Weehawken is a relatively small city in Hudson County, overlooking the New York skyline. It contains the entrance point to the Lincoln Tunnel, providing additional routes into the city.
Both affordable and luxury apartments can be found along Park Avenue, which also houses some of the community’s best shopping experiences.
Lincoln Harbor is Weehawken’s business district – and it’s on the Hudson River. The city has many attractions, including panoramic view points from the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge to George Washington Bridge.
In addition to the tunnel, locals can commute into New York via the ferry – the ride is only a few minutes. Just like the cozy waterfront restaurants, residents enjoy summer concerts at Hamilton Park.

Property Ratings at RiverParc
I've been a resident since 2018 and the building itself has some strengths but the management is seriously lacking. I was charged for months for a storage unit that's in a raw cement "janitor-type" room only to find 1/2 my stuff was stolen and the storage unit was given to someone else. I contacted management via email early on the day it happened and did not get a response until I called again two days later. The leasing staff is great and responsive but cannot make up for the way this building is managed - clearly the residents are an afterthought. Such a shame but stay away.
We moved to this building in November of 2017. On the surface, everything is really nice; nice floor plans, nice amenities and gorgeous view of NYC. However, that is on the SURFACE. Once we moved in, we started experiencing the very sub par quality of both the building and service. I'm going to point out some of the things: 1. If something breaks and you call maintenance, you will be lucky if they ever show up. Once they do, they don't really get the issue resolved, until you have chased them through the building about 5 times. 2. Quality of the construction: is CRAP. For ex: The windows are not properly sealed so you will FREEZE if you sit next to one, even if the heat is on full blast. I have the A/C on right now and the house never reaches 74 degrees like I have it set. The bathroom sink clogs all the time and the shower has very little water pressure. 3. THE ENTIRE BUILDING'S ALARM FIRE ALARM GOES OFF ABOUT ONCE EVERY 4-5 WEEKS AT ALL HOURS. The firefighters told us it was caused by faulty sprinklers in the building. When I asked the leasing office to fix it, the manager said that it is very normal for this to happen in any building when it rains. Really? I have been inside many buildings when it rains and never experienced this. 4. The garage door slammed close on my guest's car door. I was told by the leasing office that they couldn't do anything about it. That concierge should be the one opening the door for guests. However, concierge were the ones who showed us how to operate the door because they are NOT supposed to be opening it for us. 5. If you email the leasing office for concerns they won't answer. If you go to their office to ask for help, they will tell you you have to deal with it, because it is how it is and it is very unfortunate that you have to deal with it. IF YOU CAN AVOID IT, DON'T MOVE HERE. BELIEVE THE REVIEWS. I should have done that.
I think they meant for this to be an upscale area, but there is no follow through. The management office doesn't care about the maintenance of the units. Garbage is always being piled up in the garbage rooms and the hallways reek of fish. I just read in the paper that in the luxury building across the street renovation have revealed bottles of urine and half eaten food closed up in the walls.
The apartments initially seems fine - we have four corporate units here. The views are impressive, but: 1. The apartments all have leaks 2. The front desk staff changes often, as soon as I learn someone's name, they are gone 3. The office is slow to respond to complaints or requests. They want you to wait for two months to patch a hole in the ceiling, but they don't consider any requests for rent-reductions, etc... 4. THERE IS NOTHING HERE. You must have a car if you want to do grocery shopping or plan on schlepping it all home on the ferry from Manhattan. 5. The apartments are not cheap - it would be better to give up the view and actually be in NYC
Horrible apartment and not worth the price. We haven't even been here a year and the apartment is falling apart. Cheap fixture and appliances. Many things broke and in need of repair. The fees are ridiculous. The sales person we dealt with originally lied about many things. The list goes on. The only amazing thing about the RiverParc is the front desk staff, but they don't even work for the building. Otherwise the building is poorly run and a waste of money. Don't move here.
Riverparc has NOT been a pleasant experience. Yes, it is a beautiful place to live but has come at the cost of a lot of headache. They advertise FREE internet and cable but you end up paying a "roselink fee" which is 185.00 which is in the lease your internet and cable. That is false advertising...... There is an amenity fee and you can only use the outdoor pool until 8pm and the hot tub is never working. There is an outside grill that hasn't worked since we moved in. Also, the inside pool is freezing so you end up paying roughly 60.00 per month upfront to never use any of the amenities. Oh and if you have a question regarding any items including parking, fees, they take FOREVER responding back. I have sent multiple emails and the return time on average is a week. Even picking up the phone doesn't help because they never give you a straight answer. Their elevators are always scheduled for people to move in and they won't share the schedule with you. In fact there is a website I found that shows you the down times that their own staff doesn't even know about. I had to research through all of my confusion paperwork to find there is a community website that shares that information. Overall the HIGH price you pay to live at Riverparc is not worth the headache. If you're paying almost 3 grand a month for a one bedroom apartment you'd think you'd get a higher class of service but it's worst customer service I've ever had.
