No one should be scammed into living here
This building is an absolute joke and no one should pay premium prices for it! The elevators have not worked for over a year since the fire making most units inaccessible. In my time here the doormen have let strangers into the building and fall asleep overnight. Rose Associates then raised the rent of everyone in the building between 10 and 30% for all renewals in 2023-2024. We have fewer amenities than the day we moved in. The images they provide online are outdated and misleading at best.

Good Apartment
The apartment is good, the doormen are helpful and the maintenance staff helps with all problems.

great location and views
A building built in the 1970's. Elevators have been upgraded, bathrooms and kitchen upgraded. Beautiful courtyard you walk through to get to the lobby - a rarity in NYC. Bay windows and huge bedroom windows. Near the East River with stunning views. Fab neighborhood.
