Property Ratings at 73TwentyFive
My daughter and I recently toured the area with Emily , she was super sweet and helpful. Very nice and kept it professional, also a beautiful place to live ! I really enjoyed my visit ! Compared to the other apartments I have toured this was the best so far !

We are thrilled to hear you are loving our team members! We would love to welcome you home!
This place is like living in the slum! Walking over roaches at night outside to get to your apartment. Two pools but still not open and they haven’t been open the last two years. Gym is falling apart, they do not allow you to tan, so probably don’t even have that. They fix nothing and are the rudest. Run don’t walk from here, I have been here for awhile and finally able to move out!!
If you’re looking for a comfortable, clean, problem free place to live with a professional management staff this is not the place!!! I would rather stay in an apartment complex that’s based on your income than this place! Homes on HUD is better than this place! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I could go on and on, but I don’t have time to put it in writing right now. To say the least, these apartments need to be totally renovated! It’s sad to see apartments with this kind of potential crumble because of poor management. This company moved numerous tenants into dirty, I mean filthy, nasty apartments during a global pandemic!!! They should be fined!!!
My husband and I were originally drawn to these apartments because of the utility package but once we moved in, it was different. We’ve been here for almost a year and are ready for our lease to end. We continuously have had to deal with marijuana smells from surrounding neighbors. It was more of an issue because I was pregnant and when going to management, all they did was tell us to purchase some vent covers. Still never actually addressed the marijuana/smoking issue. Next, our toilet had broken. We live in a one bedroom apartment, so we only have one toilet. We went a week with a broken toilet before they could come and fix it. When we contacted management about it being fixed, they told us that they were fixing air conditioners first because those were top priority. Apparently a broken toilet isn’t top priority. Next, our washer AND dryer had both been out for a month and a half. Maintenance came and looked at them to see what the problem was and never returned until we put in another request for them to come and fix it. Then they told us that it would take two weeks to order parts so still no usable washer and dryer. Lastly, our apartment flooded due to a broken water heater. That was the icing on the cake. Don’t move here. No matter how often management changes, it’s still not a good place to stay.
The staff is unorganized and unprofessional. I informed them about what date my lease would be ending at my current apartment and was told to apply for a certain apartment that I asked for and one that would be available on the day that my lease ends. I applied for the apartment over a month ago and the staff seem unaware about me telling them about my move out date even though you have to put it on application when applying. I ended up receive inaccurate information pertaining to what apartment I applied for.
Avoid this place! I chose River Pointe because of time crunch and they were the only property in North Little Rock that had a 3 room on the 1st floor. I was assured that the apartment would be ready and that they had inspected it before moving in. When I got there here's what was found. Rusted shower heads, food in left in the fridge, frozen spilled soda in the freezer, broken window blinds, dirty window sills, ants, dirty microwave, candy in the oven, walls that have not been painted after the last tenant moved out, missing security bolt on the front door, missing components from the included cable boxes. The leasing staff did not walk the apartment and now I'm getting excuses attitude and the cold shoulder from their corporate office. I'm now sitting in the lobby of the leasing office waiting on the manager who's been a 3 hour meeting.
I’ve been staying here for a year now. Maintenance is HORRIBLE AND the office staff of just as bad. It takes weeks to get any work done in your apartment. My dishwasher hasn’t worked since I moved in. I’ve done work orders after work orders and they come look and nothing gets done. Let’s just say I got tired of beating a dead horse so I’m left with no dishwasher. My Ac went out which caused water to flood my bedroom carpet. I was told they would come out of Friday to replace the carpet. That was 5 months ago. I can go on and on about how awful it is to stay here. I would not recommend this complex to my dog. (And I don’t have 1) waiting for my lease to end.
I do not recommend staying in River Pointe .I lived here 8 months they did not tell me about the flooding from your hot water tank to your bedroom closet damaged my shoes , clothes etc . I had to found out from others tenants about this ongoing problem. Some people the flooding happen twice .All the do is cut the mold out and have you waiting to put a wall in your walk in closet . I could go further but I will just wait for my lease to expire. I do not recommend River Pointe on Maumelle Blvd
I have lived at this apartment for a little over a year. On the surface, this place looks pretty nice for the price. Once you start living here, you will soon realize its problems. I dealt with my unit smelling like weed for a while due to my upstairs neighbor always smoking. He was even out on his porch with a make shift bong! The pool is always dirty, they never gave us the code to the rec room, so it can be difficult to get in or remember the code to the place. Trash is always piled up around the garbage cans. People leave their sofas etc. out by the dumpster when the move out. It just looks junky! Currently, there is a large sofa and a rusty wheelbarrow sitting out for about 2 weeks now. And the worst part... cockroaches everywhere! I live on the first floor near the dumpster. I have had them spray my unit multiple times and emailed complaints. I keep my unit very clean, but the living near the dumpster I get so many of the roaches. They said it seemed like waterbugs. I know the difference. We get those too occasionally after a big rain. But at night, the dumpster is INFESTED with roaches that make their way into my unit in the master bathroom which is no where near any doors or windows. We had large roaches, like 3 inch long ones running around in a lit room. One was even on our pillows! Additionally, we now have slugs coming up the drain. I put in a request about the roaches and slugs. They did nothing about the slugs. Oh and don't get my started on their energy bills. Nothing is energy efficient there. So expensive! I even had mold on my window frames. All they did was wipe it off... that will not get rid of the spores! Make sure you read the fine print on your lease. Not everything is in the handbook as you'd think. For Maumelle, the price is pretty decent for the size and the appearance. I loved the granite countertops, but all the other issues are just not worth it to me.
I’m an active duty military member and got orders to move. The apartment staff accepted my transfer orders and got me out of my lease per the law. However, I never received my deposit back. I was told I did a good job cleaning and their were no damages to the property. Not only did I not receive my deposit but 2 months later I received a bill of money I “owed”. I only received the one notice which was shortly followed up with a notice by a debt collector who charged me an additional $300. The apartments aren’t bad and I enjoyed my stay but the staff needs to explain things better. I lost my $800 deposit and now I’m paying an additional $600 for who knows what.

We've lived at River Pointe Apartments for 1 1/2 years now. We are so glad we chose this as our home. It's a great price for the amount of space we get, it's quiet, the apartments are nice, the kids love the playground and pools, and the newly remodeled gym is awesome. Would definitely recommend!

Thank you for your review of our community, and we are happy that you enjoy calling River Pointe your home. If you ever need us for anything please let us know!
Management turnover, horrible response time, nothing to be done about complaints. Where do I start!?? I have lived here for almost 4 years and still they have yet to combat the issues we are faced with daily with weed and cigarettes. No one in my apt smokes. we have 3 children. You have to hold your breath when you walk out because of the smoker on our floor. numerous noise complains have been filed on the most disrespectful neighbor above me I have EVER had. pictures have fallen off of my walls due to his stomping around at all hours of the night. There is so much trash piled around the dumpers. people don't even make it to the dumpster they just drop their trash steps from it. Instead of completing work orders they just cancel them. I am so tired of living here and cannot wait to get out. I have called and filed numerous complaints with the office as well as other neighbors in my building and still nothing has been done to fix the problem....Except a letter on everyones door about smoking inside......that did a lot. For the outrageous amount we pay monthly you would think this would be a decent place to have our family. Unfortunately that is not the case.

The service at this apartment is the worse. They are not accurate on the information that they give out, and move at their on pace. They state they are constantly understaffed, but i should have to wait week for something simple to be fixed. An I should have to wait a couple days for a call back. They really need to there stuff together soon!!!
This was my first time renting an apartment. I don't recommend this place to anyone looking. Repairs requested from day 1 were never fixed (windows not opening/closing properly, bottom of cabinet piece not attached where pet can get in and can't be removed, etc). They took over the required 10 days to clear wasp nests from the area, so we couldn't enjoy our deck during the nice weather season. They keep the pool dirty when not in use, and don't even cover it up. The gym is never stocked with supplies and half of the cardio machines don't work. They are very disingenuous when it comes time to end your lease. They will provide the lease agreement when it comes time to renew right up UNTIL they suspect you're getting ready to move. Then they will conveniently not send a renewal notice so that you have to pay for an extra month.
We moveed here in June of 2016 and I am surprised. I expected the worse because many apartments don't service residents well once a lease is signed. They are great. If I have an issue, they fix it. The apartments are nice and quiet with beautiful views of the mountains. No Rita Glossners here!
We just moved in and they are so beautiful and its a very quiet neighborhood. The apartment is newly renovated very big for a 1 bedroom. We absolutley love it here!!!
Nice community, updated apartments that are well kept, clean grounds. My first apartment with no bug problems!
