Property Ratings at River Park
Pretty bad apartment falling apart. Everything from the walls to cabinet doors and closet doors are painted the same ugly color. Bathtub was painted and peels everywhere? Needed my lock fixed multiple times and I still have to struggle to lock it. Wrote a maintenance request for the lock at one point they came in while I was gone and I was never notified beforehand. They never opened the pool this summer even though it is still clearly listed at the top of amenities and was updated recently. Management sucks. Steer clear from this place if you can.
Management changes regularly, office only open 10 to 3 then they are actually there. Mold, roach problem, owner told me to deal with myself. Run down apartments, lower units only have a sliding glass door as entrance/exit. Replaced a.c. unit with smaller unit, never sealed it, so I had to stuff paper towel in between thre unit and the wall. No-one pucks up after their dogs. No washer/ dryer hookups in many units. AVOID.
These apartments are disgusting the manager and owners dont keep up the units theres black mold with spores units have cockroaches there money hungry! They need to be shut down asap!!
