I’ve been living here since August 2022 and It’s been truly amazing. The rent office staff is very friendly and will help you in any ways they can. The maintenance crew is also amazing And friendly. No issues with violence and it’s pretty calm and quiet neighborhood.

Apt was clean and nice. It was a few things that needed to be addressed but are being handled now as we speak. The rental office is very hands on with getting things done so overall I'm happy!

I've been living at River Oaks Apartments since April 2024 and I think it's a great place to live. I was enticed by a rental special they had. I haven't had any major issues and any maintenance requests that I've submitted have been dealt with promptly. The only downside to living here is the lack of a dog park for dog owners. Also, it's hard to get a hold of the leasing office via the phone. But outside of those small issues, I've enjoyed living here and don't have any complaints.

Loud neighbors, trash gets thrown everywhere. I reported a huge wasp nest on my balcony for 4 months and still hasn’t been removed. Rent is kind of pricey for what the complex is.

I love living at my location. It has a great entrance and exit point to get to the interstate. It’s close to multiple places (schools, shopping centers, mall, gas stations, churches, etc.,) which is easily accessible. The community itself is mostly quiet, safe, and the people are friendly.

River Oaks is one of the best series of apartments I have seen in Woodbridge, the outstanding cleanliness, Perfect GYM with Excellent workout equipment, nice apartments with nice facilities. I selected River Oaks because of its good location and neighborhood markets, good security.

First off, I want to start off by saying Ana the office manager is AMAZING. She made this experience so smooth sailing for me. I am not going to lie I did not know what to expect since I have not lived in apartment in over 12 years. The application process online and online portals to setup everything for your move is extremely advanced, helpful and made this whole transition simplified for me. I am looking forward to being spoiled in the fact that I no longer need to worry about fixing repairs myself in a single family home, worrying about lawncare, cleaning a 5800 sq ft home by myself, driving to the gym/paying addl gym membership, I will be able to just walk to all amenities I need. I’ve been looking forward to simplifying my life and downgrading even if it’s just for short amount of time. lol Ana thank you so much for being so accommodating, patient, and professional. This is to new beginnings ??

Don’t rent here. Find a place that won’t raise the rent, diligent in punishing those that won’t pick up after their pets, trash will be picked up and in the morning trash won’t be left on the ground.

ROA is a well upkept community. I can trust my son to go to play & return safely. The maintenance request/fulfillment is on point. All & all I would and have recommended River Oaks Apartments home's to many other's.

River Oaks is a well maintained and clean complex..staff members are courteous and thoughtful...they even remember your birthday and gives you a card that is signed by all administrators..love it here...

Living here since August 22nd have been a great experience with a few hiccups. Anything I needed with maintenance they are definitely on it. Any questions or concerns I have the rent office are always there and very supportive. Also, I’ve been working with assistant manager Ana and she’s been great and has truly been there and on her job 100%. River oaks has made living on my own for the 1st time a great experience

I enjoy the many amenities River Oaks has to offer like the gym, and community center. I enjoyed the recent Fall community event. The apartment has much to offer, like the spacious rooms. There are plenty of windows to let a lot of light in. The community Manager is very easy to talk to, and the community is very nice.

Personally, within a short time of my calling the Community office, the maintenance showed up in my unit and took care of all that I needed to be done.

I have contacted the leasing office and management via email at least half a dozen times regarding being charged for utilities during a period of time before I moved in. I have been trying in vain to reach a manager who can fix this, but either they are never in the office, or they refuse to respond to calls and emails. I have autopay set up so the money was taken right out of my account. I have been dealing with this nightmare for a month. I urge you to find a different apartment complex where the leasing office management is actually present and helpful. I'm at my wits-end and come time to renew my lease, I won't.
