Only been here four days but the few neighbors I’ve seen are very cordial! The staff was wonderful, patient while the application process was ongoing!
Highly recommend living here at River stone. The apartments are spacious, the site is gorgeous, and the staff are very helpful!! The amenities and location make it so worth it.
Trinity has been so nice and helpful during every step of our move in process. The community is so nice and our apartment is beautiful. I’m so excited to call riverstone home!
The office staff was friendly and helpful at move in. Appreciate them making the prices smooth and painless after a 12 hour drive in a uhaul
I love all the conveniences that are here. I love having the trash collected. I love having the compost bin. I love having the post office mail drop. I love how maintenance response so very quickly. I think I’m going to enjoy her very much. Already made a good friend with a neighbor.
I love it! Groups are kept clean and the amenities are great as well. Moving in was a breeze. The apartment is very spacious! It mono glad my family and I chose Riverstone as apartments!
I love the new apartment and all the amenities! I was at first worried about the location since I've gotten comfortable being close to downtown, but I think we are in a great place; everything is so close by, and downtown is only 20 minutes away!
Trinity and Jade have gone above and beyond to assist us with our new home and we are so grateful and excited to be here! The apartments are beautiful and the community is very welcoming.
Not luxurious living at all need to get treatment for bug control around pool area and outside the apartment need to keep better eyes on pets relieving themselves in areas that shouldn’t be in it’s a lot of stuff they need to fix or they won’t have any residents soon it’s a lot of residents complaining I’m not the only one feel like this
I recently moved into this community and I already love it! The staff is incredibly friendly, the amenities are amazing, and my new home is BEAUTIFUL!
I really enjoy living here. I love all the amenities and the people are really friendly. We have been here sinc July and again have had no issues or complaints.
Still new…there are some kinks to be worked out. The amenities are nice! The sauna is the best. I like to grill so that’s my favorite area to be in.
The property and apartment are well appointed… The gym and sauna are great… The clubhouse is beautiful… The drawbacks are that other residents don’t pick up after their dogs… My family picks up after other dogs almost every day… And still we find ourselves stepping in messes… The management voicemail is usually full… repair request get dealt with in a very timely manner if you put them in on the portal
The move in was so simple and welcoming. Kaitlyn was absolutely spectacular and incredibly kind. Her knowledge and kindness is what made this an easy choice. The apartments were lovely in the photos but can’t hold a light to how gorgeous they are in person. The neighbors are friendly and the community is safe with a bonus being the community area and gym. My family is so happy to call Riverstone home.
