River Pointe Apartments

Location is great, property is nice, but you have to hound management for maintenance. Today I had my third talk with management about getting maintenance on our dryer. When we initially placed a work order through the online portal on 7-27-23' no one came and checked anything and it got marked complete anyway. A few days after I went to go check when the dryer was being maintenanced and they told me they didn't see a work order put in but they can put one in and blowouts will be soon anyway so it should be completed shortly. Now we are on day 10, I went into the office to check on it and was told the blow outs will happen next week. When I ask what day they said they are yet to confirm but next week sometime. They claimed they "don't have the tools" to access the back of the dryer... Which can be accessed by simply pulling the dryer out and getting behind it. So yea, all in all the apartments are good but trying to get something fixed can be quite an undertaking when management doesn't care if your appliances work or not. -and to Riverpointe, if you feel this review is unfair I'd love to find out why you think so. You have at least 3 full time maintenance guys on site I say hi to all the time.

River Pointe has knocked all other apartments I’ve lived in out of the park! Walter and Victor were awesome in answering all my questions and made us feel at home immediately.

I've lived at River Pointe for about 3 months, now. The staff, maintenence team, and residents have all been super! I like living here. Having access to the pool, the exercise room, and the greenbelt were big bonuses for me. Also, I work from home a lot and these apartments are quiet, clean, and I feel comfortable living and working here all day long.

The location of the apartment is amazing. Being on the greenbelt with a pet friendly place is wonderful. If you can get over the parking then it is a wonderful place to live. Maintenance has been absolutely wonderful with any issues. Timely and very kind. Management has also been very kind.

Living here right now is bad regarding maintenance and repairs. I can't wait to move out when my lease is up.

River Point has a wonderful location for the active adult or the laid back. Nature trails are in abundance and the green belt is easily accessible, did I mention it runs along the river, awesome ! The squirrels and birds are abundant offering much comical entertainment. There are also duck families that are waddling the area. All the staff are wonderful and attentive, helping quickly with any issue, no matter how minor. The grounds are well kept and the gated community is a safe place to call home. Greystar is also a nice company to rent from. Overall this has been a wonderful place to live.

River Pointe is a beautiful facility and has great amenities. It is quite and secure place to call home. They are and continue to update the services and with the mature trees and grounds is one of the best places in the valley to rent.

Have been here since 2017 & love it as much now as when I moved in. Looked at a lot of apts before I chose River Pointe.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and the grounds are well kept . I haven’t run into any issues and are living peacefully.

I've loved living here until this year when the rent was hiked over 200.00. They don't like repairing washer or dryer appliances either. This year I'm looking forward to finding a different place to rent at the end of my lease.

I love living here. It is the loveliest apt complex Ive seen not bunched together with little or no landscaping and close to so many things. On top of the green belt & the river.

Beautiful gated community, close to downtown and right by the river. It has a nices year round pool and gym center. I loved that i moved here with my kids

River Pointe's location is perfect. I love being less than a mile away from three grocery stores, having direct access to the greenbelt, and being able to wildlife from my porch!

the grounds are well kept and everyone seems friendly. Its a nice, close community without feeling like you are on top of your neighbors and provides enough space for privacy. Its right on the river walk next to the Boise river and has beautiful views as well as some duck families that live within the community pond. It is located right next to a convenience store and other convenient food and shopping locations.

Beautiful complex to call home. Quiet and calm and residents take great care of their outdoor patios with beautiful flowers and lights making our lives look beautiful and peaceful. Staff are always respectful and responsive.

River Pointe apartment's allowed me a nice place to land for several years. My apartment on the river was a great, peaceful place to reside. The office staff was always friendly and always had answer's to my questions. The maintenance staff was always helpful and friendly as well. GREAT place to live.

River Pointe is a great place to live in Boise. It has a very central location, close to two grocery stores and several eating places is in the center of Boise, making it easy to get to the shopping mall, Meridian and Eagle, and to other activities.

I love living here. It is a. Lovely friendly place to live. I am close to pretty much anything I need to do. On the river & green belt within walking distance to the library, post office, convenience store bakery & my children. Pretty perfect. Good, friendly management.

Apt. C105 If you like to walk along the Boise River this is the place for you. In addition, walkers can reach food stores, restaurants, pharmacies and innumerable other places of interest. Bicycle riders have access to the Green Belt and quiet residences.

Living here, so far, has been great! I love that its so close to the river and green belt path- walking it has become part of our daily routine for us and our pup. Location is amazing as well- with all of our regular trips being only 5-10 minutes away. The only complaint I have is that the other residents dont seem to clean up after their pets. However, as annoying as it may be, its also not the end of the world.

Great location next to the Greenbelt and Boise River. Library and shopping are close by. Office staff is friendly and very helpful. Maintenance is great and quick to respond to requests for repairs.

I have lived here for the past 31/2 years. I have loved living here. It is a friendly & lovely place to live. The management are always gracious & try their best to be helpful.

Front office staff are very congenial, maintenance is prompt and competent. Other residents are friendly. My neighbor just gave Sadie a bone with some meat still on it! She is happily enjoying it as I write this...I am quite happy here. I will one day find a little house somewhere with a fenced yard for Sadie, but until then....I highly recommend River Pointe!

We have been residents of River Pointe Apartments for 5 years, and have been very happy here. The staff has always been very responsive to any questions/needs we may have.

I was told there was a dog park on property. Well, its about 12 ft x 12 ft enclosure with sawdust on the ground. Not really a dog park. If you dont have a dog, this could be a place for you. However, if you have a precious fur baby, I wouldnt recommend this place. Our apartment backs up to the GreenBelt and people are always biking and walking their dogs. Of course, Sadie responds to other dogs as she always wants to play. If you have an indoor cat, youll probably be fine.

River Pointe is a beautiful gated community. I love how the landscapers keep it cultivated with plantings of flowers, shrubs and trees. It is centrally located and not far from library, P.O., banks, the "Y", the green belt, food stores, and other interesting businesses. You can even walk to many of these stores. Plus you have a Pollinater Garden a short walk from the community, outside of City Hall/Garden City Library.

I was a home owner for nearly 40 years. I was a bit apprehensive of renting an apartment. After 4 years at River Pointe, I must say it has been a good experience.

Rent increaseso had been arbitrary and illogical !!!

Overall, the grounds and exteriors of the buildings seem to be well cared for and, of course, the location is spectacular!

I love living here because it is calm and peaceful. I feel safer in this community than anywhere else I've lived.

This place will take every penny you have, they say the rent is one price and it’s magically another the next month. the manager is very unprofessional and the “amenities” are never open it’s just a big ol scam
