Not terrible considering you're right on the river but it's really just a place to sleep. No real amenities (pool, gym, assigned parking) and management is purposefully distant so they don't have to deal with you.

Gone Downhill
Been at River Road for 5 years. The place used to have assigned parking, but since the newest company took over, the lot is absolute chaos. No one is in the on-site office anymore. It's a pain trying to get ahold of anyone.
