Property Ratings at Riverstone on Powers Ferry
The staff is so welcoming and always happy to help.
I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a few weeks, and overall, it's been a great experience, especially for families with young children. The units are spacious, well-maintained, and the location is fantastic—close to a grocery store, a baseball stadium, and a mall. Rent is affordable for the area, making it an excellent option for families looking to save while still having easy access to amenities. The only major downside is the lack of lighting in the parking lot, particularly around the front entrance. It’s really dark at night, which can be hazardous, especially since there isn’t a gate separating the property from the outside. It’s a safety concern for those working late at night, people walking their dogs, and families with kids. I’d strongly recommend the property management add more lights to improve visibility and security for everyone. Otherwise, it's a great place to live!
Peaceful and good living environment. Good and supporting staff. Everything what you need on daily basis is too close.

Hey there, thanks for the kind words! We're thrilled to hear how much you are enjoying your experience with us and we hope you have a great day!
Worst Experience!!!! I have moved out of Riverstone at power ferry road on Jan 26 2023 and it was the worst experience in the my life. From day one all the appliances are broken, and carpet is not good, Vinyl flooring is not good, Broken Microwave, we always see mold on the corners, carpet was getting the bad smell from day 1 you can feel it, when it is raining, Always water repairs, Gym environment is not so hygienic. After moving out they charged me $549.83 and they will say if we don’t pay that amount in 3 days then they will send it collections. If you try to reach leasing office they will say they will get back to you but they will never reach back to you. Even if manager calls you he will call around 5.20 to 5.30 before he leave office so that he can say what he wants to say and end the call. When you try to reach him then he will not respond again. He is the rudest person. When you ask these questions to him why you are putting damage charges he will add additional 300$ if you ask those questions. We have sent the photos of apartment from day with the damages and even though they will not take those charges from your account. Manager and the other person always smokes inside the community, right next to leasing office they have a separate section where they smoke and they can see the folks who are walking into the leasing office. If you are existing tenant and if you are on the way to leasing office, they will make you to wait to 40 mins to 1 hour and always they do that intentionally. They will never be at there desks. My sincere suggestion stay away from this community.

this is a decent community to stay. The office staff has also improved alot with new people. They really putting efforts when they regularly arrange nice get togethers like pool parties, free wine and beer and others. However i feel the security is a concern because there are no security gates and its open for anyone to come in..so sometimes you may find some unwanted flyers tucked outside your door which is sometimes annoying. Also with this big community i feel the gym could have been little bigger in size!!! Overall i can give this a decent 3.5 out of 5.
