the new management has raised the rent more than a person can afford. when i moved they wanted to charge me over s 795.00 for cleaning my apartment to paint my apartment after 10 yr living there. dont move there

Riverside Senior Living
Very poor management. Many of the apartments have current and long term mold problems due to inefficient wall air conditioning units. Thousands of bats living in the attic above the 5th floor, and are very active spring & summer, coming out at dusk. Do not recommend these apartments.

Beautiful and Secure place to live...I absolutely love it!
The building and grounds are very clean. It is quiet and relaxing here. All the Appliances are updated and working. I couldn't be happier. Thanks for excepting my application.

Lovely
I absolutely love ?? this place, I feel secure here. Quiet and peaceful overlooking the river. Shopping only 2-3 minutes away. Lovely!!!!!!

Quiet, gorgeous
I love my new place. It's very quiet, peaceful, and absolutely gorgeous. Three minute away from shopping, but country living. On the river with beautiful surroundings. Very affordable!!!!
