Property Ratings at River Forest Apartments
Everything is cool. Been here 3 years. Whole entire staff is polite and efficient with request and concerns. Only thing I would take away is that they haven’t attempted to fix the pool been sitting concrete since I moved here which was the only reason I chose them. Right by highway so if you can’t deal with traffic knows then that’s that. Pot holes are EVERYWHERE!! That’s pure Michigan fa you fr and it’s quiet here no drama and ducked off location
Place is great, spacious and well kept! It’s in a great area and your close to everything. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming!
Me and my boyfriend checked them out awhile back this year for our first time place together and some how I let him talk me out of it, but yet here we are again this time with all intent on moving in and staying. It is always beautiful and the management is very nice and the apartments are perfect for small family's and couples. You can tell they take pride in how the apartments look both inside and out and that speaks volumes.
These apartments are a short walk from the bus route and convenience store. The staff is great with taking care of maintenance issues in a timely fashion and keep the common grounds trimmed and debris free. Apartment space has a large walk-in closet in the bedroom and an equally large closet near the entry, which makes for plenty of storage. With a spacious kitchen that also has storage, these clean apartments are perfect for professionals and families alike.
This is one of the best apartments I lived in. My neighbors are quiet, the grounds are well kept and the apartment building is neat on the inside. When I need something fixed, sometimes it take a while and other time they're right on it. Management is very kind and helpful. Lately it seems that a more rowdy crowd has been moving in. All in all, I like living here.
This apartment complex is in a great location. It gives you the accessibility of the hospitals, shopping malls, pharmacies, gas stations ect.... Also the area is really nice quiet and family oriented. I am so happy that I have moved in this complex into my apartment.
I recently visited River Forest and they had everything I was looking for. I liked it so much, I applied and was excepted. I will be a tenant as of February 1, 2014.
moved in when referred by friend who was living for almost 3 years. moved in almost 6 months back ,,, generally satisfied with staff , maintenance and safety. ups : -covered parking, heating (big plus for me) and water included in rent. -reasonable price. - all lightings are energy savers .. definately lowers bill - near to hospital , walmart. downs : - i-75 traffic .. loud noise. ( got used to it but really its a issue) .. i will recommend to ask for apts on opposite side of i -75. - entrance road is rough ,,, drive slowwwww
