The apartment complex has been a disappointing living experience due to a number of factors. One of the most pressing issues has been the infestation of bugs throughout the building. Despite repeated requests to management for pest control services, the problem has persisted and made living conditions difficult and uncomfortable. Another major issue has been the poor maintenance response from the management team. Requests for repairs have gone unanswered for weeks at a time, leaving myself to deal with malfunctioning appliances, plumbing issues, and other problems on their own. This lack of attention to maintenance has made it difficult to feel at home in the apartment complex. Furthermore, the policy violations by other tenants have not been addressed adequately. For instance, some residents have consistently ignored the no-smoking policy and have smoked in common areas, leading to secondhand smoke exposure for non-smoking residents. The complex management has failed to take appropriate action against these violations, making it difficult for residents to feel safe and comfortable. Finally, the snobby attitude of the staff has made interactions unpleasant. The staff members seem uninterested in providing quality customer service, and residents have been made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued customers. This lack of professionalism and respect is unacceptable and makes living in the complex a difficult experience. Overall, I cannot recommend this apartment complex due to the numerous problems outlined above. If you are considering moving into this complex, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Last but not least, the maintenance team is BEYOND lazy. As apart of the Law Enforcement community, I am one for security and safety. For example, the P.O. Boxes for this complex have been vandalized and left unsecured for years. USPS still leaves tenants mail in said boxes!! The management failed to fix any box but mine because I complained about my box. They need to fix them all! The management also announced an inspection and DID not inspect our building once! Fail! Fail! Fail!
My apartment had major water damage due to the neighbor's above me water heater breaking. Which all major appliances like those are old, like water heater, ac units, washer dryer connections, outlets...but this happened back in October. Nothing was done after maintenance request was placed, and a emergency team had to come out an shut the whole buildings water off. It is now March an we now have the office calling stating someone will be out to clean the vents at 5 o'clock. Which is ridiculous since the office closes at 4:30. PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE, YOU WILL REGRET SOONER THAN LATER.
I've only lived here since may in that time My AC unit does not work in my master bedroom bedroom I've constantly had floods in my house 3 to 4 times or times A-day A management calls the same company every time to come and suck up the water Instead of fixing my problems they have asked me to leave
I’m currently a resident at River walk and have been for quite sometime I can truly say I’m an unhappy resident my apartment is mold infested I have reached out to the leasing office and spoke with several people about this matter that has been going on for over the course of two months now, also showing pictures& videos. I’m getting the “oh well it is what it is”attitude when speaking about the problem, it’s very stressful to live like this I’ve never had a problem with the old property management or team that’s why I’ve stayed out here for so long but NOW I will not be renewing my lease, this is no way for someone to live or be treated when it comes to solving the issue! NOT a great place to stay anymore which once was a nice quiet clean gates place Is now NOT gated (gate never works) there a pothole that hasn’t been fixed for quite some time now always trash thrown around I’ve spoken with other residence that have the same issues with not only the property but how issues/matters are being conduct it at the leasing office. 0Stars!!!!
this apartment complex is terrible. my car got broken into while just visiting here and my girlfriend lives here and we know who did it and the police helped us, but the leasing office wants us to leave instead of the guy who broke into our car and took our stuff. the office manager needs to be fired asap
The management team will pick and choose sides when there's conflict between tenants. The neighbors are so rude and harrass anyone they don't like and then when you complain to the leasing office, they don't do anything about it. The pool is never clean, the dumpster is always fulll and overflowing. The whole management team needs to be changed and replaced by trained professionals. The management team causes all this drama and gets to go home while the tenants still have to be there and deal with the neighbors. Save yourself the headache!!!!!!!
There is a huge bug problem! The first week I moved in my car and my sisters car got broken into and they said they couldn't do anything about. A week later I found out that it was my downstairs neighbor who did it and broke into multiple peoples cars and had their stuff in his apartment. We can hear him hitting his kid and always yelling at the mom. The cops have been called on him at least five times since I've lived here and was kicked off this property but is still allowed to live here. Besides that the reservations are done done correctly. My front door won't close all the way and they front office said they'd fix it and then later we told there was nothing they could do to fix it. The property manager is also mean and doesn't care about anyone. We made a noise complaint and she told my fiancé that he could find a new place to live.
Do not rent from this place, the people that work in the office love drama and will not fix anything if you put a service request in , not only that but they will not follow up with the customer and on top of all of this they act like it’s the customers fault

We have a stellar service department that attempts to complete all service requests within 48 hours providing we have the parts in house. Emergency calls are directly routed to the Property Manager and are immediately dispatched to the Maintenance Team or a Contractor if that is required. We are working through the growing pains of our first year following redevelopment, but we believe we are doing what is best for the community in improvements and upgrades. I am not sure what your service request was as you remained anonymous, but my Team certainly doesn't invoke drama and each request is called upon completion by a Team Member to insure that the Resident is satisfied with the work. If you would like to make an appointment to discuss your particular situation, please call the office.
We love having separation bedrooms and bathrooms. We share the kitchen and living room which works well with our schedules. The fitness center is open 24 hours and the new gates are up.Everything is new!!

I am not very easy to please, however my stay at River Walk was great. We absolutely loved the staff. They were always extremely professional and easy to talk to. All amenities are definitely worth it and if not for being relocated for work we would still be there. Thank your guys for making our time there worth all 3 yrs.

Where to begin?... my husband and I were living in Florida and needed a place to rent for a year in the Georgetown area. We found a 2 bedroom at Cobblestone, everything was approved and because we were out of state all the paperwork was going to be done on the day of move in which was supposed to be 6/25/18. Wellllllll about two weeks ago after not hearing anything from them about what we needed to have done prior to move in. We made a courtesy call to follow up with the office, turns out a new management company took over and knew NOTHING about our move in. They weren’t even sure if they had a unit for us. After talking to their transitional manager he found us a unit and told us everything would be set for our move in. Great right? WRONG! Jump to 6/24/18, after a grueling 11 hour drive from Florida to Georgia with 3 cars packed full and two trailers we were more than ready to move in today. HOWEVER cobblestone was not. We went in to sign a lease when we were told they was no paperwork and no one in the office that was allowed to do such a thing. A woman named “Angela” who was the head of the new company’s management would be in the office maybe at some point today but no one knew for sure, no one had a contact number for the woman or anything. So here we are homeless with all of our belongings and people to help us move into an apartment that no one has anything set for. The transitioning manager still gave us a tour of an apartment which this whole situation was a blessing in disguise because the property is horrendous! Driving through everything is unkempt, dreary, and based on the activity we witnessed in the hour we sat in the parking lot trying to figure out what to do next, it’s not a safe living environment. Terrible experience. Like I said the transitioning manager was awesome and helped out as much as he could but he was not an employee of the place taking over so he really couldn’t do much for us but I’m so upset with the lack of communication, we were mislead, and you can tell that whoever is taking over does not care about their tenants. It’s so sad for the people who are stuck in leases there.

Moving from Ohio I signed a lease which was clearly broken by management. When I attempted to move in the apartment was not ready, it was filthy and crawling with bugs! There were numerous repairs that needed done, painting, drywall work, just to name a few. They assured me that day I would receive a refund due to their mishap however now they are completely unwilling to make things right! Just a word to the wise, do not move here.
Convenient location, easy on/off location to Abercorn/204. Complex very wooded and shaded and pet friendly. Ample parking close to individual buildings. Some apartments have laundry hookup other can use the centrally located laundry facility. Great salt water pool with great sun throughout the day. Friendly office staff. Overall decent apartment for the money. Can get to downtown historic area within 20 minutes and to the main business district between 5-15 minutes.
The amenities are amazing... They offer so much. The square footage is remarkable. The Prices are reasonable and worth the amount. The community is peaceful and elegant.
