Haven’t shopped for apartments for over 30 years!! Checked this place out, nice apartment but dealing with them is a nightmare! Disrespectful and unrealistic people. I could pay them 1 full year rent up front!! But still they gave me hard time! Paid $500 more a month for way better apartment and no question asked as it should be with someone with flawless credit!

TAKE PICTURES BEFORE YOU MOVE OUT!!! They withheld over $1k in bogus damages after I moved out. I was very disappointed since they had otherwise been a very pleasant landlord. They haven't responded to my calls or emails since withholding the money. Learn from my mistakes: document EVERYTHING after you move in and before you move out.

Do not even think about to move here. Office workers are not friendly and they don’t have any respect to people. First day we had issue about dishwasher and they told us that it’s our fault because we were using wrong detergent. It is ridiculous because we have been using that detergent for 2 years and nothing happened. And l had to throw way my brand new rug. Second day, door of the washing machine broke Not even 1 week later door of the laundry room had issue. In the office who is a lady was not helpful at all rather than being ashamed, she blamed us for everything. So if you want to move here l think you should think twice. Don’t waste your money. If any of the executives read this comment please teach your lease office workers how to talk with people politely rather than being rude.

Wondered why they had poor reviews on other platforms and now I know why... Received 20% of our security deposit back and we noticed inflated charges on the paperwork we received from the management. Our 3rd story neighbors said that River Ridge had a rent increase of 4%, but they were actually charging them a 20% increase and got it changed when they went to the office to speak to them. It’s unfortunate this happened to us because we enjoyed living here for 11 months. No matter how much cleaning you do to your apartment, they will still take a chunk of your deposit.

We came across River Ridge and instantly fell in love with it. The amenities are amazing and the property is beautiful. Management is friendly and also listen if there are concerns. The units are awesome and it doesn't make you feel like its an apartment. We call this home for sure. If you don't believe me then give them a call and schedule a viewing. You wont be disappointed.

Major challenges with upstairs neighbors that have two large dogs, young boy and two adults. Constant noise, dogs running all over, child jumping all over with animals. No way to enjoy my place. Thankfully I travel often to find some sanity. Many recording and communication to management. It comes down to management expecting me to call and stand in my unit to whiteness. Anyone could listen to recordings and common sense with large dogs alone. They also are not controlled, when walking my dog their animals are slightly controlled. One of their digs pulled from child's hands and went after my dog. Hard to even pull away. Had to sign a 15 month lease, can't wait to move! Neighbor has no respect or care. Nothing can be done, I pay for a place where relaxation is not possible.

River Ridge Apartments have been good to my wife and I. We couldn't find a better value anywhere, and their staff has always been helpful and respond very quickly to our emails. We also like that there's plenty of room to walk our dogs. Couldn't be happier with our choice. -Mike and Tracey

We have been living here at River Ridge for 5 months now. Coming from out of state, I looked at many apartments in the area, and these offered exactly what I was looking for. If you want a new complex, walk in closets, quartz countertops (in the kitchen), energy efficient windows and air conditioning – then these are the apartments for you. The tall ceilings make the already nice sized apartments seem even bigger, and the color schemes are great. As for other amenities, the apartment complex also has a very nice pool, 24-hr fitness center, playground, basketball court and is right along the Tualatin River. The grounds are always clean and nice appearing and management/maintenance folks are always friendly and happy to assist. In addition, the apartments are along the 93/94 bus stop, which is great if you want to leave your car at home and commute to and from work. I am rating this apartment complex a 4 only because of the parking. Overall, we are very happy with these apartments – definitely would recommend this complex if you are looking.

Had an amazing move-in experience at River Ridge! The office is prompt with responding to emails and very friendly. The apartment is roomy and has great finishes. Plus there were great move-in promotions!

After looking at 13 different apartment complexes in the area my husband and I finally discovered the River Ridge apartment complex in June. We called in advance to book a tour. When we arrived we were greeted warmly and then were shown a few different apartments. By the time the tour was over we knew that we wanted to call River Ridge home. The apartment we live in, we fell in love with when we first walked in. A major bonus for us is that they have A/C and heating units in the apartments. We moved to Oregon from Texas and A/C was a must for us. Our kitchen is big, with a bar and nice pantry size. Each bathroom has a heat lamp, and a control for humidity. We have a 2/bedroom, 2/bath, and we love it so much. They have an awesome gym, and an outdoor pool to use. They also have a basketball court and a playground. Another bonus is free breakfast for residents on Saturday mornings! River Ridge is the best complex we have ever lived in! We recommend this property to everyone!

I’m greatful to live here with an office staff that is always available for us. With its luxury appearance and spacious rooms its a great place to call home. As a mother I enjoy that this is a smoke free environment and my kids really like the playground. My boyfriend and I love the gym that’s available 24 hrs. Thank you River Ridge

I've been with this property for the past three months, and am very satisfied with the service it provides. The property itself is quite new (only 2 years old), so very clean and fancy. Especially, the new gym and pool are managed very well. Indeed, these are the most clean gym and pool I've ever experienced. The property managers are very quick in resolving any issues like washer/dryer problems; only a couple of days if not right away (as well-known, some other properties take a week or two in handing such issues). You will greatly enjoy the Tualatin River walking trail right behind the property. This place also provides easy access to all major shopping centers around it. I highly recommend this place. Sunggu

Moving all the way up to Oregon from Louisiana was proving to be quite the challenge when looking for the perfect place to live – until we found River Ridge. When we pulled up to the office my husband turned to me and said “I have a good feeling about this one” – we had seen so many apartments and none so far were the right fit for us. The professionalism of the staff was the first breath of fresh air. The aesthetics of the property surpassed any I have seen in the area – the obvious investment in the landscaping was comforting and impressive to say the least. The amenities are perfect for our family – the kids swam almost every day throughout the summer and enjoy the walking trail and park now in the fall. One of the things I love most about living at River Ridge is the sense of community – everyone is so nice and helpful – the staff is always trying to make the property better and more accommodating. I have never lived anywhere that asked my input and truly wanted to know my concerns and made sure my family’s needs were met. The home itself is gorgeous – you won’t find plain white walls here. The warm gray scale walls and plush carpets are the perfect accents to the well-designed and spacious floor plan. The open design of the kitchen, dining, and living room are perfect for entertaining and creates a natural congregating space for the family. River Ridge has become our very first home in Oregon and we couldn’t ask for a better space or staff to help acclimate us to the beautiful Pacific Northwest.

My husband and I moved in almost a month ago, and so far we love it! We were able to pick form a couple different floor plans and color schemes. We loved having different options! They have such lovely amenities as well. We have two dogs, and our apartment backs up to a large green area with a walking path near the river our dogs love! They generously supply dog cleanup stations all over the complex which helps to keep the grounds clean as well. I would highly recommend River Ridge to anyone looking for an amazing place to live, with incredible and friendly staff!

We have lived at River Ridge apartments in Tualatin, OR, for 2 months; and, we are very happy to be here. My husband is disabled and uses a wheelchair full-time. The staff at River Ridge apartments, namely, Kevin, Jenna and Jake, have been very helpful and professional in providing reasonable accommodation to meet my husband’s needs, i.e., specific to use and storage of mobility power equipment. We especially enjoy the Tualatin River Greenway. It is a wonderful paved walkway that runs behind the apartment complex. My husband can use his power chair on the trail. Moreover, my grandchildren enjoy the trail, Tualatin River shoreline, and playground. This is truly a peaceful area that is never crowded. The apartments are new, clean, and very spacious. The pool is immaculate; and, the exercise room is well equipped. We want to highly recommend this apartment complex to singles, families, and retired and elderly folks.

I moved into River Ridge in January and I’ve had an excellent experience so far. Management is responsive and the river views aren’t bad either. The apartment complex is well maintained. I would recommend River Ridge to anyone searching for a convenient location to Tigard, Beaverton, Sherwood, Tualatin, Progress Ridge, and Portland. - Joel

My husband, child, and I moved into River Ridge Apartments in August, and now I can't stop recommending it to people. Not only are they brand new, but they're affordable for the amount of space you get, the staff is friendly, and the list of amenities is never ending. Each unit has their own washer and dryer, there's a 24hr gym on site, a basketball court, a playground, a pool, an AC in the living room, and on and on. The location is convenient, while also maintaining a feeling of remoteness and visual beauty. Hands down the best apartments we have ever lived in. Of course there are drawbacks to every place you're going to live, but there are so few it isn't even worth removing a star. The parking leaves a little to be desired, but the walk isn't unenjoyable. My only other comment would be the lack of lighting on the walkway behind the buildings at night time. All in all, my family loves living here and hopes to be here for as long as we're able.

I have absolutely enjoyed living at River Ridge apartments! Even before move-in day, I have appreciated the friendly staff, beautiful location, great amenities and well managed buildings! Units have a washer and dryer, individual room heaters, A/C and a dishwasher. The quartz countertops are gorgeous and all appliances are energy efficient! Plenty of living space, nothing is too cramped and it feels comforting. Dedicated wide parking spots and separate guest parking lot as well are wonderful! 24/hr Fitness Room, and there is a pool for the warmer months! I am glad to say that River Ridge has been the best apartment I have lived in, hands down!

This is the second apartment my fiancee and I have lived in, and wow....what an upgrade! The complex is new and in great condition. Our unit has never had any major problems, and any small issue (like are garbage disposal) is quickly taken care of the super friendly staff. Not to mention a great pool and gym!

My boyfriend and I moved in here about 2 months ago and we love it! The staff is super friendly and remembers us every time they see us. And they even know my puppy’s name :). The apartment it self is super nice. I love that all the appliances are up to date and work really well and the carpet is super soft. The inside of the apartment has a very homey feel. I love that the walls are not white and the kitchen is huge. If you have a dog this place is great. The pet rent is not to bad and they have poop bags everywhere in case you forget yours. I would recommend this place to anyone :)

My wife and I moved into River Ridge in July of this year and have loved every minute of it! The staff is very friendly, the apartments are brand new and look great! The staff is really good at remembering your name anytime they see you around the complex or in the office. We live in one of the apartment buildings closest to the highway near them and the highway traffic is so quiet because of how well built the apartment is. We have also yet to use the heating units in any of the rooms because the inoculation is great! I highly recommend anyone to this apartment complex.

My boyfriend & I moved into our apartment back in February and I couldn't be happier we chose River Ridge. It's a beautiful well maintained community with tons of amenities! The staff are the most friendly staff we have every dealt with by far. They are super awesome at getting back to us too and the on site maintance is always prompt and helpful. I also love that they do a complimentary community breakfast every Saturday. Our neighbors are all warm and kind and we haven't had any problems at all. The workout room is huge and everything is new and really nice. The pool is awesome and there's a basketball court and play park as well. The apartments themselves are super spacious and feel like a home. We looked at many apartments around this area and were extremely impressed with River Ridge especially for the price! River Ridge apartments has been absolutely incredible to live in for the past 8 months. The staff are very responsive and willing to help you and your family out at anytime! They are extremely friendly and do the little things like remember your name which goes a long ways nowadays. My girlfriend and I do not have any complaints regarding this community here at River Ridge. The apartments feel as if you had your own house, very comfortable and spacious with up to date layouts. The amenities are definitely a plus, and we have never had an issue with parking. They offer free breakfast for the entire community every Saturday morning, and there will be shuttle service for folks that park in the extra lot. I would highly recommend at least getting a tour, because that's all it takes to get hooked! 24-hour full gym, basketball court, sand pits, free breakfast, spacious parking, swimming pool, and tons more!! - Sincerely, Blair Davis

We have lived here 6 months now. We have no complaints, and love our cozy home on the second floor. The walls are thicker than our last apartment complex, which we were very happy about. There are so many amenities at these apartments as well. We have a pool, a gym, a basketball court, sandboxes, playground, and a walking path. Everyone is friendly and keeps to themselves. The complex is kid and dog friendly, clean, and very well maintained by landscapers. Overall, we are very happy to live here! Courtney V.

We moved to River Ridge back in April this year, our apartment was brand new at the time and we loved the layout. It’s a 3 bedroom, but we use one of the bedrooms as an office, it works perfectly as it’s further from the other 2 bedrooms. People in the community are friendly and we haven’t had any issues. The community is quiet, well-kept and clean. There are several things to do, as there is a gym, seasonal pool, half basketball court, play structure and sandboxes, which we enjoy a lot with my 3-year-old. There’s also a trail that goes along the river which is only a short walk away. Management has been great from the beginning, they communicate well and are always very helpful. Rules are enforced, which is great for everyone living here. They also offer Saturday breakfast so that neighbors can meet each other, and they are working on getting a shuttle to drive people from the lower parking area to their building, which is especially nice since it’s starting to get darker earlier. Both time we’ve requested maintenance to come, he was very friendly, professional and took care of our needs very quickly. Overall, it’s a great place to live!

First off my pregnant fiancée and I love this apartment complex. We have lived in many and can honestly say these are amazing and set a standard. Wether it’s the actual apartment or the super friendly staff or friendly community. We highly recommend talking to Kevin, he’s super friendly and very professional! He helped us most of the way and we really like dealing with him. The apartments themselves are really nice they have High ceilings and really good installation and even storage. Homey was my first thought when we first looked at them, pics don’t do them justice. Now you may be wondering “hey this review seems too perfect” and well while it might sound that way, literally these are the nicest apartments we have lived in and if you asked me one negative I’d tell you that it’s the parking. Parking spots in (upper lot) are hard to come by after 4:00pm. Definitely not a deal breaker. These apartment’s seemed like a no brainer when you see what else they compare too. The quality put into these units blow me away! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends... which we have!

This apartment complex is one of the best I have ever lived in. After having lived here for about 4 months, my family and I have received nothing but respect and courtesy from the management here throughout the leasing process, as well as moving in. This complex was recently built, so everything within the apartments is brand new, including all of the appliances. Additionally, you're one of the first to move into your apartment. Along with a brand new, super clean apartment, River Ridge also provides an incredibly well-maintained swimming pool, lounge area with coffee and a kitchen, as well as an awesome 24 hour fitness facility, basketball court, playground, and trails along the Tualatin River. With all this in mind, moving to River Ridge Apartments was probably one of the best decisions my family and I could have made to improve our lives.

My husband and I moved from California to Oregon about two months ago and before our move, we searched for an apartment to live in as soon as we arrived in Oregon (because who wants to pay outrageous hotel expensives...). I found River Ridge Apartments on a mobile app and immediately I fell in love with the layouts, designs, and upgraded appliances of the apartments. Plus the apartment complex is less than a 3 mile commute to my husband's new job. Everything about the apartment complex appeared to be perfect for us! I contacted a few different individuals about pricing, down payments, etc. and everyone was helpful and kind to us as we planned our big move. The day we arrived in Oregon, we signed the lease to our new home! All because the management at River Ridge Apartments helped our move run smoothly and quickly! Two months later and we love our new apartment in Oregon! The environment of the apartment complex is quiet and cozy.

I moved in last May and have been very impressed with this complex. The management is very friendly and extremely quick to respond to requests or maintenance issues. The apartments are brand new and are very quiet, with lots of space. This is the best move I have made in years!

After living here for 4 months, I can say that this is the best apartment complex I have ever lived at. This complex was recently built, therefore you're either the 1st or 2nd individuals to lease your apartment. The appliances are all brand-new, and everything is extremely clean. On top of all this you have access to a well-maintained swimming pool, lounge area, and a very well put together fitness facility. There's also a basketball court, playground, and trails around the Tualatin River. The last thing I'd like to note is that the staff treat every individual with the same importance. The level of immediacy that my family and I have received with issues either in the complex or specific to our own apartment has been incredible. The regulations at this apartment complex are continually changing due to the fact this is a brand-new location. These regulations are subject to be changed/improved over time to better fit tenants needs. My family and I truly appreciate everything that River Ridge has provided for us.

If your like me you know there are challenges when it comes to finding a place that meets your needs and your budget. Renters face an uncertain landscape full of overpricing, unreliable or broken amenities, poor or slow maintenance, and worse. Even in the best areas, dishonest practices and/or disorganized management can turn apartment living into a nightmare. That's why is very important to look at your options rather than making a spontaneous decision. To me reading reviews online from people that actually lived in these areas that i was interested in, was very very helpful, i wanted to hear from renters not the management team because after all the management teams goal, is to get you to rent. I did manage to find a place that met ALL of my needs, let me tell you a little more about this place RIVER RIDGE APARTMENTS The complex is generally quiet and restful, people in this community typically respect each other’s need for peace and quiet Complaints and requests are handled in a timely and fair way, the staff easy to reach and approachable, the staff frequently on-site and available there is a pool, it is properly chlorinated and kept free of debris, the appliances and fixtures in the apartment are in great condition, did i mention this complex if fairly new, that was a big plus for me. Everything in my apartment was brand new. The lighting at night is great, the efforts taken by management team to protect the apartment residents, including responding quickly to complaints and alerting residents of safety issues that may arise is AMAZING. I can go on and on about how great this place is, so far I'm enjoying my stay here and i would recommend River Ridge to anyone. If you are looking for your first or next place to live swing by this place I GUARANTEE you wont be disappointed

The staff here has been so friendly and really worked hard to find us the right apartment to live in. They were up front and honest about everything in regards to the apartment, including some minor issues with parking, and made us feel extremely comfortable the moment we stepped into the office to apply. The neighbors have all been so friendly as well and very quiet too. Policies are a little stricter than some complexes but, in my opinion, it has, through community cooperation, helped keep River Ridge clean, safe and well maintained. On top of this, the added bonus of having a pool, a gym and the Tualatin river right here has really added so much value to living here. I would highly recommend to anyone looking in the area.

We moved to River Ridge a couple months ago and absolutely love it! The apartments are bright and spacious, and the complex comes with many amenities for the price. Very kid-friendly with a pool, basketball court, playground, and fitness center, and you can also walk next to the river on part of the Greenway trail directly behind the complex. The location is great, you can easily get to Tigard, Sherwood, and Tualatin for all of your shopping and entertainment needs. The management/maintenance team is also super-friendly and very responsive with any issues. We highly recommend River Ridge to anyone looking for a clean, non-smoking, well-maintained property.

We have been living here for about 6 months and we love it. It is very pet friendly with lots of places to walk your furry friends. Staff is easy to communicate with and the maintenance is excellent. All very nice people and easy to work with.

These guys are just terrible! They denied my application after taking my money based on criteria I didn't even check the boxes for. I'm an honorably discharged disabled veteran. They denied me claiming it was because of a felony. When I tried to show them they were wrong they were completely unwilling to work with me or even allow me to show them they had made a couple mistakes. These guys have no honor and are clearly okay with just robbing people.
