Residents will automatically be given the Regal Property Management discount for the Staybridge Hotel located in River Prairie, perfect for visiting family and friends. This building features two community rooftop terraces with gas grilles included for your convenience, as well as a community center, and fitness room! River Ridge is a SMOKE-FREE community and prohibits smoking in the units or anywhere within 25 feet of the property. River Ridge is proudly managed by Regal Property Management which provides 24-hour emergency maintenance services, and flexible leasing options.
