River Park

I have lived here for 5 years. Since last year, they started charging for parking. They do not have guest parking whatsoever yet, there is always lots of empty parking space. If you have even a friend visit you after 7pm, I would not recommend this apt, it will cost you $5 each time someone visits you even if they are not staying over for the night. They’ll be towed. Again, they do not have guests parking. Ridiculous

Poor customer service. Since the new management came, everything has declined, from cleanliness, security. Rude unhelpful employees at the office. No one answers calls in the office. A maintenance request takes weeks to be completed. I’m still waiting for a simple email that I was told I’d be sent on Monday, it is now Friday. How hard can that be? Called many times, no answer no call backs. If corporate office sees this please reach out to me, as I’m unable to find their contacts.

Hello, I have been a resident of River Park apartments for over 4yrs now. In recent years I have noticed a steep decline in the overall quality of the environment here. Just within the past 6 months I have had two of neighbors tell me about theft and vandalism to their vehicles. The other day my car was broken into. In addition, I put in a simple maintenance request that took over 3 weeks to finally resolve. Not to mention during the summer, temperatures in my place can reach over 80 degrees. I had called maintenance several times regarding this and they said there wasn't much they can do. They said the a/c was working fine and that they only have to guarantee that the internal temperature is within 20 degrees of the external temperature. One day it went as high as 90 degrees in my apartment when outside temperature was 110ish. It is a shame at what I have been seeing and experiencing. I have reached out to management regarding these issue several times. As far as I can tell not much has been done to resolve these issues. I have had enough with this place and I am planning on moving as soon as my lease is up. I would not recommend this place to anyone who is looking safe place to raise a family. Thank You,

THIS PLACE IS THE WORST. Their communication is terrible, the management is even worst. They do not fix issues, just lie to get you out of the office. This is the letter I received after being at work all day and coming home to bring without water. It has been almost 24 hours. And instead of them fixing the issue they just give excuses

I love Charles, he is amazing. I can almost 100% say he is one of the only reasons I’m moving into this apartment complex. He’s very friendly, personable, attentive and helpful. There were a few times where I wanted to change my mind, but Charles came to the rescue.

I was the one who posted about unfair treatment, since it won’t let me delete I came back to update my review they are working with us now . Other than the issue I had these are lovely apartments, the owner really took time to make them nice .

I currently moved in this month...from the move in date things went down hill..my apt. Was not ready on my move in date...the carpet was shampooed the same day of my move in..I couldn't get my keys the morning of my move..had to wait till 3-4pm..my electricy was turned on..mind you when i did get the keys..I did a quick walk through and found a couple things that need fixing..I felt rushed through the walk through..the carpet was wet while I was moving..my whole experience was disappointing..

Hopefully I can make this short enough to not make a book about it, but enough information for potential future residents. Overview: I would have given them 5 Stars, but Graystar (previous owners) made our move-in day horrible. RiverParks current staff are friendly, helpful, and willing to help with all your needs. Reason For Leaving: We show that this apartment is under Dallas School District. The elementary that this apartment falls under is not a place we feel comfortable letting our oldest go to. You can look at the Schools report card to see why we feel this way. If we could afford taking him to a private or charter school, then we would have re-evaluated our options. Cons: As you just read, school was our main concern. Besides that, here are good things to know - There was a conflict on which apartment number we signed up for on the day of our move-in, but this fault was more Greystar than RiverPark. The apartment we were given was far away from the parking area, which made things difficult when you are carrying groceries, furniture, kids, etc. The appliances were old and required several repairs and at times replaced. There was several damages in all the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms. Parking was a bit crowded at times. Pros: Quite area, a nice dog park, good court to let the kids play, decent swimming pool, wonderful gym, and close proximity to the Galleria Mall and Addison Circle. Conclusion: As you can see our experience with RiverPark has been great, with the exception of our move in. I strongly believe that they will be repairing the pre-existing damages that were there during its years with GrayStar. If the school had better test score results, we may have stayed a couple of more years. I strongly recommend this place for Single People, Newly Weds, Friends looking to become roomies, and anyone who likes to have (almost) everything at arms reach. Final Note: If this helps anyone out, then my job is done. Happy Apartment Hunting!

This was my first apartment. My biggest complaint is that I could not get a parking spot if you do not park your car before around 9/10pm if you do not have a carport spot. The location is not bad - 5 minutes from the Galleria Mall & just down the road from the shops in Addison. I was having to call maintenance on multiple occasions for the same thing. This is great for a first time renter. The rent is cheap and can easily be afforded for a single person and the people at the office are really sweet, nice, and very personal. To them, you are a friend, not just another tenant. At least, that is how it felt to me.

My wife and I have lived here for 2years goin' on three. The only reason we're looking to move away is because we are looking for a house. The staff is always friendly and able to answer any and all questions we've had and the area of course is perfect for everything we need.

Nice quiet area. Clean grounds wonderful friendly staff. I love that everyone is so friendly. When issues occur it is taken care of as soon as possible. There is a nice clean pool, exercise room and a dog park. Something here for everyone. Great location for shopping, restaurants and public transportation. A wonderful place to live.

MY APARTMENT IS IN A GREAT AREA WITH EVERYTHING NEAR BY. RESTAURANTS,GROCERIES ETC. I GOT AN AMAZAING PRICE DEAL CONSIDERING THEHIGH END AREA. VERY PLEASED WITH THE COMMUNITY AND STAFF.

As you can tell from the length of time I have lived here since 2004, this is a testament of the fact that this apartment complex has what it takes for me to make it my HOME for the past 11 years, I am very very happy here, management is great, and recommend it to anyone that's looking for comfort when it comes to apartment living, amazingly I am in the middle of so many things, cinemas, shopping centers etc.

Riverpark is located between the Galleria Mall and Addison so there is always something to do. The price is great for the location. The management is making improves to both inside and outside of the property such as stainless steel appliances and new patio furniture. Beth in the office is always helpful and courteous. If the bathtubs were larger this would be the perfect place. Also the maintenance such as John are friendly and knowledgeable.

I love my apartment!!! High ceiling everything at my finger tips. Beth the office manager is so professional and if you have a concern before you can get it out your mouth lol you know what I mean it's Done. The staff is excellent. I moved from Chicago and so happy that I landed here.

Riverpark apartment homes are in a great location between the Galleria mall and Addison. The property is affordable for the area. Management is continuously making improves like the new grilling area with new furniture. The management is also updating apartments with nice appliances. The only upgrade I would suggest is a business center in the office adjacent to the gym.

this is a perfect area for walking distance to a wonderful mall, stores or great registrants. The community outdoors space are are well main tanned the staff are nice and helpful unlike other apartments.They have a friendly dog park with a nice size swim pool and chairs and dinner table it has a large amount of landscape to walk around.

I just moved into River Park. I was moving to the Dallas area and trying to find a place was very stressful. I am very pleased with my choice of River Park. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The maintenance was very quick and helpful with any problems I had. It was a big relief to find a good place like River Park.

Management is excellent here. Anytime that we need something it is taken care of immediately. The folks in the office are always friendly and in a good mood. The grounds are well taken care of, the pool is clean and it is relatively quiet for a "dog friendly" property. We renewed our lease without hesitation.

I have lived at River Park for almost 3 years and I have had good and not so good days. The complex is older so you will find that you can hear your neighbors upstairs if you are on the bottom floor. It doesn't really bother me at all because I chose the bottom floor, if you don't to hear your neighbors above you live on the top floor. Or talk to your neighbor and let them know you would appreciate them being a little bit more quiet during certain times of the night or day. Smiling and being kind goes a long way. Maintenance is great. Anytime I have ever had an issue they have come right out and fixed the issue. Now, if the issue was not resolved the first time they will come again right away and work out the problem until it is fixed. Things break no matter where you live so I always say give them a chance to make it right for you, they will do a great job in the long run. I always make sure the maintenance team knows how much I appreciate their hard work by just saying thank you. The grounds of the complex have completely been upgraded and look great. We have a doggy park which my dog just loves and we use on a daily basis. The residents have been pretty good about picking up after their dogs, but you still need to be careful to watch were you step. The pool areas are great and always well maintained as well. I have only ever seen the pools not blue one time and that was after a really bad storm and no one can control the weather. Awesome pools. Also, while walking my dog I have noticed that the apartments that are sitting lower than others had flooding issues this year because of the rain. The complex has made it a point to go out and install more drainage for these apartments. I am interested to see if this helps the next time we get heavy down pours. Things are always improving around the complex and the changes that have been made in the three years I have been there are great. Management has also not really changed and Rosa and Beth are always so helpful anytime I have asked them for assistance. I would recommend living here to anyone. Everything is not always going to be happy go lucky but you take the good with the bad and enjoy life.

Management is great. Always pleasant and willing to help. The pool and grilling areas have been updated and look great. Gym is clean. Very quiet and friendly property.

We have lived here for over a year, plan to sign another lease agreement, and have no complaints. This complex has a nice management/staff group, lovely updates to the interior and exterior, and a great location within the Dallas metro-plex.

I liked it here in River park. It's a nice apartment. Convenient close to the shopping mall and restaurant. Sometimes I walked with son in stroller to go the Park or playground. Good location and the management and people are nice and friendly. All in all whe have a good year in here we renew for another year.

Being a young teenage couple on our own we could have never picked a better apt complex to live with our daughter at . The prices may be high somewhat BUT its all for the right reasons. Beth, Jacky , and Rosa have all been such great help . When something may need fixing in the apartment the maintence crew is the best ive seen and always ready for a request . the neighborhood is quietly calming and very relaxing . i can come with my family by the pool and take a dip or tan and go right home after work to the sound of quiet walls . i love where i live and never want to move !

i cant explain how nice it is to come home from work and hear birds chirping while my daughter climbs on to me for a kiss . i dont hear racket i dont encounter problems and its a very wonderful enviiorment for my fmaily i would rather live any where else . it amazing thank you guy in the office and behind the scenes for all the hard work you do

Been at River Park at the galleria for over a year now. Great location, close to 635 and down the street from Addison. So lots of restaurants & close to movie theaters too! Very quite place. Neighbors are freindly & office staff are very kind and helpful. Especially when you need something done. There 24hr. Gym is a plus for me, with my crazy work schedule. So no more excuses :). My 1 bedroom apartment is pretty spacious. A lot bigger then any of my other apartments Iv been in, and my rent is less then what I paid for at other places. I even have my own carport & washer & dryer connection. If you have a dog you will love their dog park. For a second I thought it was for the residents, lol.

I absolutely love my apartment home! The community is always kept clean and it is nice and peaceful. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this community love love love living here!

I been living at River Park for four years now and just renewed my lease again. The staff is always smiling and willing to help my service request gets fulfilled the next day!! I have no complaints you will like it too if you lived here!!

i love river park me and my mom have been here for over 7 yrs back when they were called Monfort oak. Its a real nice place yeah you have some loud people sometimes but what apartment dont have loud people LOL but i love the mangers and the grounds keepers this is buy far the best place i think i ever lived in a long time im right by the mall also so i cant ask for much more

Staff is great apartment is perfect nothing else i could ask for.
