Property Ratings at Riverside Terrace
Two bedroom on the first floor of a very clean building. Nice size living room and kitchen with an island in between. Bedrooms are spacious enough. One bathroom in good condition. Very nice view of the nyc skyline. Big plus! Here are some of the negatives. Buses along boulevard east are very loud. Apartment is right over the boiler room and garage so there's a lot of heat in the winter and a lot of noise from the garage door daily in the main bedroom. Building's laundry room can be a bit unkempt and there are no cameras in the building.
