River North Park Apartments

River Noth Park has been another place to call home for my doggo and I, and it has been a wonderful and welcoming experience!

The people, the ambiance, the vibes everything contributes to how amazing River North Park apartments is.

I have had issues with roaches multiple times, maintenance not responding to concerns, toilet non-stop running, and I have not had A/C for almost a week and I still have no idea of a timeline of when it will be fixed. Additionally, I am being charged for not giving a 60 days notice on time, I wasn't are of this policy and the emails about it was sent to my spam. I find this unfair, especially after all of these issues and more. I have also had issues with my water going off multiple times, where I had to go the my friends places to shower, I've had my electricity go out, and we also had a fire in this apartment caused by a meth kitchen.

This location is nice, clean ands in great proximity to downtown and the river! I’m happy I chose these apartments.

Amazing amenities and staff! Close to everything, just walking distance. Close enough to the action but tucked away in a quieter area

The location is perfect for getting around the city easily. It's nice to be close to everything I need.

Incredibly friendly staff, very safe and secure building. Pet friendly, I love meeting my neighbors and their adorable animals. Overall the whole building is extremely clean and quiet. The gym and outdoor areas are such nice amenities. I’m very happy I chose River North Park as my first apartment in the beautiful city of Chicago.

Such an amazing team and building right in the heart of River North, everyone works so hard to assist their residences and I am looking forward many more great experiences to come! Such a great Leasing Office team! Thank you all so much!

I lived in the building for 2 years. The outdoor area is very poorly maintained. Several chairs flip when you sit in them. The wifi is not reliable and frequently just doesn't work. 2 of the 3 fire pits don't work. When I moved out, they charged a $250 cleaning fee to wipe down the refrigerator and the dish washer. I would look elsewhere.

I have been here almost 2 years and have enjoyed living in RNP! It has been one of my favorite places to live!

Great location in the city, parking on-site, dogs allowed with courtyard dog run in the building. Wonderful amenities that makes everything very convenient!

River North Park Apartments II is a combination of great location, a helpful staff, and wonderful amenities. I really enjoy having access to a gym, pool, courtyard with grills, and common areas where you can get work done or reserve to host a party. Overall, I've really like River North Park Apartments II and intend on resigning when my current lease is up.

I love living here. I love my apartment. It's modern, comfy and cozy. They keep the common areas clean and the staff has been so nice.

Horrendous management. Elevators rarely all work at the same time. The common areas are not maintained and the Peloton bikes were broken for months. Overall, the door and maintenance staff were great but the management office is run by the most unprofessional and rude individuals that will not return your calls and charge you exorbitant move out fees.

I just tried calling this property, got through to the leasing office and before I could finish asking my first question was hung up on.

Haven't had any major issues. Doors are a bit thin but not a big issue. Great gym and courtyard. Best prices for the quality and location.

I post this with hesitation, as I used to love living here. However, after contacting the regional manager and not receiving a response, I need to make sure other potential residents know what they're getting into with the new management at the building. River North Park USED TO be a fantastic place to be. When Tanya and Tyler were around, this building was immaculate (for being built in the 70's, especially) and all needs were addressed ASAP. With the change in new management at both the building- level, and both regional level, this has changed for the worse. After flushing my toilet, I discovered a LIVE COCKROACH in the toilet. I contacted the building management, and they didn't seem terribly concerned. They sent me with two "Roach Motels" and I was on my merry way. I followed up with the building management to see what they'd be able to do to make this right, and they were unable to do anything, which I find absolutely ridiculous. They offered to let me move out, which is impossible to do, given the pandemic. After receiving a less-than-ideal response from the building management, I contacted the regional manager, who never responded. In addition to cockroaches and lack of management, the maintenance of the building has declined. Artwork is missing in the hallways; I requested that it be addressed multiple times and I was ignored. The pool has algae growing in it, and the general operation of the building (packages, laundry, etc.) has declined. The staff that has been around for several years is noticeably unhappy and overworked as well, which doesn't make for a positive environment to live in. Again, I post this with hesitation and I'm deeply disappointed that I have to write this post. I thought I had found a gem within River North and was excited to settle down here for a few years. Unfortunately, I think the worst is yet to come for this building.

Misinformation, broken windows, bugs, daily construction, the list goes on.

This is my first apartment out of college and I desperately wanted to skip the morning public transit commute and be able to walk to work. River North is one of the more expensive neighborhoods, so I was thrilled to units at RNP that were in a location I didn't think I could afford. Walking distance to the loop, great food/bars, and several grocery stores. Units are clean and *some* come with stainless steel appliances and espresso cabinets. The staff is friendly and the amenities (lap pool, gym, laundry room) are top notch. Definitely recommended for anyone either moving to the city for the first time, or just trying to add a little more convenience to their lives.

This is my first apartment out of college. The units are clean and recently renovated. Having a doorman is fantastic and the mailroom and laundry rooms are nice as well. There is a gym, but it is really small, and having a pool is a plus, but it's only 4ft. deep. The location is very close to the brown line and has plenty of bus stops around. The block itself is nice because there isn't much traffic, yet you are right downtown. The courtyard is a great place to hang out, which is another plus. Maintenance is pretty quick about fixing problems, and the leasing office is great to deal with as well. Overall a great first apartment experience.
