Located across the Grand River from Downtown Lansing, the Stadium District is perfect for renters seeking an urban living experience where they’ll be within minutes of the heart of the city. This namesake neighborhood is named after Jackson Field, a stadium used for minor league baseball games and festivals. Along with a few bars and restaurants, Lansing Center and museums like Impression 5 Science Center are also located in the Stadium District. The neighborhood mainly features lofts and high-rise apartments, but there are single-family houses and mid-rise complexes available for rent as well.

Property Ratings at Riverfront Towers
I have been living in this place since 2011. It is very nice, safe and quiet complex. People who work at the office are nice, friendly and ready to help. This complex is amazing especially during summer. A lot of fun and activities around. I strongly recommend this complex.
When we first moved in, it was not to bad but after the first year it became HORRIBLE. Management, up keep, staff, tenants, it all went downhill. Maintenance half fixed EVERY work order we requested, staff who was named Carla always answered the phone when I needed to speak to a manager was HORRIBLY rude and disrespectful. On our move out day she even had an attitude with me. Janet had her moments as well. I do not recommend living here until the management changes. Apartments inside was not to bad, spacious for the price and location which was my reason living here. But the neighbors were another story. Loud music blasting on their patio, another neighbor yelled numerously and daily in the hallways to his guest, just no courtesy for others. Riverfront apartments also need a bit of updating and monthly bug prevention as a lot of spiders and insects were in the doorways and hallways at time. I sprayed my apartment and exteriors with raid and did not see many but outside my house it was a few especially during the summers. Overall, I will never think twice about living here again and I would not recommend living here.
older apartment complex on the river ... i have a second floor optimal view, absolutely beautiful with the Michigan change of seasons. Quiet in the back although there are constant concerts and 5-mile, 10-mile runs, etc. in the park across the river. A mix of people which is great! diversity rules here and it is subsidized which helps alleviate snooty neighbors who are status conscious. the apartment needs new carpet and paint and updates, but everything works! Our grounds and maintenance and office staff are remarkable. In the inner city near new and growing businesses, a baseball stadium a block away with new apartments in the stadium and surrounding.
These apartments are nice. If something breaks or you need help they are always there to fix the problem as soon as possible. They are also right downtown by all the bars and restaurants. It's also not to far from campus.
