Property Ratings at Riverwalk
It’s a great place to live with all the amenities included as well as the atmosphere and neighbors around the community. I am so happy to live here!
The building is nice. However, in the 1000 building, the elevator has been down for many monoths the and the one working does not feel safe. This does not leave many options for carrying large items since you will have to take some stairs either way.
It is really good with some minor difficulties. Overall however it has been a very positive experience. The room and facility is really nice and welcoming as well as a warm, kind community.
Loving Riverwalk so far! The staff is so friendly and helpful and Karen was an amazing guide. She was so caring and took time with me to really explain everything and made me so welcome.. she was a huge part of why I signed on as a resident! Thank you Karen for helping me with my fresh start! ??
I had a very smooth move in experience and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The complex is very clean and the location is awesome!
This is my first experience living in a building community. After owning 3 homes, and having been in 2 different type rental apartments, Riverwalk provides a much more personal experience than I expected. Because it is not brand new, there have been a couple of issues before and since I moved in a month ago. The office staff's responsiveness, (Ionna and Karen as well as new Kim) have been phenomenal. The maintenance workers fixed everything as requested while being super respectful, calls along the way, etc. I am so impressed and so happy to be in this community where management truly wants to make the living experience here as awesome and comfortable as possible. I LOVE the events they are having. I met a new friend at one of the 2 they had since I moved in and looking forward to the upcoming ones in December. Thank you.
Overall The Riverwalk is a very nice and beautiful community. We’ve made lots of friends since we moved in. I would highly recommend anyone coming here
Very good move im experience so far, other residents seem respectful and nice. The leasing office is very helpful. Great location, easy to walk to train stations and restaurants.
This place is okay. There has been instability in the management office, a steady rotation of new community mangers. I’ve lived here for almost one year and there have been three changes so far. There is general lack of confidence in the apartment complex. There is a lack of letting residents know of changes/repairs/updates which is frustrating. Grounds are dirty and need repair.
Where do I begin… I lived here for near 4 years. Back when I moved in 2020 through near early 2023 it was near perfect. The responsiveness from the staff to fix issues, the cleanness through out the complex, the accommodations they had were fantastic. The gym was clean/working, had la coloumbe coffee in the community room. Ever since Jones Street took over July 2023 there was a noticeable shift in the appearance of the place. I had ZERO mice until July 2023 then it was non stop. They were in my apartment, hallways. They kept saying it was because we are located near the river and a field, however that same river and field were there for YEARS so clearly the cleaning and pest control had stopped. I would have to call 3-5x and submit multiple maintenance requests before things would be addressed. Most of the time they don’t even contact back, you’ll see they entered your apartment to fix something. There was multiple times the maintenance crew entered my apartment without notifying ahead of time OR leaving a note stating someone was in my space. It’s such a shame the place went downhill because it’s in a beautiful spot. I had to call 5x and email 4x and threaten to sue them I finally received my security deposit back (not correct, they sent another check weeks later). I would highly advise not to live there as it was nonstop maintenance issues (broken AC, dishwasher) and mice.

The property is kept nicely for the most part. Building is nice but can be noisy at times. Overall a nice place to live with good management
A nice location but management is non existent and the turnover in the main office is contstant. Emails and calls continue to go unanswered and issues are never resolved. It's a shame because it was great here under previous management!

Thanks for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry your experience doesn’t match your expectations. Though severely understaffed, the team is working hard to address all concerns. We are pleased to announce new additions will be joining our team in the next few weeks and we look forward providing you a more positive experience.
I am a new resident and so far my experience has been very plesant. If someone see's me struggling with bins they hold the door etc. The building is also quiet which is an extra perk

Thanks for the great review! We are happy you are enjoying your new home and are happy to have you as a member of our community!
My apartment upon move-in was quite dirty and the furnace is in bad shape. The parking garage smells ungodly and the instructions I received upon arriving for move-in were subpar. I was basically thrown my keys and told to go figure out where my apartment was. Lastly, I requested that a friend who told me about the apartment be granted a referral bonus and it was ignored. Management is also bad at responding to emails. Overall, pretty rough start.

Fantastic experience so far. People at the office are very nice and answer all questions. They were willing to help at any time of day. Apartment was very clean and tidy during move in.
New management has taken over and are doing a good job so far. Resolved a lot of issues that prior management would not. Maintenance has been nice and attentive
Good apartment building. They are quick to address and maintenance items. Pool and gym are great amenities. Parking is sometimes hard to find if I get home from work after 7.
Love the apartment. Wasn’t able to see the unit before moving in but it is better than we thought it would be. We have a back door which is so convenient for our pup.
I have recently moved in - the property is conveniently located and has great amenities for the price. The staff have been helpful and responsive. Apartments are large and have all the features you’d want, including in unit laundry and a full kitchen.
Love it here at Riverwalk! I feel very safe and love that I can walk everywhere. The pool is a nice addition on these warmer days! And having a gym on site is great!
My roommate and I moved in a month ago to the Riverwalk apartments. Before moving in, we were on edge and seriously considering breaking our lease due to the lack of communication with the previous management. We arrived to our designated move-in day and nobody was there to onboard us nor answering any calls. However, we decided to show up the following day to move- in and the service was a complete 180 degree change. The Connecticut team from Jones Street supported through the entire move in process and remediated the concerns that my roommate and I had. Since then, Andre and Aaron have taken over in the leasing office and they are stellar! Any time there is a concern that arises they make it a priority to resolve it quickly and efficiently as possible. We had a lot of issues with our unit and even with the lack of maintenance staffing our concerns were fixed. I trust the new management to make positive change in the community and to actually take concerns to heart like they have been.
It has been great so far. The amenities are great. I use the gym all of the time. I cant wait for warmer weather so I can use the pool and bbq
The location of this apartment is great. Overall a decent apartment. The issues come when you need help from management or have a maintenance request. Eventually what you need gets fix but not for a few days even weeks. If you are looking for a place to live and nothing more than this is the place for you.
Management is fantastic! They’ve solved every issue and answered every question we’ve had pretty much immediately. At the office, I’ve never had to wait for anyone to see me, and they’re quick to help. Everyone is friendly and kind.
Overall i have had a pleasent experience. The apartment is fine and location is great. I find that maintenance requests can take awhile to be completed and frustrated that the garage door in building 2000 is still not working.
Nice update apartments. Parking is sometime tricky but if you can’t find a spot near your apartment they do have other lots. Management is alright.
Management has been in transition over the last 8 months and the residents have suffered from it. You do not get what you pay for here. If management can turn it around, it has potential but for now I would have low expectations for RW.
So far, so great! I am in love with my apartment. The high ceilings with the updated finishes has made it a joy to begin to decorate. My only complaint is I’ve been here a week and the garage door is yet to be fixed.
I moved into Riverwalk in 2022 when it was under former management and it was great. Since Jones Street has taken over the complex has become a disaster. My ac unit has broken several times and there is no staff on call on the weekends to fix. No response to repair requests, and a complete disregard for pets over heating in hot apts. In addition, all the amenities are broken or sub par, the fire pits do not work, there is no longer life guards on call, the gym is never cleaned and there are no sanitation wipes to clean the machines. The elevators have been "under repair" for 6 months to update meanwhile the one working elevator breaks ever other week. The garage is covered in trash and dead mice. With all this they still feel the need to charge "market rates" to try and compete with new complexes that are far nicer and better maintained.
Good apartment to live in. Great location in conshohocken. The pool and gym are great amenities. Apartments are well priced for the area. They are quick to respond to any requests or concerns
By far the worst place I have ever lived, yet the most expensive. Endless problems, horrible leasing management office, horrible communication, and disgustingly filthy dirty. $400 amenity fee at move-in, yet the only amenity available at the time of move-in was the gym. The remainder of amenity spaces are under renovation still or closed for the season (pool).
The lack of communication between the office, maintenance and tenant is unbelievable. I love my apartment, location and community but I feel as though the management needs to step up and act like they care about the people who are spending a lot of money to live here.
The last nine months living here has been worse than the last 4 years I've lived here as a tenant. The amenities don't work. We didn't have an elevator for over 9 months in Building 1000. There are mice in the trash rooms. No dog bags provided. Dog waste all over the property. The staff does not communicate with tenants when emergency situations happen. I would not recommend anyone move to this property.
Great community, but challenging to get in touch with management and overall communication. Apartment is clean and as described with spacious closets
Love the place. Close to the River. Great amenities and close to town. Staff is super friendly but not as responsive as the last team since the change in management. But a lot has happened that is out of their control. Having said this, responsiveness to a tenant’s and communities needs are a must for a healthy community I believe. Happy to be renewing my lease for 2024
This use to be a great place to live until new management took over and it has been a horrible place to live. My A/C unit was broken for over 3 months and was never fixed properly or given alternative options. In addition, there is now mice all over the apartment buildings. Find somewhere else to live.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend living here to anyone. This place has become such a disappointment and we regret choosing Riverwalk. We moved in December of 2022 based off recommendations from other residents, not knowing a new management company was taking over. From the very start, 9 of our 11 windows didn’t open and it took five months to fix, our AC was broken for 2 weeks in the middle of a heatwave, our dryer was broken for 6 weeks before it was replaced, I still have a shelf in our primary closet that collapsed over four weeks ago that hasn’t been fully repaired because they are “waiting on a part”, even though the last time they told us that there was no part even ordered. The fire pits haven’t worked since even before we moved in, half of the grills are broken and are never cleaned. The carpets in the hallways are majorly stained. The one elevator “in repair” has been broken for almost a year so anyone that is disabled has to climb steps to get to the working one. Trash room chutes are broken, there are mice seen in all of the buildings, the clubhouse and gym had a major flood so they are out of commission indefinitely. They were short staffed for months which has been an ongoing excuse for delays yet we are expected to pay our rent in full each month while getting a fraction of the service we pay for. Even with a full staff, nothing has changed. It takes weeks to months for any maintenance requests to be fulfilled and the management is full of broken promises. It takes so much time out of our days going back and forth over emails and phone calls to chase down maintenance and management for simple requests and repairs. Maintenance requests are closed out before they are fully repaired and we never get a response in a timely manner and are constantly following up with management. Even with all of these issues that are constantly voiced, they still want to charge us significantly more in a renewal, on top of now charging us for parking that we never had to pay for before. This is supposedly “luxury living” and this is very far from it unfortunately…
So far so good I love it here. The people in the staff have been very friendly and welcoming. My boyfriend and I are looking forward to being a part of the Riverwalk community.
We just moved in and so far our experience has been fantastic. The people and staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the area is an amazing and vibrant.
The previous property management & maintenance teams at least kept the property presentable. Once the new management company came in, they let the place go for too long and are now trying to play catch-up and it’s not working. We lived here for 3 years and had mice issues for 2 years (even on the 4th floor), parking was a pain, gross common areas. Maintenance was usually responsive, though they did damage our furniture one time. The new leasing office is friendly in person but never responds to emails. I would advice against living here.
Everyone I’ve met so far has been awesome! My only issue is the fact that I’ve submitted issues to the maintenance team and have heard nothing.
Very hard to get in contact and communicate with. There are times where nobody is answering the phone and unless you are in person, it is nearly impossible to talk to anyone
Responsive and great place to live. Pool is in great condition, other tenants are great and dogs are everywhere which is great for us because we have a dog
Did a great job answering questions regarding lease. It made the process a lot easier for my roommate and I. I was out of state so it was really important to have someone that emailed me and answered all the questions I had!
Staff is friendly, apartments are nice and up to date for the most part. However maintenance is hard to get in touch with at times and the management staff does not respond to inquiries efficiently enough. I’ve been emailing and visited the office since May about my high water bills and still nothing has been done.
I love living here!!! The staff and maintence is great and the amenedies are perfect for my roommate and I!!!! The apartments are new and updated and clean when we arrived
New management has severely devalued this property. The elevators in 2000 have been "under maintenance" for going on a year. The one working elevator is broken every other day. There are stained carpets everywhere, packages are just left all over the lobbies. The common areas no longer have cleaning wipes at the gym and the fire pits never work in addition to some of the grills not working. And still they try and increase rent and claim this is a luxury apartment. Now they want to have us pay for the lot parking that has always been free when there is barely any spots to begin with. I'd never recommend anyone move here under this new management.
Surprisingly so disappointed in my moving in process. I had such high expectations since I’ve only heard great things.. however, when I moved it I received no key. I literally am borrowing the agents key for the time being. There was no washer or dryer. The bath tub was disgusting, I won’t be able to get it glazed until five days after I moved in, at-least they changed the shower head. I even moved in a day after my lease started, so that means they had a whole day to do their own walk through to notice these problems. Thankfully most issues were resolved quickly, like getting me a washer and dryer, and changing the shower head within a few hours. I’m still waiting to get a key that opens my back door and mailbox. The place otherwise is brand new and looks very clean, but I was just completely blown away by these hiccups since they aren’t exactly minor. The agent I have been in contact with prior wasn’t here to give me my keys like he said he would, or answered my emails.
Love living at RiverWalk the area is so nice and the people around are so friendly. Everything is so convenient and there is so much to explore in Conshohocken.
We are so happy with our renovated apartment! While there have been some hiccups along the way, we are very happy to have a home at Riverwalk!
