The parking lot in back floods all the time. They have car break-ins and thefts all the time. BEWARE. They have done nothing to improve conditions.

Let’s start by saying they shouldn’t even get this one star.They have black mold and head of maintenance wants to paint over it instead of fixing the problem. Plumbing is terrible in all apartments to the point it comes out of the tub. You have to constantly put in work orders because things are constantly breaking down and needing to be fixed. Appliances aren’t working and have to be switched out from other apartments when something breaks down. They threaten eviction if you have someone in your house not on your lease. Manangement tells your business to children yes I repeat children and not adults. They use whatever they know about you against you. These are facts and not some made up story. This is not a place to move so don’t say no one told you.

I been living here for 5 years now and I truly do love this place. The staff here makes you feel welcome when you first come and also any questions or concerns you have they make sure to reach out to you. Maintenance always on point for whatever you need and never takes them long to come and fix the problems. The leasing office they’ll go above and beyond to make sure everybody is straight and okay. Coming here you won’t be disappointment.

I have lived here for a few years and have enjoyed my time. The manager Theresa is so kind and helpful and makes time to address any issues I have had.

The staff was very caring and considerate. They provided excellent service and guidance. The complex is quite beautiful and neighborly.

Property management is extremely polite. Maintenance is always on point. Apartments are extremely roomy and a great place to live. Would definitely recommend to anyone!

The landlord/property manager is very sketchy and the property is falling into trash. Paint chipping off everything,it looks like they just paint over it the cheap way and the bathrooms are filled with mold. There isn’t a washer and dryer in unit and the laundromat in the complex is more expensive than the ones down the street. This place has given me the worst experience ever & I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay here because you will go through hell and you HAVE to make sure this lady isn’t cheating you out your money, and the apartments are run down and falling apart, ceilings falling down, mold, dog poop literally everywhere, etc. It’s just disgusting, LIVE SOMEWHERE ELSE ! the price is not worth it

Live there three years nothing was ever done you put in a slip for maintenance they never come paid our rent on time every month then we move out we don’t get no security back but $65 when we moved out we cleaned up the apartment wasn’t a mess nothing was tore up they charged us $150 for cleanup What cleanup they had to do they move people in two weeks after so it wasn’t that much cleaning up to do all they had to do was paint like they supposed to and pull up the carpet so what the hell did they clean up for 150.

The apartments are horrible they don't fix nothing they give you used furniture so when you leave they can charge you its roach infested moldy no type of help management sells drugs mantnace doesn't fix anything I have kids scared to cut the lights out Roach's in brand new toys. gun violence not really upgraded housing

This place is a decent place to live but every since they replaced the old staff and property management company the place has gone down hill. The office is NEVER open maintinence NEVER fixes anything. Last year a couple apartments including ours AC units broke and it was almost 3 months before they fixed it. They also promised to give fans to the households with out air condition but never did. Here it is a year later our AC is broken again we contacted them about it days ago I have been leaving messages daily yet still no one has even come by to look at it or returned my calls.

I moved to River Road in the spring of 2015. Although it is an older community River Road has its perks. It is now under new management and the new company took over the beginning of this year. I personally enjoy the location of this property because it is centrally located to shopping and schools. It is country living with city convenience.

This is the most horrible apartments I have ever lived in. They are infested with roaches, the maintenance man who was working here when I moved here was going around telling people that he had bedbugs. The apartment I live in is a downgraded apartment and it fell apart within the first 10 months of living here and now they trying to charge me for all the damages. I have section 8 and have to have my 3 kids in 1 room and their closet door from wear n tear fell of hinges on my youngest who is 8 and all they did was take same closet door and put back on hinges now Im being charged for it. Also my front door was busted in and I turned it in to office and they wouldnt fix saying it was cosmetic and now charging me for that because I didnt call cops. They have poor insulation so for 1 month my electric bill was over 300 for running heat. These are the worst apartments I have ever run across. The ceiling in my bathroom started caving in and nobody lives above me. Half of these apartments are vacant thats how bad it is.
