River Towne Manor

My elderly mother lived eight years at this place in which has simply been a nightmare her entire tenure. No elderly person should face the agony, and backlash of conflicts that comes to having their family members come to visit. My mother also has grave illnesses which required at least one person to stay 24/7 with her until her condition improved. I am my mother's POA that got consent from RTM previous management in which the new management claimed that they won't aware of. When I reproduced records, and emails that I sent to their home office; I left their new local, and regional management without any excuses to (not renew lease aka evict) my mother because of a "Unauthorized" occupant. Their current regional manager chose to ignore all medical documentation, and evidence when he was proven incorrect about their company's reason for my mother's eviction notice. The actions of this company goes far beyond my mother's eviction. In little over a month there has been several elderly people moving out, because of management's approach. The apartments are descent, but horrible management for the helpless elderly people with, and without representation. Consider carefully where you choose to place your parents for residence. I'm very happy and relieved to give my mother's freedom of living back to her in her later years.

River Towne Manor is excellent because of the Management . The Manager is great she answers all of your concerns and complaints .when you have a problem in your apartment, she gives your work order to the Maintance Man right away , who get problem fixed right away. The Manager treats everyone the same with respect . The hall ways and grounds are kept neat and clean thanks to the Hard Work of the Maintance Man and the lobby is also neat and clean the Manager have put hand sanitizer for everyone to use it really helps due to the Covid Outbreak .River Town Apartments is also excellent because of the location which is near fast food places and grocery stores .
