Long story short, I've been hunting for some place to live with my daughter and dog, and after years of avoiding this complex due to it's history, the new management that has taken over are focused on keeping the property looking great, helping it's residents when they're in need of it, and will walk you through the process of renting. From the first handshake to the keys being given to you, they are helpful and understanding. Only thing I suggest is ask as many questions as you can. Know everything that you're paying for. I didn't ask nearly enough questions are costs, amenities, etc. But I love my cute townhouse and can't wait to fill it with memories of a fresh start.

The lack of communication between previous and new management is terrible. There were RATS and mice all over the place and maintenance barely came by when you put in a request. They don’t do anything when you complain about neighbors filth , there was a young boy who got shot ( by drive by) literally right outside our window in the parking lot. The grass stays unkept and they raised rent for nothing to be updated. The ceiling was low by the back door, looking like it would cave in at any moment. I’m so glad we moved and no longer have to worry about rodents tearing through our food in the cabinets ( there was an open space between the dishwasher and cabinet tht I as a resident should not have been able to see. Just poorly maintained, if you are not from the area don’t be fooled by the prices and fake pictures they have posted on their actual website like we were. Do your research and take your time when picking a place for you and your family.

Answer promptly, efficiently and in timely manner.

I moved from Fort Bliss Texas due to a military move and was supposed to move in January but found that the place was not ready when I was told it would be and when I attempted to go to the office, it was locked. Later that night when I had to find a hotel, someone texted me and said everyone was out because of Covid. I asked for my deposit back and was told I would get everything minus 200 back. It is now June and I have not received anything. I continue to get the run around. This place is unprofessional and have caused unnecessary stress

Gunshots, Break-ins, Loud Music, Trash in parking lot, and Maintenance work is not ever done when needed! Residents are outside playing music loud, Police are always here, Doors kicked in, and and poor management! You pay for what you get! It’s low level living in this community

I moved to Indy from NYC and im loving this complex! Best decision i ever made. Come here make the move love it!

Very nice property very friendly and very welcoming would recommend to others

I recently moved in and am very happy with quality and service.

Our ceiling caved in right after we moved in, 2 years later the hole is still there. Management is impossible to contact, office is usually empty and emails go unanswered regularly.

First time resident of Indiana and I love it ... so far. Im literally walking distance from downtown, I have a big complex that my kids can run and play in . Overall its a great place to live .

This place is a joke, they have roaches, rats, mice and fill of mold and mildew in the windows,bathroom and growing on the walls, windows and carpet, no matter how many work orders you put in nothing never gets fixed, they do not care about the attendants, the rent is way over priced the apartment's are dirty when you move in the maintenance men don't know how to fix nothing. They all stand out by the office and smoke all day. they drive threw the apartment's like they are crazy, cars and apartments get shot at, they don't ever give you your lease on time and when you ask for it, you never get it, this is really the worst place to live, the lady's in the the office are unprofessional and rude. Nothing good about living here

The complex itself has trash everywhere on roads, sidewalks and yards, and while a lot of this is due to resident misconduct I wish there was more trash cans around to help mitigate the issue at least a bit. The apartments are very small probably not worth the amount of rent they're asking for but they're nice enough and still cheaper then other apartment complex we've lived at. The walls are thin enough to hear loud neighbors and the doors and windows let in almost every noise from outside, along with air because they are not weather sealed very well if at all. Good for a short and not fun time.

Wonderful place to live if for first time renter and big family community.

Do not rent from these people, they do not care to repair anything unless it's a major problem. They do not do preventative maintenance. We've had a major leak in our apartment since we've moved in stemming from the bathtub leaking through the ceiling and onto our laundry room floor. The leak is right next to our laundry room light fixture which makes it a fire hazard. It's been a month and they still have refused to fix it.

Great Staff and service and they are upgrading the property!\.

I scheduled an appointment and drove 40 minutes to go look at the place only to find a sign on the door telling me the office was closed, they didn't bother to call me at all to reschedule just told me they could reschedule. They whole place looks like trash too.

No matter how many work orders you place, maintenance never shows up to fix anything. On top of that, they can’t even keep track of their financial records and harass residents about payments they have already made.

Infested with bed bugs and very unsafe. my neighbor was shot and killed. I'm counting down the days until my lease expires. Living here was the biggest mistake I ever made.

this place was taken over by a new management company (I don't know the name off the top of my head) but the people in the office are really nice, and actually seem like they care about us residents. The manager, matt is willing to hear people out and work with people to make sure everyone wins by the end of the conversation. I saw this happen to a couple of different people. And the girl at the desk, Amanda is so welcoming and again, makes sure that everyone wins with whatever the situation is. I'm thankful for these new people because the old people didn't seem like they cared much about us or the property. The maintenance team I think is the same for the most part, but are much better now at getting our requests taken care of as best as possible very quickly. I don't think old management was letting them fix things correctly...those cheap idiots. They raised the rent on us a little bit, but its worth it if you see what they are doing to improve the property. the community seems so much quieter and peaceful, and more neighborly. Everyone seems much more happy here these last couple months and the place doesn't look rough anymore. Thank you new management for making my home feel more like a home!

The manager doesn't care about the residents, dirty, takes forever to get repairs done. They are cheap for a reason. I would never recommend them to anyone. Not even my worst enemy! I would give them negative stars but it requires me to give at least one star. They didn't even earn that one star!

I had an issue with the neighbor, for six months, about making to much noise, and they got like six to eight kids in one unit. And they are not doing anything about.
