Don’t want to Leave

I just got a job out of state and will be leaving soon. I’m happy about the job but don’t wanna leave my apartment. It looks great and the rent is not too much. If I could only take my apartment with me.

Great Place

Im one of the longest tenants here and this is a Great place and cool staff.

I Love it here.

I been living here for one year now. My apartment is BEAUTIFUL!! Sometimes I pinch myself to make sure I’m not dreaming. If something breaks, they repair it. I really like that when they come to fix something, they make sure nothing else is broke before they leave. I love my apartment!!

Cool place

I’ve been living here for three years. When ever I call in for a repair they come and fix it. The people in the office are nice and the maintenance guys are cool.

Think again

This is the worse place to live they really don’t fix anything no matter how much you report it , they will stay in the office late to send out a late payment form but not stay late to make sure the apartments are repaired the office people are extremely rude super unprofessional even the Maintenance workers walk around complaining about the office people

DONT MOVE HERE

This is NOT a good place to live. They are slow with fixing but are quick to say you’ll be evicted if you don’t pay rent. It took them 1.5 YEARS to PAINT my wall and it’s STILL NOT done. Very unprofessional. I don’t recommend ANYBODY to live here. The heat is ALWAYS on, you don’t control your heat what so ever. And when it gets too hot the only thing to do is open the door or window because you CANNOT control your heat. Heat is on ALL YEAR ROUND!!!! The lights are flickering always. This place is bogus. They don’t want to fix anything but expect they payments on the first of the month!!! This place is a joke. Do NOT MOVE HERE!!!! DISAPPOINTED TENANT.

Rude unprofessional

Lady told me i would being moving in july its almost August and i still dont have an apartment they had my deposit since june place is unprofessional.

Very rude secretary

Idk who answers the phones but I called to inquire about the apartment and the lady on the phone was very rude and was rushing me off the phone I don't even want to rent here anymore just imagine!!
