The office staff is rude. Services that are needed are not done or completed. Mold around all windows. Have rats in my place and the opening has not been sealed off. Phone calls are never returned. My lease is up in one year. Can not wait to get out of this place.

The Office management is unprofessonal, rude, and uncaring. The maintenance team is lacking in time management and professionalism.

All my Service requests were not done. My dryer is still not working. My shower pressure is not good. Keeps dropping off after two mins in the shower. And the front of my apartment looks ugly.

Hi im just about to sign my lease and so far im neutral no complaints as far as the process of the move in. The ladies in the office are professional. I can see the careful scrutiny of a new tenant is mandatory (you never know)the grounds are refreshing ,coming from downtown Los Angeles. Im hopeful and excited but realistic. 4 stars so far .... More to come.....

If you’re reading positive reviews and haven’t lived here before, let me tell you you are thrown in a raffle according to the leasing office monthly to win prices. They offer incentives to bribe you for a positive review. Read the negative reviews those are the residents that don’t sell themselves out but speak the truth. If you want things done right in this company, you must do many work orders. Things don’t get done properly the first time. Work orders are closed out so the maintenance supervisor “looks” like he’s getting everything done, but nothing gets done. Mold is a huge issue in these units and if anyother issue should arise like I’ve mentioned either you pay out of pocket then email them a copy of your receipt for reimbursement or be aware you’ll be making many work orders for the same issues, until you decide to involve health department.

Most of the units have mold. They cover up then rent it out. Once you tell them your concerns, they start ignoring you and find reasons to evict you. Very poor, inexperienced, ignorant and unprofessional people work here! Don’t be fooled! Don’t lease from here and stay healthy!

The Service is terrible , the community is bad, it’s infested with mice and roaches.STAY AWAY if you have a family. I’m moving ASAP.
I had been looking for a new apartment for a few weeks with no luck. I came accross Riverpark and it has turned out to be a great experience. The staff is beyond helpful and made sure to get me everything I needed. I am looking forward to living in these great apartments.
If I could give a negative star I would. This place is INFESTED!! with roaches. My boyfriend & I attempted to move in the beginning of Aug. they said they sprayed the same day I looked at the apartment. My boyfriend looked AFTER & found live roaches. They sprayed yet again. I went 3 days after they sprayed for the 2nd time, STILL LIVE ROACHES. All in the sinks in the kitchen & throughout the bedrooms. We requested a new apartment. Went to go look at completely different unit & AGAIN had live roaches!! This place is filthy & disgusting. The employees act like they have no knowledge of the infestation. This apartment needs to be shut down! Don’t waste your time & money.
I lived on the 2nd floor and thank God I did... There is a serious rat infestation in these apartments.. Throughout the night we would hear scratching behind the walls. These were several times I found a roach in the home. Our aapartment was well kept and there should have been any bugs in the apartment. Also when we got closer to the year before we moved out, there was tons of mildew forming on the wall. It was like everytime we turned around there was an issue. If you want to still move in it's up to you.
Maintenance takes weeks to months not days as normally the case. They are very competent maintenance people but understaffed and probably way too many issues to deal with in all the units. Also, the train tracks are less than 50 feet from the units in some places and during the night you hear giant freight trains that use their horns at the crossing nearby 2-3 times per night. We specifically asked about this during our tour and were told that no, there wasn't a noise issue and that the tracks were only used for commuter trains during the day. Lie. Also if rent isn't paid correctly by the "auto pay" system online you have to get certified funds made at your cost in order to pay the balance. If not paid within 3 days of notice you are charged a fee of $75!!! They won't accept cash or a personal check no matter how good your credit is. My personal opinion is that this is because of a history of bad tenants because it seems to be the type of place that attracts those people.
Hands down the singular worst renting experience I've ever had in my 10 years living in apartments. I've worked with a lot of leasing offices large and small and this staff along with their policies are the epitome of corporate big-business interests trumping individual needs of their customers who pay their salaries with their rent checks every month. Stay FAR away. Everything from maintenance to parking, to the 60-page lease filled with litigation and binding agreements is one headache after another. The apartment facilities are antiquated and reek of one cost-saving cheap repair after the other when replacement would truly fix the issue. Ant and insect infestations abound. If you want a quiet, hassle-free living experience look elsewhere.
Out dated. Everything from the AC to the washer and dryer are unbelievably old. Maintenance is ridiculously slow, the soonest any issue is resolved is about 2-3 business days. And if they need a park your waiting at least a week. Parking is absolutely terrible, it's impossible to find parking after 8 pm so don't expect to have guest come over unless you let them park in your garage. There's literally been nights where I've driven around past 3am looking for parking. Aside from that the actual apartment is a great size and looks good from the inside.
I've lived here for quite awhile now, and I can say that I genuinely like the atmosphere, and my place. Weather is nice, and rent is great. Quite, Blessed.

I Research and located a Beautiful apartment in a great area of town. It is very cozy, along with washer and dryer and comes complete with garage and has a great area for children and animals to feel right at home.
This is a great area to live. It is in a very good location. There are many resourceful companies providing a variety of goods and services. The staff are expedient in response to request for assistance. For those challenged with ambulartory needs, the grounds are structured with ramp accessiblities for easy access. The environment is peaceful and accommodating. Outside recreational areas are welcoming and fun filled. It is conducive for walking, jogging, running and sprinting exerses. also, nautilus services are available for wellness body building.
Management keeps up the grounds, pools are always. I have been here for 3 yrs and whenever maintenance was needed they came and fixed the problem immediately. For my first apartment living experience I have to say it's been a good one.
I live in a quite building and on a quite street. I wish the ac system was updated because on hot days it doesnt feel like it is on. That my only complaint.
I love this apartment complex, I have lived here over a year and have had little to no problems. The problems that I have had, were easily fixed by a very helpful management staff. The maintenance workers were very nice and worked quickly. It is very quiet around and my neighbors are very nice. I over look a pool and surprisingly, not a lot of noise comes from in during the summer. I'd recommend this apartment complex
