I have lived here 14 years. Never a problem! I really like the entire management from Valerie Mixon on down and the maintenance guys are terrific!!

This is the best retirement dwelling for seniors in the entire Riverside County! Clean and beautiful environment, kind and understanding staff makes River Run a very awesome place!

It's a quiet, peaceful, comfortable place to live. I feel very safe and very much at home here.

Maintenance requests are responded to as quickly as possible, employees are always friendly n proficient.

Speaking for myself only, I can't recall having any serious problems and interactions with any of the personnel working here. The grounds are well taken care of and kept clean & clutter-free.The office folk do an excellent job of providing activities/meals for different occasions. The decorations are done by a very talented employee, so the result is stupendous. Therefore, I HAVE recommended this apt community to anyone inquiring about a senior community.

I love living here. Management is friendly n address all concerns, maintenance does an excellent job n grounds are kept clean.

Maintenance requests have been handled quickly and to my satisfaction up to now. Nice apartment, excellent value.

There are alot of rules and inspections but it is for our benefit. If everyone would abide by the rules it would be even better here. But in saying that I can't imagine what the staff has to go through to keep us safe and secure and I have told alot of people this is a good place to live and I would recommend it. Many have come but the waiting list is too long.

YES, I would highly recommend this community to others. My husband and I have done so in the past years. We have told them how beautiful our community is, and the Manager, and the staff members have been so great the 15 years we have lived here. I would recommend this Community because is well kept and is priced right. Staff are professional and helpful.

I truly enjoy living here. Management n maintenance personnel are always kind n respectful. The only issue I have is the smoking. There is a lady 2 floors down n when she goes outside on the patio to smoke, it comes into my apartment, which forces me to close the sliding door n bedroom window. It would be wonderful if the corporate office would put smokers in the same building(s). Second hand smoke is extremely harmful.

I think if you could offer a tour of the facility, that would beneficial.

Property was Nice, clean, secured and affordable, but there were no empty apt. To show me.

Maintenance personnel fabulous. Office personnel mediocre. I have lived here at River Run Senior Apts for eleven years am completely satisfied with the community. Just get discouraged when all residents are not required to live up to the same standards and when we are treated like seconded citizens with no sense at all. We have "Been There Done That".

Apartments are just outstanding, but a little price for me.

This is my home. Maintenance concerns are taken care of in a timely manner. Office staff are polite and professional. Most of the residents are cordial. I like the idea of a gated commu ity and I feel safe in my home here and surroundings. I just wish this was a non-smoking environment.

Normally maintenance is great around here, but based on this maintenance request only, they dropped the ball big time.

Over time, I would like to see all dog-owners eventually transitioned to one building of the complex. It would improve profitability for the owners, damage to the hall carpets could be easily assessed to the dog-owners (the carpet in the non-dog owner facilities would not have to be replaced as frequently as in the dog-area tenants), and reduce friction between dog-owners and the vast majority tenants in the complex.

Well, first of all I think it's a shame the management won't take care of our new decor (carpet and tile in hall). Secondly I wish people would take better care of their dogs as well. I've seen dog droppings and urine on the carpets, tile area and carpet more often than I care to say. Laundry rooms are not cleaned on a regular basis.

Maintenance is always prompt in taking care of any problems. Office personnel is always friendly n willing to resolve any issue as quickly as possible. I would highly recommend this complex to anyone searching for a friendly and quiet environment.

Senior management is not courteous, she talks down to you as if you?re stupid. She is not kind and speaks in a very demanding demeanor. She could be softer and gentler and speak to you with respect. She thinks she knows everything but does not. She is horrible at customer service.

This place is the most talked about senior living, the customer service is awesome!!! I had the opportunity to live in there, and at that time, I didn't want to admit that I was a senior, but "God" said give it another try, and I can't wait to be a part of the River Run community!!!!!

Someone likes to put garbage, food, bug problems because of it and recently experienced someone who thought they could wash their sheets with feces on it. They decided to pull the sheet out and feces swiped onto washing machine. It stunk to high heavens! I recommend having that trash emptied on a weekly basis. Please! I've seen enough.

We like it here. I find, as with all life, the nicer you are to others, the nicer they are to you.

I moved here a week ago and my experience so far is good but I wouldn't recommend unless the person wanting to move can wait more than 6 months (on my experience)
