Property Ratings at Riverfront At Cranford Station
Every morning I wake up to the sunrise & the trees overlooking the Raritan River. Coming from the city, this is a comforting & beautiful thought. I still commute to the hustle & bustle, but the 'burbs will always in my heart. This Jersey Girls is back & my Riverfront apartment puts a smile on my city worn face every day.
Property Manager at Riverfront At Cranford Station, Responded To This Review
Thank you for the 5 Star Review! We value your feedback as well as your residency and hope that you will continue to be happy at our community! Sincerely, Riverfront at Cranford Station Management
Been here 2 years now. It's a great place to live if you commute to the city because it is right across the street from the train station. The area in which the building is located has lots of store fronts and nice dining options. It's very quiet and I feel safe getting home late or walking around the neighborhood at night. However, I do think that the apartment complex is overpriced for the amount of amentities it has. All it has is a gym with a few machines and a lounge area with a pool table. The leasing office charges for everything, and allows the superintendent to charge a fee too! It's his job to help! Meanwhile, the Super's only concern is monitoring the parking lot for visitor cars and putting hard to remove stickers on their windshield telling them not to park in the lot. This lot is mostly empty at times anyways, but they still find the need to bother the visitors. Otherwise, the apartment complex itself is very clean and well maintained.
