River Club at Hudson Park

My experience at River Club has been a pleasure, coming home to my cozy apartment and beautiful view has helped me succeed in growing my business, after work My apartment is a place of relaxation and peacefulness that brings joy to my soul.

The service was great and the response time was within 48hrs. Overall I am very satisfied.

I would like to extend a big thank you to Sabrina and the staff for their immense patience. I am applying to dental school in New York and currently residing in Florida, which has made the process of finding an apartment challenging due to the distance. Despite this, Sabrina and the team were extremely patient, taking the time to explain everything repeatedly until, finally, today, the process was finalized. I am eagerly looking forward to my move to River Club! Thank you to the staff, and a special, BIG THANK YOU TO SABRINA!

River Club is a good place to visit but an evener better place to live. Looking forward to Spring into Summer at River Club!

After a long day of work/long week of work in NYC commuting home to my River Club apartment brings peace and tranquility to my soul. I can truly chill-lax enjoying my water view of the Hudson river no matter what the weather outside, inside there is always sunshine in my apartment!

If you want to live in a little slice of heaven then move here! Views that can’t be beat. Great staff. Great amenities. Just plain GREAT!

Rent went extremely high for lower quality of living standards. Constant new front desk people should be a red flag with management. Elevators don’t work all the time. I would like an explanation as to why rent increased when the building significantly diminishing.

I enjoying living here. I recently just moved in and will soon make a month. I love that the building is kept clean and the concierges is helpful. I love the beautiful views of the apartment and the quietness. I have a small baby and am so glad that the area has been so comfortable for her. The rooms are a great size and the open concept makes entertaining so much fun. The gyms are never full which makes exercising a breeze. I really do enjoy the convenience of the area and just hope it continues this way.

For as long as my wife and I have been living in River club. The maintenance team has been on point in taking care of any issues we have submitted for.

Very nice apartment complex that is clean, has very cordial staff, nice views of the Hudson River from especially many units, modern apartment units, a nice boardwalk that is growing along the River and that leads to great restaurants, and secure parking garage.

River club offers offers a serene environment, excellent views and a quality living experience for its residents. And that is evident in all the features and specialties River club presents and has to offer.

Excellent location, love my apartment, and the people who work in my building, but constantly let down by management. They are horrible to work with on a personal level, but also fail to live up to basic responsibilities. They have to shut down amenities because they neglect to file paperwork with the city. When an elevator stops working it takes this crew of property managers over a week to begin addressing the issue, only to realize that fixing elevators, and sourcing parts takes time. It wasn’t always like this, that’s why I can say confidently that current management is truly anti-resident. It’s awful to see.

A building that provides spectacular views and a stunning roof deck for taking in the sun and open air. Washer/Dryer in each unit is a nice change from living in the city and laundromats. The convenience into the city on metro north is great and restaurants of many different flavors are enjoyable.

We had the pleasure of working with Sabrina from the leasing team. She was incredibly diligent and responsive to us and our concerns. She showed us many apartments and wanted us to be 100% comfortable before renting. We’ve been here for almost a month now and we love living here. It’s quiet, well maintained and clean. We also have very friendly neighbors and the staff is all super nice. Location is convenient and also beautiful. We’re so happy we chose River Club!

Very happy to be at River Club. The building and amenities are great, the staff is attentive, the community programming is engaging, the views of the Palisades are a dream, and the commute to the city made so easy by proximity to the train station.

The building, amenities, cleanliness, and location are great! Neighbors and staff are friendly. The leasing process takes a lot of time and energy, but I would say it’s worth it.

It's a quiet environment with beautiful scenery alongside the Hudson River. The residents are cordial and respectful towards one another.

I made my maintenance request,and within half-hour I recived a response.15 Minutes later the maintenance specialist responded and fix the issue,which was to rethread the blinds cord.Work was done responsibly and compently I was very Impressed, Kudos to Hudson Park River Club maintenance.!!!,Im proud to be a resident.

I enjoy the kindness of the staff from the leasing agent to the building staff; I had Maria as my leasing agent, whom was such a lovely person! I get treated like royalty here :) The views from my apartment are amazing, the environment is quiet and I love the neighborhood. Everything is within walking distance and accessible.

The River Club at Hudson Park is a beautiful, community to live in, for many different reasons. The area, amenities, staff members and neighbors I've met have all helped to make me feel at home. I'm very happy with my decision to move to River Club.

Maintenance is excellent when you request any order in your apartment .

I love living at River club and I jus got here, you can go kayaking in front of the building along the Hudson, access to indoor gyms to get the right work out at anytime, hallways and lounge areas are forever quiet and clean, access to the roof top you can see the George Washington bridge and the Hudson River beautiful View, the front desk guards are forever friendly, yea Im proud to call river club Home

River Club at Hudson Park is located in the heart of Yonkers, and provides a wonderful living experience.

River Club is a great place to live. It is quiet and peaceful. The view of the Palisades is different than the usual city view. My apartment is spacious. The kitchen appliances are amazing and so is the washer /dryer. Bathroom is huge and so is the walk-in closet. Plan to be here for a while.

The River Club is a professionally-managed property with high level services and apartment finishes. It's proximity to downtown Yonkers, the waterfront and Metro-North is unsurpassed. I highly recommend the property.

Its a quite and peaceful environment alongside the river with overwhelming scenery.

The entire place has a great ora about it ... the residents and staff alike are all very friendly and upbeat . Management Is extremely professional which is nice for a change. And I can say enough good things about security. This place is a 10/10 and I would recommend lining here to anyone who asks.

Hudson Park is a beautiful place to live. The rooms are nice and spacious compared to most apartments in NY. The management is very helpful and courteous especially. Maria and Juan were very helpful, they made the move-in process easy for me.

Excellent place to live

I love living here. THe train is across the street, en suite washer & dryer,gym on site the concierges and maintanence staff are for the most part WONDERFUL; there's even drycleaning collection on site. and I love my view of the Hudson. Lots of pets so if you have a low tolerance for barking, etc. factor that in, but you should definitely see this place if you're considering a move: i just love it.

Would be better there was a policy about blasting music after 10pm

The place is nice, I enjoy living here. The issues that I have had are not serious and to be expected with a brand new building. It is annoying when residents park illegally in the garage
