Good option for the price.
For under $500 a month and the option to have up to 3 roommates, this is a very good deal. The kitchen is decent, but a little small, and the air conditioning doesn't quite reach into the back bedroom, but everything else works well. The living room is a good size, and the bedrooms are nice size as well. It's been a great option for me for the last two years.
