I have lived at River Run for 6 months now and it has been a positive experience since day one! I worked with Paige when I came to tour, and she made the whole process from visiting to signing my lease a breeze! There were a few issues with my unit when I first moved in, but the leasing staff was on top of it right away and they were able to work around my schedule to make sure someone was home before entering my unit since I have pets. Marco and his maintenance team are excellent and take care of work orders in a timely manner. They are extremely helpful when I have questions about my appliances and make sure everything is working properly before leaving a job. I was worried about potential noise levels, but there is minimal to no noise through the walls. Sure, if neighbors are moving large furniture or nailing things to the walls I can hear it, but this doesn’t happen often and has never been a major disturbance. My cat absolutely loves visiting the leasing office and the staff treat him like he’s part of the family. Jocelyn and Maura are always a delight and work hard to make residents feel welcomed and at home. Between the location, high-quality units, and 5-star staff, it’s no wonder my neighbors have lived here for 8 years and counting!

I lived here for a year, wish I could’ve stayed longer! I almost never heard my neighbors through my walls which was awesome. Super nice walking paths around the complex for morning walks, and it always seemed very clean to me! The staff was always cheerful and helpful!

We have been living here for a year and a half and absolutely love the community. The pool is a great place to socialize in the summer. During the winter we use the gym near daily. With the incredible office staff, responsive maintenance crew, and the BEST social events, this place is absolutely the place to live.

I was promoted 1/26/22 and on a flight to IL on 2/1/22. I was given 30 days to find a new place and get settled before starting my new assignment. Before I landed on River Run I visited 15 other locations both rent/own options but nothing felt right. After speaking with Jocelyn and doing the initial walk through I knew this was there I wanted to land. The area feels exclusive with just enough isolation from surrounding homes. The school district is one of the top in the state and the complex includes amenities I could not pass up. If I had one downside it’s that there were no 2B 2.5Bath available with an attached garage. I plan on moving to another townhome when one becomes available.

I've lived here for two years and have enjoyed the experience! The staff is super friendly and knowledgable. Any maintenance issues are dealt with in a very timely manner. On top of all that, the amenities are top notch. If you are looking for a quiet, beautiful living environment, River Run at Naperville will be a perfect fit!

Here at River Run you get the full feel of a place to call home. It’s a great community and the staff are very responsive and excellent to work with. Everyone is so very nice here. It’s a great family environment. Moving here around the summer time has been awesome for us relax and enjoy the pool! They are updated buildings and have tasteful appliances. The location is very convenient. Like I said, a place to call home.

River Run is a great place to rent in Naperville! It is professionally managed, the office staff are courteous, maintenance requests are addressed very promptly, the community is quiet, and there is a lot of trees and nature in the community. The units are modern (built ~2003 and since updated), there is a lot of cabinet space in the kitchen in particular.

River Run Apt. is an awesome place to be. We recently down-sized and we’re looking for a townhome, but with the market the way it is right now, an apt. was our best option. The unit is like brand new, it spacious, and has views of trees and green common areas. The girls in the office are fantastic and the maintenance has been incredibly responsive. Since we’ve always lived in homes, we were nervous about sharing walls, but we haven’t heard anyone else at all. The people her are quiet, respectful, and friendly. We are so glad we found River Run Apt!!

Our family just moved here and we LOVE it so far! This apartment is spacious, homey, and has all the upgrades we could ask for. This property feels more like a home than an apartment. We are so pleased we decided to be a part of this community.

The process for applying was super easy and everyone we worked with in the office responded quickly to any questions or concerns. From doing the first tour to signing for the keys, everything was seamless and smooth.

After over 15 years in Naperville, we didn't know this place existed. Our house sold fast so we needed a place to live while our high schooler finished school. We were pressed to find a place in a tight market and the team was very helpful in the search process. We had not been in an apt. for over 30 years so was a bit stressful overall, but they made it easy. Kara, Hannah, others were awesome in the initial steps, and still go out of their way always for the residents, really taking pride in making it a good community to live in. The place was immaculate when we arrived and everything has worked well. With some minor items that came up, the maintenance team addressed all requests literally within hours, usually same day. Steve is amazing leading that team. The residents here are respectful, friendly, very pet friendly, and the place overall is pretty quiet. The trash/waste situation needs some work (I realize that is hard in a complex this large) and some landscape improvements seem necessary but this is a great place to live! I definitely would recommend it.

I am living in the property for last 2 years and I liked this place. I have shared my thoughts on different factors below: Apartment management/Staff: I found staff helpful and professional - they know what they are doing and amply staffed, so that complains get responded promptly. Apartment grounds: Has ample green space and small road which is next to river. If you are late and want to go out for a walk - you would find options available. Community amenities: There is swimming pool, gym, internet cafe and meeting room. I used meeting rooms more than once due to work from home and found it cosy. Its a basic gym and if you want something fancy - you can have options nearby. Interior features of your unit: I live on unit which is spread across 2-3rd floor. This is a nice clean unit. Neighborhood: I have got nice neighbors who are mindful of others. People park car properly, clean up after them, make it sure they are causing no nuisance to others and acknowledge each other when they are passing by. I recommended this community to friend who also moved in here. Outside community - you got school, medical facilities, Wall-mart, Costco nearby. Rental price value: I found it fair when I compared Pros/ Cons with other communities nearby.

Cons : I picked a 3bedroom lower level so tends to be colder in the winter and yes I am able to hear loud thumps if someone is running upstairs . Pros : nice and cool in the summer , and I don’t have to worry about my kids making noise for our neighbors. Great location driving distance to dining and stores and awesome walking or running paths . Best schools , busing available . I feel very safe when kids walk our dogs .pet friendly . Management and staff always around . Never issues with repairs when needed . It’s a great place to live .

I want to warn others that for the price to live here. For this price of a 3 BR, you could rent a 4 Br house in the area with much more space. They looked great on the outside/showing but after living here you start to notice issues. The smell from the waste treatment across the street one month of horrendous and did not stop for weeks. They have subpar customer service. Their maintenance takes weeks sometimes months to complete repairs or not at all. To make it worst, you can hear loud and clear your neighbors snoring through all walls. Walls are so thin inside units that you can talk to people without needing to open door in a normal voice giving no privacy. The gym is ok but it lacks some of the equipment you expect to be able to do squats. Pool would be much better if they had a hot tub and kiddie pool added.

great staff , maintenence personnel, lovely views of wildlife and the river . I feel at home for the first time in a long while.

Perfect location! Close to everything you need! Spacious apartments, beautiful interior an great amenities! Award winning school district 204! Great place to live!

We looked at several properties 6 years ago and River Run Naperville was the last location and we absolutely fell in love with the property and have been here ever since. Quiet area, nice neighborhood and nice staff. You will love it!

One of the items that impresses me is the quality of the work that the maintenance folks do. I recently had an issue with a water heater leaking. The maintenance staff was over to see what was going on and assessed that the water heater had to be replaced and took care of replacing the water heater. Looking at the work that they did it was a very professional installation and was thoroughly checked to ensure it was operating properly. Karl does a great job is addressing issues and resolving them. The maintenance crew is a vital part of this community and is highly recommended.

I was very impressed with the property in general, in terms of quality of construction, and the staff is top-notch!! Lease rates are very competitive!!

I absolve love River Run!!! Great family environment with a WONDERFUL staff!!!! My son and I love it and appreciate the staff for being so accomodating!!

The office staff and maintenance staff are great. They're friendly and have a solution to each of your needs. I live in a fully renovated unit and I live it. It's condo style. It's quite and close to all of the great restaurants and theaters. There are lots of activities for the children nearby.

My husband and I moved here from out of state and we absolutely LOVE this community! We've lived in plenty of places to say they offer something and when you sign the lease it really doesn't happen. When we first moved in it was owned by a different management company. Honestly, they really didn't communicate with us and I don't remember any policies they put into place. Now there is a new management company that truly knows how to make a community complex feel like one! The staff members are all incredible and the maintenance team responds so quickly to requests. Working from home full-time it's nice to have a maintenance team that is this responsive. We've loved being able to stay here for the last 3 years. The current renovations make it feel even more incredible!! One thing we did not like when we moved in was the parking. People with a driveways garage would park in the spot and you know how the deal goes, but we now have a parking pass which allows tenant like ME a place to park because I do not have a garage attached to our unit. We love living here and it really feels like a home. We'd recommend it to anyone!

So far so good! I recently moved in my apartment and it is beautiful. The pool grounds, business center and work out studio are clean and meticulous!! Ashley helped me with my move and she was nothing less than gracious and helpful throughout the process. I even had a few hiccups after I moved in and her and her staff (Waverly and Meredith) was quick to respond and address the concerns. I had the opportunity to speak with other residents who actually were under the old management team, prior to Ashley and her team taking over in December 2016 and they agree the many new upgrades and service they are providing is making the experience at River Run a great one!

Love it here at River Run! The grounds are well kept, the office staff is personable and friendly and they know everyone by their first name! They are pet friendly and this includes larger breeds of dogs! The apartments are well kept and a lot have been remodeled. I highly recommend living here!
