Great location

It's affordable, spacious and close to public transportation. The cons, trains, traffic, garage in back plus flooding may occur. They do allow all pets but large aquariums and exotics. I would recommend this place to a friend.

Would not recommend

Terrible overall experience with rays roaches and mold. Apartment was broken into which took a month and a half to fix. Packages stolen from outside of my apartment. Paint chips getting on my baby when I bathe him. Would not recommend anyone you care about live here.

Mold / sewage backup / water issues

Lived here for approx year and a half Glad I finally got out My unit had mold infestation that got ignored for months and months Sewage backed up once and flooded basement laundry area which, after 8 months still has not been fully cleaned up and sanitized Maintenance and (barely) part-time management is as close to missing-in-action and incompetent as can possibly be It's what I call a pig-in-lipstick Not "luxurious living", just kinda looks that way Good luck if you choose to live here

GREAT APARTMENT FOR A GREAT PRICE!

My boyfriend and I moved into Carriage Hill Apartments in April, and could not be happier. We are in a 1st floor apartment, which we were able to walk through prior to committing to the rental. Sue, the Property Manager, is one of a kind. She is always willing to help with anything you need, whether it has anything to do with your apartment or not. She is genuinely interested in your life and wants nothing but the best for her tenants. Carriage Hill is truly a great complex, plus you have the ability to use the Summit Park Clubhouse, including the pool! Great bar, great atmosphere! Highly recommend this apartment complex!
