River Pointe at Den Rock Apartments

River Pointe has the best location. I mean, it is mins. away from all major highways and the grocery store is across the street. My one complain is the residents that don’t pick up after their pets.

River Pointe for me has been a wonderful experience. Hetal in the office is ALWAYS available to help/can questions. Every time I have had issue she always responds in a timely manner. I see Shaun/ignacio all the time and they are doing an amazing job maintaining the pool and fitness center which I love to use. This complex is old and I wish the units were upgraded but I can “overlook” that because of the service they give.

I just moved here and I have to say that my experience here has been amazing so far.

River pointe is a commuters haven because all of the major highways are just a few minutes away. This service you get from the office staff is exceptional, Hetal and her maintenance staff (Shaun and Ignacio) are incredibly helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments! Karthik Iyer

The team at RP is amazing Hetal is great and the community is amazing in her hands!! Shaun the maintenance supervisor is right on top of things when it comes to getting the job done he leaves with a smile on his face and says it was a pleasure anything you need I’m here!! Ignacio is partner amazing as well he is so nice and will help with anything love my home and the team that comes with it!!!!

Great place to live. Super convenient to the highway, great hiking trail, amazing staff and very well maintained property.

We've lived at River Pointe for the last 11 years now. While the location is super convenient and the the rent is generally less than other comparable properties in the area, the BEST thing about being here is THE STAFF. Our Property Manager Hetal, Assistant Property Manager June and the rest of the RP team have treated us SO well over the years. Whenever we need maintenance, Shaun & Ignacio are always quick and professional at getting the job done and regularly go above and beyond with their service. If you're looking for a great place to live with even better staff, look no further!

I have been here going on 4 years, every one is so great..Hetal & June always have a smile on their face & willing to help....maintenance is very fast, Shaun & Ignacio are right on top of it! The woods are a great quite place to walk your dog! Most neighbors are so friendly & cheerful. I do enjoy living here.

This is a great apartment complex. Hatel and June are amazing and always listen. It is nice to have a staff that makes you feel supported. The apartment itself is really nice. A bit overpriced for the area but the office and maintenance staff have made it worth it.

I moved to Massachusetts from Tucson Az with my dog for work. So for me to say it feels like home it says a lot. First we love the hiking trails and fenced in area for my 4 legged family member to let lose. The convenience of the location is awsome and I love the apartment. It could use some upgrades but everything works and Maintenance with Shaun and Ignacio at the wheel, is great. The community feel at River Pointe is like none I've had anywhere else I've lived, except at home. Which brings me to the incredible June and Hetal in the office. During the shut down with the pandemic June would call me and other single residents, to make sure we were OK, weren't getting depressed from being isolated and matched up elderly residents with those that were out to help do grocery shopping or to pick up meds at the local drug store. June also went around all the buildings with little goodie bags holding honey, tea and cookies to make sure we all felt like someone was looking out for and thinking of us during a difficult time for all. June helped the community feel safe and like home.

Our Company currently has 5 apartments that we rent. June has always been extremely helpful with any of our needs. If we have any issues with the apartments, the maintenance office is always quick to fix. Email communication about maintenance, upcoming events, snow plowing is always so helpful. We just renewed all 5 leases for another year!!!

Really beautiful place and community , the neighbors are friendly and the community is so safe. The best thing is that the stuff is super nice and helpful and always there to help via email or call specially ( June, Hetal, Shaun and Ignacio ), and the apartment is well organized and whenever I request a maintenance they don’t take more than 24h to fix the thing. River Pointe at Den Rock Apartments is clean, convenient and a great place to live at! We have been here for two years and have signed our lease for a third year. Moving here from California, we didn't know what to expect in Massachusetts. We are so glad we found River Pointe at Den Rock Apartments and have made this our new home. Most importantly, we are so happy with the team here. All the staff, Hetal, June, Shaun and Ignacio, are so personable, approachable and happy to help. We truly feel taken care of here! Me and my roommate moved in last weekend and it has been fabulous so far. The staff at river pointe (June and HETAL ) are amazing.

River point has been such a great experience so far! I love the area and love the fact it is close to all highways and stores! The management team has been nothing but helpful to me Shaun and Ignacio have been great help with repairs and the office team Hatel and June are just amazing I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking to relocate!

I simply wanted to advise you of the exceptional service provided by June and Hetal as well as Shaun and Ignacio at River Pointe. In 2009 I moved here from my home in Cape Cod and uncertain of living in an area unfamiliar to me. Gratefully I met June and Hetal and the attention they provided me were second to none. June explained everything to me with care and concern and immediately it knew this was the right choice. For 9 years June and Hetal continue their strong and confident services and I consider them both family, at my 88 years. Maintenance workers Shaun and Ignacio are very helpful and courteous when they are scheduled in my apartment, without waiting and prompt no task is too big or too small they get straight to it with cleanliness and professionalism and leave with a smile. My husband and have lived at River Pointe for the past 3 years. We cannot say enough about how much we enjoy living here at Rive Pointe. The location, close to the highway and down Andover works out perfectly for our commutes to both our work and terrific restaurants. The office staff is always so helpful, June will remember our birthdays and trips we have taken and Hetal is always available to assist. The Maintenance Dept. Has gone through some personnel changes since we've lived here. Shaun and Ignacio run the show now and the property looks great and feels like a friendly community. Our neighbors have become friends and we will be renewing our lease again. No need to move when you live where you live.

I moved here into a 2 bedroom a little over a year ago. From the time I moved in I have found everything at River Pointe to be exceptional! The management team, June and Hetal, are amazing with quick responses to any questions or concerns. The maintenance staff is prompt to answer any work order requests and they are very competent. The community is clean, quiet and safe. The grounds are very well kept. When I realized a few months ago that I needed a 3 bedroom, I let the office know immediately because I didn’t want to move anywhere else. I’m now in my 3 bedroom apartment home and couldn’t be happier. 5 STARS ALL AROUND??

I have been a resident at River Pointe since 2011. I cannot express how much the team (June, Hetal, Shaun and Ignacio) does to help the residents here. For the past 10 years I have noticed the property completely change. They have renovated the interior/exterior of the buildings and the amenities. This management team is the reason I stay and will continue to stay. June/Hetal call to check in on me to see how I am doing. They bring me my medication when they see that there is a package waiting at the Hub/in the building/office. They ask me about my family and how they are doing. They treat me like I am a part of their family. Shaun and Ignacio are always available to help me when they see me struggling outside with my car or opening the door. Don't get me wrong, this property is not perfect but, they do everything they can for their residents. At the end of the day what else can you ask for? This is a management team that cares. This is a rare and you should count yourself lucky to live here. You can read all the negative reviews you want but, what you'll never read is what the team does here to make things right or to help ALL their residents.

So having to move again was not planned, but after selling my home and considering centralized commute location for myself, it was not difficult to select residence here. I looked at homes for rent, and other apartment complexes in Burlington, Bedford and Haverhill and am very glad I was able to settle here. My commute is 30 minutes tops for work. I was also grateful to bring the family dog. My neighbors are friendly, and the community is very diverse and welcoming. The staff are available and helpful, and the community is emailed with any important announcements for us all. Thank you June and back lot building residents!

This was a great place for us to live while we transitioned from one location to another and looked for a house to buy. The complex is quiet and neighbors are respectful. The office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance is done promptly and the grounds are well kept. The fitness center was recently renovated. The location is super convenient, but beware that there is highway noise from 495. The appliances in our unit were very old and needed to be replaced. There is plenty of parking, but the parking spaces are narrow and my car now has lots of small dings along the sides.

I love working with Hetal and June at River Pointe, They are absolutely amazing! They are always pleasant and prompt with any and all questions. I enjoy working with them, and we have had positive reviews regarding the property itself.

First of all, the complex office and maintenance staff are amazing. So attentive and quick to respond to any/all issues. The buildings are very well maintained, as are the grounds. The most dog friendly complex I've seen anywhere in greater Boston and with no weight restriction. The buildings are secure and neighbors are quiet. Mix of families and young professionals in each building. I love being able to walk out my back door and let the dog run in the woods every morning - where do you find that with a half hour's commute into the city? Not to mention, having a Massive walk in closet, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, gas fireplace and balcony make the home feel luxurious with a very reasonable price tag. I have been living at Rock Den for only two months but can definitely see myself staying here a long time.

I sold my home over a year ago. We decided to rent for awhile. I love living at River Pointe at Den Rock ! The apartment feels like a home for us. It is very quiet in this area. Never a problem parking which I had at my last apartment. The maintenance team is fantastic and problems are solved right away. The office staff, June and Stacy have been so accomadating to us, you can stop in the office and discuss any issues they really care and listen.This type of atmosphere in this day and age is priceless!! We love it here.

River Point Way is a lovely complex with a beautiful pool area and gym. It's located right off of 495 in So Lawrence on the No Andover line in Massachusetts in a quiet woody area and . The apartment buildings are built in a way that you are not connected directly to another apartment so you do not hear any noise coming from your neighbor. My apartment has high ceilings with beautiful crown moldings, washer and dryer which is a Big Plus for me, the bathroom has a large Garden Tub that I love as well and the Staff is very friendly and helpful.
