Quiet and secure entry
So quiet here! The manager has been here a few years now so don't let the older reviews of poor management discourage you from looking here. We love it, we are going on a year now and will be renewing our lease. Gated and assigned parking, controlled keyed entry into the building, laundry on every floor. Floor plans are very accommodating and have quite a bit a of well placed storage - we are able to have a sectional couch in the living room and a king size bed in the primary bedroom and we are not cramped.

Secure clean well managed gated community with plenty of visitors parking
I have been a tenant at River View West Apartment's for ten years and we have had some nice managers but nice doesn't mean that they were doing there job you may see other reviews with negative comments on them but those people are not living at River View West any more there are a vast group of people that have been here for between ten and thirty seven years I have never seen a better Manager than the present one a she firm at times but she is doing her job and not here to make friends this apartment building has been a great place to live if you want a convenient place to live in a secure gated community with great bus service and great management well kept grounds and plenty of schools and bus pick up for your kids local shopping and easy access to the freeway's and spacious Apartment's this is the place it is definitely the finest apartment building in the area and has plenty of visitors parking and of friendly tenants that will welcome you to there community

Love this place
The new manager is awesome, so sweet and works really hard to help us budget and stay on task. Clean and friendly. Straightened out the parking issues of tenants parking in guest parking. Such a great place to live. The repair guy works hard and does the repairs right the 1st time. Always great to see Lori's smiling face every day. She is professional, friendly and always willing to help. She listens without judgement and I can depend on her to take care of any problems. She is honest, outgoing and hard working. Best manager EVER!

Don’t move here
Things have always been a little unorganized, but they switched office ladies and all down hill! She’s very rude and if you have any issues with your apartment it will not get looked. Apparently parking is so important there is literally signs all over the building no visits for over 2 hours and she Tow’s everyone. No swimming pool and roaches in the building Very over priced. I could go on and on high price to pay for someone who has nothing better to do then be parking police. I hope this saves someone from dealing with this hassle keep looking.

towards the end they will charge you all of the fees dont go here
I lived here for 3 years and after i left i clean the whole apartment, 2 months after i left i received a bill for $200 cleaning fee a fee that i didnt owe since i clean the apartment all the way. By the way i left early because the manager at the time ask me if i could because there was a person that needed to be there before the end of the month they treat me really bad towards the end nothing compare to the previews manager

Dirty
It is a dirty place with high rent i have a friend living their and not very happy. Kids are very destructive to the property
