The casinos may be what draw visitors to Reno, but the “Biggest Little City in the World” has become an exciting, alluring locale for renters who can look past the slot machines. For one thing, the famous nickname is a bit of a misnomer these days: with a quarter-million people inside the city limits alone, the community has become one of the busier metro areas in the region. Property Ratings at Riverside Park Apartments
During my time there I had sent multiple noise complaints that were all ignored and the neighbor had never quieted down during my time living their (either neighbor because there were issues with both apartments on each side of me.) Since my emails were being ignored I would try calling the apartment and leaving voicemails. Those were never returned either. It was impossible for me to communicate with the office.
I had a horrific experience while living here! Never heard from management, extreme safety concerns within the area, and added fees to my rent that were not told to me! I would really do your research and read reviews before staying here, I would 100% not recommend it!
