousands to the streets to celebrate the city’s German heritage.

Property Ratings at River Bend Apartments
-One of the tenants involved in a shooting right outside the building a few months back. -Noise from constant construction all year long -Garbage from construction; they fill up garbage cans and we toss our garbage bags outside. -Poorly constructed with cheap materials in the apts. If i place a ball on my countertop it will roll to the other side from a stand still. -Thin doors and walls. Can hear neighbors snoring, dogs barking, conversations, and more. -Lot of MSJ students so loud music that you can hear through your thin walls at night. -Must use Spectrum internet through community which is not good. Spectrum refunds normal customers for outages but this community will not give you a cent back. Over a month period I had 4 days of no internet and the rest with my internet cutting in and out. Not good if you WFH. -Blind exit from driveway to anderson ferry...slow drivers wont fair well. -loud music and cars driving through the parking lot at all hours. -1 star for being electronic for billing/payments. -look elsewhere.
River Bend Apartments are the best in the area!!! They are a quite neighborly place to live.
Hello. I think I've found the place that's just right for me. I was surprised when the Property Manager responded so quickly on 9\26. The e mail stated that he thinks I'm just the right candidate for the apartment. The 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment looks spacious and clean w/ a lot of room for decorating, which I love to do. I've never had a house cat, before, and w/4 kittens, I'll also be bringing along 3 birds! All 8 of us will be looking forward to the move. Thank you. In hopes that I might get lucky, Venita.
This apartment is a great place to live, and has an extended one bedroom which is great for couples! I would definitely recommend this apartment! Plus pool overlooks the riverside which is very pretty.
I'm a 24 year old and have lived here the past two years. I really have no complaints but wish the kitchen and bathroom was more updated, but then I would assume that would make the rent higher so I'm okay with it! Very affordable. Neighbors are all so nice. Maintenance is abailable within minutes. Quiet. Perfect for finishing my college career.
After living here for over year, I would still recommend this apartment to anyone. The management and maintenance are very easy to work with and always happy to help. My building was very quiet 24x7, never had issues with neighbors. Converted one bedroom apartments perfect for 1 or 2 people. Close commute to downtown.
our daughter lived there years ago...we even thought of moving there now that we are seniors.....very affordable..clean and quiet
I loved the apartments! Would be a great place to live. I was disappointed, my son was looking for a great safe place to live while finishing his college carreer. However, River Bend Apartments will not take students under the age of 21. My son is a very quite respectful person and doesn't live the party life. Such a disappointment.
