Lots of amenities. Some loud neighbors but they calm down at night. Garage openers barely work but they try to make things right. Overall pretty good.

Building is a lot nicer than expected. But as expecting a fully updated unit and it’s only semi. It’s still nice and clean. A lot more amenities but not a lot of parking

Nice river view from balcony, updated unit with w/has nice appliances only down side for unit is no central ac and radiator turn on valve is behind where most folks would put their entertainment center so difficult to get to. For parking, unless you are willing to pay for a garage spot, if one is available, or for city street parking, there is very limited free lot parking available.

I enjoy living here I just wish they would have re mulched my courtyard like all the others :( . I also wish the community events were a lil earlier or later because I can never make them .

Great location in the heart of downtown Waukesha. Friendly, responsive staff and an outstanding maintenance crew! A game room is available 24 hours a day as is a fitness center.
It feels great living in river's edge apartments. A great community and peaceful place. A cool riverview and an awesome neighborhood to live with.

Finally making some friends. Enjoying my time here and really liking the residents that I am meeting. I appreciate the get togethers that management puts on for the residents. A very nice gesture and a good way for the residents to mingle
My family are enjoying living here. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The cleaning staff is friendly and they do a good job cleaning the hallway and laundry room.
The hallways smell good, and our apartment looks great. There are a few minor damages to the apartment upon move in but overall good. Front desk is helpful

Great location- I love walking along the riverwalk and around downtown waukesha. Staff is friendly and helpful. Highly recommend getting an indoor parking spot as soon as you move in to avoid being put on the waitlist. Outdoor parking is very minimal.

Apartments are nice, maintenance is quick at responding. Ample laundry facilities, multiple on each floor. Package room is nice and organized. Courtyard/dog areas are well-maintained, haven't gotten a chance to use the grill yet. My only big gripe is the parking, the surface lots are almost nonexistent and dimly lit, and underground parking (starting at $50 a month) is very sparse and you'll likely need to be put on a wait list to get a spot. Would recommending getting a municipal lot permit and parking in the lot on the corner of Barstow and Main so there's an option if the road and parking lots are full.

I love the atmosphere here at Rivers Edge. Everyone has been extremely nice; staff and residents both have been amazing. The staff was extremely friendly and communicated effectively to help me understand some things. The residents have been extremely welcoming and help any questions I may have about where stuff is in the building or nearby.
The staff has been incredibly helpful and alway quick to assist with any request I have. When I first eneted my apartment, I was pleasantly surprised by how move-in ready it was. I really appreciate the amenities lik the fitness room, dog park, laundry area, and package room-it's so convenient for receivingdeliveries.
Terrible living with tenants above me!and the constant noise in bedroom that sounds like a MRI machine!other wise apartment and walking around the area is nice !
Beautiful environment, wonderful staff and we love our place that we've made our home! It is also great to have so much available in the downtown Waukesha area. This is definitely where we'd like to remain for the foreseeable future.
We only just took over our lease, and have had a wonderful experience with Rochelle and the leasing office. We can't wait to really settle in!
The staff is very friendly and welcoming! I also really enjoy that there is so much to do within walking distance. However, there have been some minor issues I have come across. For example, the dishwasher does not work and staff never explained to us how to use it. Also, there is very limited free parking spaces if you choose not to pay for parking, which is something staff should mention before moving in. Otherwise, everything else is good!
They have recently moved into the river apartments and the apartments are too good very cleanliness like they give service like 24 x 7 And the maintenance offered to friendly thank you
I actually enjoy living here, the people are amazing, managers are all nice & respectful. It's actually a great place to be at considering most places don't actually communicate back properly. I haven't had any issues other than sometimes you hear others being a tad loud but that doesn't bother me as everyone has fun in life at some point. Parking is nice since I can easily be on the 2nd floor & my gf can be on the first. They have events & stuff that go on which is actually cool including the whole point system. I'd want to stay here another year to be honest, they allow pets, cats, dogs. I got 2 kitties and I couldn't be more happier to live at a place that allows pets.
Jasmine, Rochelle Lauren and Meisha in the leasing office were extremely helpful ahead of our move. We were guided through the various room options/forms remotely and all were patient with our questions as thus was my first apartment. Move in day went very well and all were very efficient in getting us checked in and orientated.
Great location with many different apartments to choose from. Maintenance is outstanding. There's a game room, courtyard, coffee room, and pet shower!
We kept looking to see if there was any apartments available. I applied to see if we could get an apartment. I filled out the application and within a few days we received an email stating we were approved for an apartment. The manager and staff has been nothing but helpful. The apartment is layout for my husband who is in a wheelchair and move freely around the apartment.
Property not taken care of. Illegal dog breeds in residence. Illegal window air conditioners hanging out of windows. Elevators not kept clean. Garage floors not cleaned as promised by management. Unsightly and non-lease compliant items stored on outside decks. Nonexistent management oversight in all these areas!!

We have been happy here, and very happy with our neighbors. The hallways and parking could be cleaner and we could use more washers and dryers. Other than that is has been a good place to call home.

Everything we need is in our apartment (washer/dryer, walkin cliset) or the apartment complex (coffee bar, exercise room, theater room). Balcony facing the river is a bonus!

Not enough parking, maintenance takes a long time, and there’s lots of added fees to the monthly rent which are not mentioned before signing.

It’s glitz and glamour without substance. Management is beyond incompetent. No one cares. It used to be a great place to live. Read other reviews. Avoid this place like the plague.
The physical location and building is nice; however, the management is the worst. The building is supposed to be smoke free, but there is a lot of week and tobacco smoking and the smoke goes from one apartment to another. Reporting to the managers does not do any good, they will post some signs, but not talk to the offenders. They seem more worried about the occupancy rate than the occuments.

I moved down to Waukesha for a job, and have lived here since. Their office staff and maintenance crew are very fast to respond to any questions I might have. I LOVE the package handling they offer for free! Order from Amazon or anywhere else, and conveniently pick up the package from the office after work! Having a heated garage is SUPER nice too, for unloading groceries, to not having to warm your car up in the morning and no leaves/snow on your car!

Our apartment is in a great location if you like to live in downtown Waukesha, Wi. These apartments face Main Street and/or The Fox River. We are literally one block away from the downtown stores, and close enough to watch the town Parades from your apartment. (If you decide to live on the Main Street side). Our apartment is a 2 bed/2 bath, with full deck. It includes stove,refridgerator, microwave and dish washer. In the master bedroom, we have 2 6 foot closets.The second bedroom has a walk-in closet which is also a very nice size.Since there are four floors to this apartment building, they have washers/dryers on each floor available to the tenants. One of the attributes that I appreciate is the underground parking. It is great not to have to warm up the car in the middle of the winter months. Each apartment also receives a storage bin. Nice to store the extras in. The Office Staff at River's Edge are wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff does an exceptional job! When an issue arises, they are there to fix it! The reason I gave them a 4 is because the apartments do not have central air, though the appartment does come with an air conditioner.
My husband and I moved here in April this year, and was most surprised and happy to know the apartment was newly painted, re-carpeted AND re-tiled. It felt brand new and SMELLED clean compared to previous places we've lived. We love the location, just across from the Downtown scene, and our 'own backyard' of Frame Park (walking, running and bike path, river activities, cycling activities, sand-volleyball, playground, community house). The service at River's Edge is excellent, with a very friendly staff. Maintenance is also very on time and efficient. I think the only thing we wished for was Central Air, as the other rooms get quite hot in the summer, and the AC seems to service only the living and dining room.
My wife and I checked this place out on a whim, and we're so much happy we did! We love being within walking distance to the downtown area and having a park right outside our door. The apt itself is really nice too. It feels like we're on a perpetual vacation!!
