Property Ratings at Riverlodge Apartments
I been living here for over 5 years everything was good on the beginning cause the apartment was just renovated but for the last past year it’s been terrible it’s full of bed bugs, the appliances keeps broken down and no to mention the people from the office are terrible and get any help from them

Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced during your stay with us. We take pest control and maintenance issues very seriously and are working diligently to address any concerns. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we strive to improve the overall experience for all of our residents.
The apartments are actually nice but the terrible management outweighs the good. My leasing process was terrible. When I came to sign my paperwork they claimed they had no idea I was coming and had to frantically get it together. I was told I could pay my first months rent and deposit via their online portal and at the last minute they told me I couldn’t so I had to rush to the bank at 4:45 to get a cashiers check. Thank God there was a bank down the street. Even before I signed a lease, I made an appointment to view a unit with Kailey. I drove here from Cleveland and when I got here they told me that it was Kailey’s off day and everyone acted like it was an inconvenience to show me a unit. The tenants above me are the loudest people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve made multiple noise complaints and Regina told me to go upstairs and confront the man myself. As if that’s my job. My dishwasher broke and maintenance pretended to fix it. I guess he didn’t realize I was working from home and knew he didn’t do anything. Literally the worst management. I can’t wait until my lease is up.

We're extremely sorry for the negative experience so far. Issues in our customer service is not something we are known for. As you can see from our other reviews, we pride ourselves on providing great service and we'd like to do the same for you. The apartment use every excuse to take money away from you! They have a huge bug problem!

Our team is dedicated to serving residents to the best of our ability, and we are here to help. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to improve!
My kids and I have lived about two years here. We have the woods to walk through in the back, two playgrounds, and a bike trail that leads to the Olentangy River. Tammy, Barbara, Regina, Raul, and Cetron are great people! I’m very glad Tammy and Raul are part of the team though. They’re very friendly and nice. We live very close to Kroger, Target, lots of banks nearby, food, and la fitness. I highly recommend these apartments!

We adore your review! Meeting the needs of our residents is our top priority, so we're happy to know we are doing that for you. You are missed!
I have lived here for 3 years now and love it. It's not just because the apartments have brand new everything,(Including the heater and air condition and windows). The community as a whole is very welcoming, from the beautifully landscaped grounds to the people who have made this their home. I have lovely neighbors and the office staff is always there with a smile and a friendly word. In the 3 years, I have not had the opportunity to use the maintenance service, ( that shows how well the units were renovated). However, I see the maintenance staff every morning picking up the grounds working in tandem with the grounds crew keeping this property beautiful. I love my morning coffee looking out the window and watching the deer play right in my back yard. This property backs up to the Olentangy River Trail and there is something for everyone here. I took part in the community garden which was a lot of fun. What are you waiting for? Run don't walk to view one of these beautiful units today, you won't be dissappointed.

Thank you so much for not only the review but for being a valued resident for the past three years! We could not be happier to see that you are pleased with our improvements and the ones that we are continuing to make. We value you and our residents and will be sure to continue to provide you all with such a comfortable place to call home. Thanks again!
For a reasonable rate me and my roommate got a 2 bedroom apartment. It's got central ac energy efficient hearing and water heater, and Stainless Steel appliances. after explaining our situation, we were running out of time to find an apartment in time for a school term, the landlord, Regina, and the staff, went out of their way, speeding up the application process, and working off hours to get us moved in on Sunday so we wouldnt have to pay for a hotel. The location is very nice, and pretty close to a CVS, a Kroger, a Target, and several fast food restaurants. There is a nature trail and a bike trail that leads to a lake. The room is very comfortable.
I signed my lease back in may when I moved to columbus area for a new job. The 2bedroom apartments are spacious and i love everything about the place. The staff there is amazing! everyone from jordan, sarah, jamie in the office to mike and the maintenance staff are so friendly and helpful. the pool is very nice and clean and its nice to have access to the walking trails and plenty of parking.I feel very safe and happy there which means a big deal to me having moved so far away from home and living alone. I have a pharmacy and gas station right up the street and grocery stores about 2miles from my apartment its very convenient. This place is a hidden gem! check it out! you will not regret it!
Hello, if you're thinking about renting an apartment from Riverlodge Apartments, I will give my truly honest opinion. I don't think you'll find a nicer looking, safe apartment with inexpensive rent around north Columbus below the beltway than Riverlodege Apartments. It also depends on your needs. I am a single man that doesn't need anything but a roof to live under. My standards are not very high other than a clean, safe apartment. But if you're for an apartment that is inexpensive but safe in the northern area, this is the place to stay.
A lovely quiet place down by the River (Olentangy River Trails) where you can experience the beautiful walk way to downtown or to different parks along the way,,,,lots of wild life, a swimming pool and beautiful landscaping that is well kept up....the management and maintenance are friendly and helpful when needed. The bus is in the near that can also take you where you want to go Church, Shopping, eating....or just take a nice walk to your destination thru the friendly neighborhood...
Love the place keep up with the work love the neighborhood their are no problem
I love the apartment, lots of character,& I even get to see deer grazing from my living room window,as well as hold a baby frog once in a while.. Couldn't have picked a better community tonlive in for myself&disabled 2 yr old!! Riverlodge Apts..spread the word, safe, great place for kids, & great curb appeal!
