The new management company does not want to hear about your complaints and does not address the issues at hand. Parking is not enforced at all, and people park anywhere they want, double parking in fire lanes and in no parking areas. According to them if your AC goes out on the weekend (which happened to us) it is not considered emergency service until the temperature outside is over 90 degrees. Even though the temperature inside is in the upper 80's and you cant cook anything due to the fear of raising the temperature even further. After several calls they still say someone will get to it on Monday, there's nothing they can do for you. I even offered to pay an HVAC company out of my pocket, and take care of it and they say they don't have keys to the Mechanical Room. For the amount of money you pay in rent, you do not get the expected service. I would not recommend anyone renting from this company as long as the current management company is running things. I hope the owner of the property sees what is happening and makes the necessary changes, but I doubt that happens.

I am a current tenant in a 2 room bedroom apartment. I moved into this property in Feb 2020. I have enjoyed my stay without any issues and appreciated all WPM LLC, the management company, who previously managed this property has done for the property and treated us. In Dec 2020, it is taken over by a new management company and recently, i received a survey for a work order. i called the office and was informed by front office that they had to close out the work order and there was no work done. I had to know who had created the work order in my name. I was then transferred to Faye, who said preventative maintenance, such as checking of batteries in the fire alarm was done and that it is all good but i was not informed that maintenance will be entering my unit nor a general notice to the residents was broadcast. when i voiced my concern, Faye said, if I have such concerns, I will need to email them my preferences and they will keep my email on their file. They have 400 units and cannot inform the tenants individually nor send a broadcast. I live alone in the apartment and feel like my privacy have been invaded and the management company does not care for their tenants well being.

Definitely Recommend living here the clean environment Is excellent for children & my cozy well maintained apartment is a huge plus thanks to the quick responding work team I never have issues with anything!

I don’t typically write reviews except for the most exceptional experiences, and this place I highly recommend. Awesome staff, very generous prices, and exceptionally lovely community. The large green view from my window makes for a great start to each morning. The apartment felt like home within minutes of walking through the door. My only (minor) complaint is an occasional shortage of conveniently located parking.

I've moved around a lot so I know a good property when I find one! Riverside feels like you’re not even like living in an apartment! The grounds are beautifully maintained, courteous staff, responsive maintenance team ....but my favorite part is the quality of the sound proofing between the apartments.

The property is very nice and clean.I moved in on 11 26 18, so far I have enjoyed every minute of it. I love the design of my apartment. Moving here was a great idea. It is a nice place to live, I enjoy using the club house and all it offers. The rooms are a nice size with a large beautiful balcony. 2/24/2019 - Loretta Golson-Bradford

Going through a divorce is very stressful. When I toured the apartment with the office staff, I was in shambles. I was about to run from my husband and knew I had to make a decision quickly. As soon as I walked into my apartment, I said this is it. Few days later I moved in. I really wanted to find a place I could afford at the same time I was able to maintain a living standard as close as possible to the one I was accustomed to. I visited other apartments in the area -- some were below standard, and one in particular was just not enough in return for the price (25 dollars a month for trash pick up?) . I made the absolute best decision. The apartments are very spacious, love the wood floor in the entry areas, my countertop is huge and the grounds super well maintained. Riverside has become my little oasis, the place where I feel safe and where I have room to heal. I needed maintenance twice and they were here in last than 30 minutes. The staff is absolutely 5 stars. Look no further, you will love this place.

Riverside Apartments was our first experience of apartment life and I think we are spoiled. We were skeptical about moving in to an apartment after selling our home but needed a place to transition while we searched for our new house. Riverside Apartments has everything you could ask for. A 24 hour fitness center with a yoga room, 3 playgrounds, walking trails over a mile long, multiple car wash stations, a business center with WiFi, a large dog park, outdoor pool with a splash pad, and great events hosted by the wonderful staff! Our family of 5 have truly enjoyed living at Riverside Apartments and would recommend this place to anyone looking in this area.

After a hectic day and stressful traffic you exit the freeway and in a few minutes you're in quiet and respectful community. Enter into your newly constructed apartment where you can enjoy granite counter tops, quality appliances, big windows, and a well cleaned and maintained building. Then you could go for swim in the pool or get some exercise at the newly renovated fitness center. Take a moment to relax because you know the friendly and professional maintenance and management crew will promptly address your concerns.

Being new to Maryland, I was a little worried about where I was going to live. From the minute I came to Riverside Apartments I felt welcome. The staff was so informative and friendly that I felt like I already knew them. I must say I felt right at home. The beauty and comfort of these apartments go beyond expectations. If I need anything I just have to contact the office and they answer immediately. The maintenance personnel is very reliable and are always available. And the staff always keeps you informed with emails about activities, weather, and any area attractions. I love my new home! I know it was the best choice I made!

However, the customer service that we receive from your company is exceptional! You guys are very interactive with the residents and you really make it fun to live in this community. Previous management did not interact with the residence and it was really a business relationship between residents and the company. However, WPM makes us feel like family and makes coming home wonderful. I just wanted you guys to know that your hard work and excellent customer service skills do not go unnoticed. We really have enjoyed every event that has occurred in the community center and it helps to bring residents together as a family as well. THE GOOD: I have lived at Riverside Apartments since 2012 and overall it is a great place. The amenities are great - walking trails, bark park, pool, gym and now a yoga studio! Neighborhood is quiet and I feel very safe. The apartments spacious and well built. My apartment is on the third floor so I have a sunroom, stainless steel appliances, and ceiling fans in every room. Such a convenience during the spring/summer months. Ms. Kathy in the management office is FANTASTIC and is always there to assist. THE NOT SO GREAT: I have had two issues since I have lived here and both occurred when we switched over to the new management company about a year ago. When they switched over to a new pay system and when I had a maintenance issue with my carbon monoxide detector. Both issues were immediately rectified upon notification and I received an apology letter for both incidents. That was over a year ago so I am confident that the issues with the new management company's processes have been smoothed out. Notice I stated "not so great" and not "bad." That is because this is a great place to live. Some of the reviews have stated that it feels as if they are living on a resort and I must say I agree. Three colleagues have moved to their own place at Riverside Apartments after visiting my home and they also love it! I look forward to many more years at Riverside!

Riverside Apartments has been thr best residential complex to reside in. My experience with thr staff has been impeccable. There has not been a time where they didn't conduct themselves in a professional manner. If minor maintenance was needed, I was serviced within the day of calling in, or by the next day. This complex is open seven days a week, which is great! I enjoy all of the amenities, especially having 24 he access to the gym, and laying out in the sun by our beautiful pool, during the summer months. If you have children and pets, you all will love this area. The staff here is always coming up with ideas on how to entertain the children. We have a pet park, which most communities don't have. You will also have fast access to the suprmarket, fast food restaurants, dry cleaners, physical therapy office, Urgent Care, and we have the best elementary school in Harford County. who could ask for more! I love residing here and I don't plan on moving any time soon.

I have lived here in the Riverside Apartments for five years. During this time, I have enjoyed the many amenities the property offers such as the pool, the beautiful walking paths through the woods and lots of fun events. I have met many neighbors, that I now call friends. Last year I had my birthday gathering in the spacious Clubhouse and my family and friends all commented that they felt like they were at a resort. Indeed, I too feel the same. The shopping center just 2 minutes away provides me with everything I need on a weekly basis. Before I moved here, I was a home owner, and I was tired of all the upkeep and work that involved. Now I just pick up the phone for any service repairs, I watched professionals clear mounds of snow last year during the blizzard and I sip iced tea while the lawn gets mowed every week “by someone other than me”. I can honestly say this was one of the best decisions I have made. The office staff and management are friendly and helpful to me. The maintenance and grounds crew are super. I am happy to call Riverside my home.

Since moving to Riverside Apartment Homes in June 2016, it has been a very positive experience from the first day we walked through the leasing office door up until now. The Staff members are A1 professionals willing and capable to assist with whatever info you are seeking concerning touring the fabulous property, securing a lease and walking you through the process every step of the way. Also, it has been a pleasure getting to know others in the community through the various outreach functions provided by the management company. The pool was a major factor in choosing this property to live on as it is convenient for my daughter to enjoy the sun. The Club House is always clean and welcoming as well as the upkeep of the property. You won't be disappointed by choosing Riverside as your new place to call home. TaWanda M

We have lived here for over 4 years now and this place is as beautiful as day one. The pool makes us think that we are living in a resort. We love walking the trails, the grounds are always pristine. The office staff is the best, we’ve never had an issue of any kind. There are a lot of different resident functions at the clubhouse and they’re always fun. Riverside Apartments is truly a fantastic place to live. There’s no doubt that this place is home.

When I first learned that I would be moving to Aberdeen, I toured four apartment complexes and kept comparing Riverside to the rest. I have officially resided here at Riverside for one year and renewed my lease. The leasing staff is terrific, maintenance is the best and go an extra mile to say hello to my dogs! The community is quiet, safe and neighbors tend to wave or say hello to one another. The walking path & dog park are great amenities and the gym is going 24/7!

Having recently moved to Maryland for a job transfer, I toured at least five complexes to get a feel for the area. In the end, it was an easy decision and one I’m glad I made. Riverside Apartments has many compelling amenities set in an inviting, friendly, and well maintained community. Nine months later, I have had no issues with my unit and have been consistently impressed by the staff. In fact, the staff at Riverside is easily the most professional and engaging that I have encountered through my stay at nearly ten apartment complexes. They go above and beyond to make residents feel welcome and offer a variety of social events for the community. Build quality, amenities, and the staff make Riverside Apartments a great pick for anyone in the market.

My family, & I just moved into Riverside apartments. We love it! Friendly staff. Beautiful location inside and out. Very convenient location as well. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, fast food, and highway. We would recommend Riverside to everyone!

These apartments are clean and everything is in ideal condition. I could not be happier at this complex. All staff is friendly and knowledgeable. In addition to my apartment being fully functional and completely free of issues, the complex has a nice fitness center that is never very crowded, a pool, a coffee bar, and some game tables in their leasing area. I would recommend this establishment to both families and individuals. You can hear your neighbors, but it's not overwhelming. It is placed with easy access to both Aberdeen Proving Ground and Edgewood Arsenal...takes about 15 min to each. I also really like that they are pet friendly, have a dog park, and walking trails.

The apartments themselves are fairly clean and look beautiful when we were touring them. Unfortunately, when we moved in this past December, there were multiple stains on the carpet, the cabinets above the stove were disgusting (like greasy) and there were no heating elements on the stove top, really? We made sure this was all documented, and the heating elements were replaced (but nothing else was fixed). The next couple months were good, fairly uneventful. Then the apartment switched management, and it all went pretty horribly after that. In our lease, it stated that payments were to be made by check to the leasing office, but after the change we were informed that they would no longer accept any payment at the office, but we had to go online and pay. Okay, no big deal, but every payment option carried a fee. Payment with a credit/debit card carried a FIFTY DOLLAR fee! Every single month, a fifty dollar fee that was no where in our original lease. So we broke our lease and moved out ASAP. In my lease (which was never changed by the new management) it states that I can still get my deposit back even if the lease is broken. Did I get that deposit? No. It's been three months since I've sent my registered letter, and now I have to go to small claims court, because they refuse to acknowledge me at all. It's just been a huge hassle from the moment the new management came in, and we're really frustrated and disappointed.

I have been in this apartment for 2 months now and it's great. Nice pool, workout room, it has a dog run, 3 playgrounds, space for washing you car and even places to wash your dogs. One of the few places to allow 2 dogs without a weight limit (you are just restricted to be on bottom floor or in one of their townhouse that you have all 3 floors). Some apartments even come with an attached covered garage and many apartments overlook woods.

Location is perfect if you don't want to be in the middle of everything in Baltimore, but still close enough to everything. The apartment complex is dog-friendly, has a pool, and has a great walking trail. The kitchen is gorgeous and quite large in comparison to many other apartment kitchens. The only issue I have is the carpet was not installed too great, you can see the seams, and it is fraying around the edges. Also, the leasing office doesn't seem to try and fix any issues you may have too quickly. However, the issues not at all emergent in my experience.

I love where I live the maintenance guys respond very quickly to any issues you may have. It very convenient shopping for groceries and close to my hospital I have. I currently have multiple sclerosis which convenience because of my condition helps me take care of needs for myself and my family. The salt water is very useful for my physical therapy I go thru and gym is well stocked to help as well. All in all these apartments location and amenities as well as the staff are making my condition a lot better.

I AM MULTI-DISABLED AND SO IS MY FRIEND. WE ALSO HAVE TWO BEAUTIFUL SERVICE DOGS, BAMBI AND RAVEN. THE RIVERSIDE APARTMENTS ARE NOT ONLY BEAUTIFUL, FABULOUS, AND LUXURIOUS, BUT ALSO FULLY ACCESSIBLE. AS FAR AS WE ARE CONCERNED, THIS FANTASTIC PLACE WILL BE OUR HOME FOREVER. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE PLACE TO FEEL FREE AND RETIRE IN. YES, OUR HOME FOREVER. THEY HAVE TWO DOG PARKS, WALKING TRAILS, SALTWATER ACCESSIBLE POOL, FITNESS CENTER, DOG GROOMING DAYS, PICNIC TABLES, AND SO VERY MUCH MORE. THERE STANDS IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COMPLEX AN OAK TREE THAT DATES AS FAR BACK AS THE AMERICAN REVOLUTION (WOW). APARTMENTS AND TOWNHOUSED WITH THEIR OWN PRIVATE GARAGE, I KNOW BECAUSE WE LIVE IN SUCH AN APARTMENT. WE HAVE COME ACROSS SUCH BEAUTIFUL WILDLIFE SUCH AS DEER, FOXES, FROGS, AND SO ON. THE STAFF, STARTING WITH LYNN THE PROPERTY MANAGER, ARE SUCH CARING AND THOUGHTFUL PEOPLE. THE BEST MANAGEMENT TEAM EVER. MAINTENANCE ARE THE VERY BEST AND FRIENDLY. AS FORTHE OTHER TENANTS, THEY ARE SUPERB. THE RIVERSIDE APARTMENTS IS LIKE LIVING IN HEAVEN RIGHT HERE ON EARTH.

These apartments were built in the last 3 years and as such are modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff is very responsive and maintenance handles any issues in a super-fast and friendly manner. The amenities in the clubhouse are also great, as are the two playgrounds for the kids. One thing I wish they would do is have a monthly resident breakfast like our previous apartment complex used to have. There are a few resident get-togethers throughout the year, but it would be nice to have them every month consistently.
