Sandwiched between Fort Worth and Dallas, Arlington is part of the massive DFW Metroplex. This big (even by Texas standards), busy, thriving city is home to some powerhouse locations, including the University of Texas at Arlington, AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys), Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), Six Flags Over Texas, and Hurricane Harbor. These, along with Texas Health Resources, General Motors Arlington Assembly, and GM Financial, are some of the city's largest employers.
With so much happening in and around this active, dynamic metropolis, you'll never sit around your Arlington apartment wondering what to do. Head to the Arlington Museum of Art or the International Bowling Museum, visit the Village Creek Historical Area or SW Nature Preserve, go hiking at River Legacy Parks, see the animals at the Fort Worth Zoo, and go shopping at Grand Prairie Premium Outlets or the Parks at Arlington.

Property Ratings at RIVERBEND
Apartments are HORRIBLE.! roaches are everywhere. Everything and I mean everything is outdated with new paint smh. Management is very unprofessional. Parking is terrible. Cars from unknown places sit and sit for months with No warnings. Strict policies for a shack with windows. Smells horrible from dirty trash dumpsters and sewer water in the morning.
******Riverbend Apartments Staff are awesome ****** We relocated to Arlington from Phoenix.. The girls In the office were amazing.... Office manager Ms. Jennifer , Maria and Ms Betty were so helpful and informative they made our transition easy and they are very much appreciated.Thank you ladies. Customer Service is on pointe and our apartment is beautiful and I have no issues , property is very nice , and clean I am very comfortable going to them with any concerns. I would refer someone to this property.. Ladies at RIVERBEND Rock!!’ Thank You ??
Filthy, filled with BIG roaches , AC doesn’t even work they had to give 1 ac unit per apartment. What about ppl who have 3 bedrooms??? We’re supposed to live in the heat in this Texas weather?? Movie theatre? Where!! Please don’t be fooled. This apartment is disgusting. I would give it a -10 rating if I could.
Except for the location, everything about this place is bad. The apartments have foundation problems due to which the apartments flood every time it rains big. Water comes through all the doors including some sides of the walls. Parking is one of the major problems here. Don’t even think about moving here of you get off after 9 pm. The upper-level management does not seem to care at all. Maintenance works take at least a week. 24-hour emergency maintenance is a joke here. Be wise - Stay far away from this place. I hope apartments.com does not remove this review. People should know the reality.
I live riverbend apartments they have a very understanding staff, they help me with everything I need ! Love it !
Excellent customer service from Romina. I visited this place on Friday with my husband and she answered all my questions. She gave me great information about the apartment complex and the amenities it has to offer. I look for to speaking to her in the near future.
Moving to riverbend apartments has been my worst decision ever. This apartment is a total tear down. Its been days that sewage water has been overflowing from kitchen sink and dishwater. It smells terrible and literally stinks like sewage and is unhealthy. Me and my family had to go to hotel for a night because the whole apartment is stinking like terrible. This thing is so unhealthy. Called maangement but seems like they dont care. New management is only their slogan but does nothing. Terribel terrible apartment. Plese dont think about even considering this apartment. You will regret it i assure you. Management this whole sewage thing is so unhealthy and should be taken care of right away and not take days or weeks to fix it. I will surely reach upto upper level health management about the issue.
Been living here a year now and I’ve had no complaints, maintenance come when you call and office staff is very friendly. I won’t be moving UNLESS I’m buying a house. I give 5stars
I moved to Riverbend over the weekend and I am very pleased with the way I was treated from the Management staff. On Saturday that I picked up my keys I brought a U-Haul and started unloading our stuff well my husband couldn't carry our dinning room table on his own and the maintenance guy came over and offered his help to my husband and that just meant so much to us because it was raining that day. Our apartment is huge the 3 bedroom townhome is just beautiful and spacious. We are overall happy with the decision we made moving in to Riverbend.
This Complex is such a horrible place to live, worst decision I've ever made moving here, Property Manager is the most unprofessional person I've ever met, you will never get the service that the bloated Rent prices makes you feel you deserve, you will pay too much for too little if you move here, bring plenty of lamps with you because none of the bed rooms have overhead lights, maintenance is lazy and inattentive ever time it rains your apartment WILL FLOOD! so get ready for that. DO NOT! I repeat DO NOT!! believe the FALSE! reviews you read on the review pages, I have spoken to a majority of the tenants here and they also are unsatisfied and unhappy with the service and overall standard here, parking is terrible, the Laundromat is overpriced and filthy most times, and the grounds near the Dumpster are always dirty with trash strewn about. So I if you like Rats, Roaches, and Ants, Unprofessional-ism, Lazy Maintenance workers, and overall Living Discomfort, come on by and pick up an application, I'm sure they would love to take your money as well, unless you enjoy misery, Move here at you own risk!
I just recently moved in to Riverbend from out of state and was so happy with my whole move in process! Thank you to the staff for making it so easy and for my perfect new apartment!
Love this place! I have been living here for over 4 years now. Safe place to live in, very convenient location, you can walk to the stores. Lovely and friendly staff as well!
I've lived here for 17 months now and I fell in love with the place and staff since day one ! Jessica in the office is amazing and will do her best if you ever have any problems or concerns. The maintenance guys are so responsible and respectful, overall very fast at getting things fixed ! Thank y'all so much ??
First off, I've never received an invoice or receipt from Riverbend stating what I owe or paid in rent for the month. This is annoying because I don't have a confirmation from them that they actually received my money. I also don't know how much of my money is going where. I get statements from my cable bill, my water bill, my phone bill, etc. These all state where the money is going and also confirms that they're keeping track of my payments. The reason this bothers me so much is because one month I accidentally paid less than what I apparently owed, and instead of letting me know that I was short on rent, they just tacked on late fees...$85 worth of late fees, to be exact. Now, I didn't know that my payment was "late," because as far as I was concerned I had paid on time, because I had. But since I was "short" they treated the whole thing as if I hadn't paid my rent. When I called to inquire about the late fee posted on my door (which, can I just note, is the most inefficient way to let someone know that they owe money - anyone could just walk up to my door and take the paper, or the wind could blow it away, etc. I have no idea why they couldn't just call or email. Anyway.) Jessica answered and was snappy, sarcastic, and rude the whole time. When I asked why they didn't notify me earlier that I was short on rent, her response was "Because I don't know how much you owe when you turn in your check, I can't just keep everyone's rent in my head" in a very sarcastic, condescending tone. She was full of stupid excuses, like, "the computer just prints it out" and "it's not my job" (then what is your job, Jessica?) Anyway to sum it all up: management does whatever they can to get money out of you, while doing the absolute minimum to keep the place running. They did bribe me to post a positive review for this month, but that's not my job. Right, Jessica?
Living here has been pretty decent so far. No major issues with maintenance, office staff, or neighbors. I like the enclosed patio and I like that I have the option to plant/garden in the front lawn-area of the apartment. The pool is usually clean and well-maintained, as is the laundromat. The neighborhood is usually quiet, but at the same time I've been able to have a few parties on the weekends without any complaints. It's been pretty nice.
I've lived here going on two years. It has been a great experience have never had any problems. Any issues or concerns they have been addressed in a timely manner. Staff is very nice and pleasant.
Just moved in here a month ago and it has been amazing so far. The staff is friendly and willing to work with you. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone tends to keep to themselves. Maintenance gets to problems fast, which is a first for most of the apartments that I have lived in. All in all, this is a great place to move into if you are moving out for the first time or if you need a place to help you build your credit.
My brothers and I have been living here for a little more than 2 years and haven't had complaints, and if we do it is fixed pretty quick. This property has changed so much over the time we have been here, for the better. We had one major issue of the A/C not reaching the top bedroom and it being VERY hot, unbearably hot especially in the summer. I brought it to the attention of the old managers here and they said it was fine to put in a window unit. A few months later, the new managers told us we couldn't have one. I stormed into the office quite angry but the salesperson resolved the problem and calmed me down. They actually provided another A/C unit that is a standing one. It's very cool but takes up space, it was nice that they provided one though. Also, in the two story town home, a cool thing is that in one of the upstairs bedrooms has a "utility" closet but if you put some fans and an extension cord it could be used as another "mini" room. Quiet place to live, trash can pile up though around dumpsters and a lot of lazy people leave trash bags and mattresses, furniture, etc. everywhere but trash men are good about picking it up. Pool is decent, wish it was bigger and longer hours, also wish they had a gym. Overall I would recommend living here. -NL 2255 L
I am living here for a few years now and have no intention of moving anytime soon!! I feel very safe and love calling this place as home... We love our big spacious apartment! It's very comfortable...the warmth of the environment is great. It's beautifully maintained and quiet, I really enjoy the enclosed patios. The management have been working hard keeping repairs up and working on the grounds. The Maintenance staff is outstanding and go out of their way to help you... Apartments are very private! Would recommend to anyone or any families! :) Regards, Shailesh Gujar 2232 L
Considering there were notices tacked to our doors informing there'll be monies off for next month if ONLY positive reviews were given... says a lot. Vet out other options before considering here. Your pockets and peace mind will thank you later. Horrible customer service and maintenance is a joke. I'd definitely think twice. No. I'd think and dream three times before making this place my final option. You've been warned.
Apartments are very spacious! Have only had a couple of issues but have been resolved quickly. Staff are always friendly and understanding.
I'm living here at this apartment more than 8 years. This apartment had good locations, close to school, behind asian super market, 2 ways in and out from 2 big roads... Had nice people worked at the office, took good care when renter need anythings. Had nice neighbor renters and quiet place to live.
I really like about their service, they are very friendly and always help you if you need or have problem . Riverbend will be a good choice for you !
Great staff and friendly neighborhood with great access to everything and a great laundry mat and i love my patio . Very quiet and family friendly .
Excellent place to live and if you work from home quit and save
SHOULD YOU MOVE HERE GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING N PROTECT YOURSELF in all aspects when deciding this complex as your new home! Dont rely solely on spoken word/conversations had. Seek reviews from other sources. Im sharing this information to help other truthful, attempt to live right and do right by others-people.
The 1 star is for the owner of these apartments and management company. I give 5 stars to Jessica and Misty in the office as they're super understanding and when things aren't right with the apartments they do everything within THEIR power that they can to remedy the situation. Lets begin with these buildings although spacious are crying and screaming for updating and FIXING. If we recieve moderate rain- the patio will flood and because the apartments have been poorly kept, Ive had a substantial amount of water enter in my livinh room, room and entry way before... After the light Noah Ark's flood in my apartment I began to see water bugs, roaches, geckos and little crickets AND ants (constantly) ever since. The most recent issue has been mice! First heard the mice in the walls a few months back- like all issues, I reported it and was told at the time nothing could be done. Well... fast forward... and guess what? Little Stuart and his 2 live crew made it into home and began eating my food. The ladies have been understanding and accomodating and offered to allow me to transfer (I still haven't gotten the particulars surrounding transferring) but I notice mice droppings in the new unit offered as well, so Im not too keen on accepting that offer either. I've been here since roughly 2012- yes entered with having every issue but the mice and I have no clue what else the new unit will bring on- as I noticed ants and mice droppings there as well... Lets talk the maintenance crew- LAZY! HORRIBLE ATTITUDES- IVE WITNESSED MYSELF WITH THE FRONT DESK PERSONNEL!!! AND THEY FIX OR REMEDY NOTHING BUT "PATCH" EVERYTHING! Someone ran into my building- fixed? Nope... I reported a nail stcking out of the wall on inside... what does maintenance do? Just took something knocked it back in.. Wow leaving me to wondering is the walk safe or ok on the inside?? Stove heats up all over! I can cook on it with only one eye turned on or turning the oven on and the stripping is still horrible... cabinetry where dishwasher is has space between it and the countertops do as well everywhere... The AC ducts were layed weird when the property was first built (when Jesus walked the Earth) so you don't recieve adequate heating/cooling in your space in a 3 bedroom... How did the owner fix this?? Giving people AC units that sit in 1 bedroom upstairs on the floor that constantly leaks.Update: correction- RATS!!! Someone from the office confirmed it today... ... 06/12/2017
Big spacious apartments that won't break your checkbook. Friendly service in the office and timely maintenance. I really enjoy the enclosed patios. Apartments are very private! Would recommend to anyone or any families! :)
