Rivers Edge Apartments

We have lived here over 4 years. I can’t imagine living anywhere else in downtown Greenville.

Nate and Isaiah are very professional and has always done an excellent job.

Nice apartment and the location really makes it 10/10.

We are so happy to call Rivers Edge home now! The staff have been wonderful and sooo helpful getting us settled in! We love our new apartment and the amazing location. Thank you!!

Admin and maintenance are excellent, fast to respond and follow up. Very impressed. I love the A/C in the building and I love how sparkling clean the lobby is. Bell carts are a huge plus! Thank you for adding an additional one.

Living here has been the easiest and most satisfactory experience.

We have lived at Rivers Edge for about 7 years and found the location, condition of the building and especially the on-site staff to be exceptional in all regards.

I've lived at Rivers Edge since 2016 and have never had a more comfortable home. The management and maintenance teams are always pleasant, professional and responsive. Living and public spaces are clean, well maintained, secure and welcoming. And then there's the location.

We’ve really enjoyed our time at River’s Edge. The entire team here is consistently wonderful, helpful, and kind – truly a highlight of living here. The building is incredibly well taken care of. Maintenance is prompt and efficient, addressing any issues quickly and effectively. Beyond the excellent service, there's a fantastic sense of community among the residents & the location is unbeatable. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible. The staff are very intentional with making sure the members are happy and the community is being kept up. I submitted a maintenance request and I got update emails about the status of the repair. It was done quickly and enthusiastically and Nate is incredible at making sure it is taken care of!

Rivers Edge has the most amazing management and maintenance team! Everyone is always happy, helpful and willing to go above and beyond!

I really appreciate that when I submit a maintenance request, it is promptly resolved. Nate gets things taken care of quickly and is helpful and friendly. One of the reasons I have remained a resident this long is because of the service I get if I have any issues. Thanks to Nate!!

I think my biggest compliment would be for the leasing team, Shannon, who truly went above and beyond to not only help me comfortably pick a unit I like from out of state, but also ensured I had the most convenient move-in despite coming in after hours. I love the convenience of the location, and the community is really well kept. The lobby area was my favorite to hang at till I got a wifi connection setup, and there are so many resident events happening that gives me a sense of community even when I’m new to the city and state. Overall, everyone at the office are incredibly friendly and resourceful, and even find the other residents very helpful and considerate. So far, loving my experience and highly recommend!

Being in downtown Greenville is amazing and Rivers Edge has a great location. The property staff is also excellent, from maintenance completed quickly and professionally to working with the office staff always a pleasure.

Everyone at RiversEdge works hard to create a clean, pleasant environment. They plan social gatherings, respond quickly to requests and always act in a professional but friendly manner. Marissa, Shannon, and Nate all do a fabulous job!

I moved in here a few months ago and they have been great! Nate is awesome! If I ever have an issue it is always fixed quickly and professionally.

The staff is amazing (shoutout to Nate). If I ever have a maintenance issue he fixes it ASAP. I love this place so much I have renewed my lease 3 times. The staff is truly a second family to me. They all rock! Also, obviously the location is beautiful and you can walk to everything downtown. The monthly events are the also the best! They are a great way for residents to meet others. If you are ever on the fence I definitely recommend moving here. They will make you feel right at home :)

River's Edge is a great place to live close to downtown Greenville and within walking distance of theaters, restaurants and shopping.

I have lived at RiversEdge for six years and have found it to be a great place to live! Nate in maintenance is great at his job. And Jessica and Marissa in the office are so pleasant, helpful and efficient. A beautiful apartment in a great part of downtown!

I’ve only lived here for less than a week but so far it has been great. The leasing staff has been very helpful, especially Jessica, with the move in process. I love the location since it’s pretty much walking distance to so many things. The halls and common areas are kept clean and smelling nice. My only negative so far would be the parking situation but it’s not that bad compared to other places I have lived.

I fell in love with Rivers Edge 5 years ago while visiting a friend. The location is amazing. Marissa, Jessica, and Nate have been impeccable. It’s everything I thought it would be and then some.

When my last apartment building got turned into condos 4 years ago, finding Rivers Edge was a godsend! I have truly felt comfortable here under both the old management and the new!

This is a great place to live in downtown Greenville. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We thought we’d be here for a short time. However, several years later and we still love it.

Can hear everything in these apartments from my neighbor's morning trip to the bathroom, ice in the cup, people under me on the porch (bonus points if you like to smell their weed in your closed apartment) people above you always, the outdoor music serious downtown, not to mention my musician neighbor across the hall. Multiple complaints and sorry to hear that was the outcome. Parking: unless you work 9-5 the nights and weekend parking option isn't feasible. If you work night or from home you will need to factor in $90 for an assigned spot or $75 o park across the street in the public garage. Let's not forget the ever changing turnover of office staff. Never know who to contact since by the time you email them out are informed they no longer work there. If you are going to pay downtown prices at least go somewhere with amenities to semi balance the costs

From the day I moved in there has been nothing but problems. There was no one available to let us in so we could pick up our keys. We had a scheduled time but everyone decided to go to lunch. I spent 45 minutes sitting outside with my moving truck before someone finally showed up. When we signed the paperwork to get keys, they let us bring our dog in the lobby, and even said she was fine to sit on the furniture. But after moving in the story changed. No only are dogs not allowed in the lobby but they'll accost you verbally if you walk around from the only door you're allowed to take your dog out and they see you in front of the building. There where a few things that needed some attention in the unit and we've discovered the only way to get anything fixed is to complain over and over so they finally fix it. Or just live with it not working. There is a reason this is the lowest priced building in downtown. You get what you pay for. We will not be signing a new lease.

The location is great, and the price is not bad, but there is constantly a new property manager every 6 weeks it seems, which means maintenance requests and questions receive very little follow up. I submitted a maintenance request about a few things in my apartment in July that have never been addressed, and I submitted an emergency request when my washing machine started leaking. They were there that night to inspect it, but now over a month later it still is not fixed, and when I ask for an update the response is basically "wait, it isn't fixed yet?"

Toured the property (as well as others in Downtown Greenville). Was told about another property that they managed that was going to have an apartment opening in up in 45 days that we might be interested in. We were given photos, and I followed up on multiple occasions, both with the leasing person as well as the property manager. When I checked today, I was told that the place had never been available, and had been leased prior to my visit. They had multiple opportunities to tell me this, but chose not to. If this is how they treat prospective tenants, I can only imagine how dishonest they'd be to people once under lease. Be forewarned, I'd avoid living there. I don't trust these individuals.

I've lived in a few apartments over the years, and each time the staff has by far been the worst part about each complex. Not at River's Edge. Ashley and Erin are two of the nicest people you will meet. Every time I needed something (i.e. maintenance request, questions about payments, etc.) they were incredibly helpful in processing that request as quickly and friendly as possible. As for the location, you can't beat it. You are a 2 minute walk from everything Greenville has to offer, and it's not like you are compromising on the room itself either. The rooms themselves are incredibly well kept with high quality finishes. Overall great experience!
