IN NEW APARTMENT almost 2 weeks,GREAT complex manager,clean grounds,helpful maintenance ,quietest 80 unit apartment complex ever known almost feels like I booked a spot in the local cemetery People are very friendly also
Absolutely disgusting!!! They do not take care of any issues at hand. In fact they refuse to fix my apartment or even hire someone to spray for bugs!!! It’s horrible no matter how much you clean your home you are still going to have roaches, the place in completely infested.
Never do inspections hire’s tenants with bad records not professional at all raise’s rent with no upgrade, forge’s lease, also takes extra rent won’t return money rent owners never give proper supplies for tenants to have repairs bug infested changes owners every year
Best apartments in town by far, very clean grounds. Feels safe here, all the neighbors watch out for each other too. However, it is lacking in maintenance for the apartments units themselves. Also, there are unattended and rowdy children running amuck, messing with other peoples property. Parents fail to supervise their children.
