Located about 10 miles south of Redding and across the Sacramento River from Redding Municipal Airport, Anderson provides the beauty of northern California with fast access to the larger city via the Cascade Wonderland Highway. Anderson's crown jewel, Anderson River Park, offers spectacular river views, a boat ramp, paved walkways, hiking trails, a disc golf course, a playground, and picnic areas. Anderson is home to the Shasta District Fair and Event Center. The fair, held in June, attracts more than 75,000 visitors and includes a carnival, arts and crafts, livestock exhibits, and entertainment. The Event Center also hosts trade shows and other events.
Local attractions in Anderson include the Anderson Historical Society and Museum, which includes the 1890s Frisbie House and a one-room schoolhouse dating from around 1900.

The most beautiful part of living here is that you are treated with respect and appreciation for being just whomever you are. So much understanding of life. Awesome ?? making us feel special for living here. Special thanks to management for all your hard work.

LOL WOW
Well first thing first this is not what i thought being on your own is being waking up by drunks screaming and fighting or just dealing with all the drama there it is hard to rise 3 kids on your own i think it is time just to find somewhere new . Never rent there again. thank you taking the time out to read this.
