Nice place. Been here for years. Management and staff are responsive and easy to deal with. Had a serious noise/disturbance situation with a difficult neighbor. Riverwalk management dealt with it systematically and effectively and corrected a challenging situation.

My experience overall is excellent. If I have an issue it's dealt with immediately. Everyone here does an amazing job. Lawrence and Blu in the office are wonderful. They are Johnny on the spot taking care of whatever my needs are or finding a solution. Our maintenance team, Ernesto, Tyler and I can't remember the other guys name, sorry, do a great job when we need them. And Caitlin does a superb job managing everyone overall. Our monthly gatherings are spectacular and our Christmas party this year was absolutely fantastic. They knocked it out of the park. It was so fun. Best turn out in the 4 years I've been here. So fun.

This is my last apartment before I buy my home, so I wanted it to be luxury enough for me and cost effective enough to get to my homebuyers goal. I’ve loved every minute of it. Fantastic amenities; the gym is top quality with great equipment (love the Peleton!), the coffee bar is a great touch, the pool area is great for myself and guests (bbq area, outside tv, music and lounge seats dipped in the pool). I have the studio as it is just me and it’s all that I need. Modern appliances, great washer and dryer, energy efficient utility bills, super cozy. Love this place. Friendly staff! 10 stars!

The neighborhood is lovely and safe. It is right along the bike path, which is very nice and also safe for riding a bike, running or enjoying a walk.

Moved in with no issues/complications. Shared space is lovely, clearly respected and well taken care of. The apartment itself was very clean. The neighborhood as a whole feels laid back and safe. Everybody seems very respectful and minds their own business, quiet atmosphere. Lots of dogs on walks in the friendly and safe neighborhood. Perfect for what I was looking for.

Great location, friendly staff and good environment. Lacking amenities but other than that a great complex! Pool could for sure be bigger especially taking into account the size of the complex. A hot ton would also be a nice addition, especially for the price of rent

Maintenance inside of building is terrible!!!! Carpets are unbelievably filthy!!!!! Walls & apartment doors need to be painted. We’re embarrassed when friends/family come to visit.

Riverwalk community is pleasant, convenient and veryserene. I enjoy walking all around the nearby Delta Pond trails. Management and staff have truly been excellent. I appreciate the secure unit and storage unit, and other amenities like bike storage room and EV charging stations.

The staff is pretty awesome, and the construction of the buildings seems to be done very well from what I can see, I do see buildings for a living. The area is perfect for taking advantage of the bike trails and shopping mall. Great place.

I like the apartment complex overall, close to main road yet quiet because of the noise-absorbing materials used in construction. Quiet neighbors, reserved parking, and pet-friendly community, love them all.

Riverwalk has been really great so far after moving in. The staff have been really helpful and friendly. The apartments are clean and feel secure. The community also seems very friendly. I am most excited to try to go to a community event to meet my neighbors!

Apartments are decent, neighbors are fairly quiet, very dog friendly, decent space provided but still overpriced. Lack of counter space/kitchen storage is a struggle too.

I love my Riverwalk community. Have great neighbors and friends here. The management and staff here are amazing. Candace, our manager, is always trying to do things to engage the community. She's kind, incredibly sweet and it seems to me that she's always striving to make us better and better. She manages this place with grace and ease and can handle whatever you bring her. I just love her. JD is top notch and oh my gosh we adore him. He always gets things done so quickly, with a huge smile and a great attitude. Brian and Tyler are new to us but are doing great, are very friendly and we like them very much. All three of them are constantly running around working and that's food to see. Tishelle is a sweetheart in the office and I've enjoyed getting to know her. Becca is new to us and I'm enjoying getting to know her as well. She and Tishelle always have nice bright faces when I walk in the door. Such sweet girls. This is a great place to live!

So starting off, Riverwalk staff are incredibly helpful and I have had great experiences every time I worked with both the folks at the desk and with the people in the maintenance department! They make sure your needs are met and do everything in their power to help you out! This review is mostly for some of the new stuff that is being implemented above them or facilities desperately in need of renovations. The call box out front is a joke in that the system is tied into landlines in the apartment (Who even uses those anymore) They don’t actually call anyone and while my name is in the box, it does nothing to actually let me let people in. The other issue is the parking that is being implemented. Parking should just be included in the rent that we are already paying. Adding on the additional charges feels like we are being nickeled and dimed and it should just be included in rent just like it has been. Paying for spaces should mean that there is some actual security implemented, whereas there was broken glass in the lot from a break in that happened right next to my car. Now I’m being charged for that space but there isn’t any actual benefit being added to warrant that charge. Again the folks working here are great, but some of the decisions made higher up could use some work. It’s clear that the office staff’s hands are tied.

The office staff wasted my time asking for documents they had already been sent over and over. When I moved in, I found that the oven wasn’t working and maintenance took over two weeks before ordering the parts. The apartment was poorly insulated and the kitchen and bathrooms had multiple stains including one on the toilet that made guest’s uncomfortable. The gym had some nice equipment, but when I was using it I was approached by someone claiming to be another resident aggressively pushing a pyramid scheme. I enjoyed being located next to the river.

I moved into the Rivewalk Apartments while I had my new house built as it was literally the only option when my house sold. Upon move-in my apartment was filthy, with drug paraphrenia in the cupboards. The smell in my apartment never left in the 6 months I stayed there, even with having professional cleaners come in and clean it after I moved in. The kitchen design is small and unfunctional for someone who enjoys to cook. There is no pantry, and the three drawers in the kitchen are about 5-1/2" wide; no silverware drawer. The bedroom gets very stuffy, it does not get any of the cool air from the living room furnace. And if you open the slider, it is very noisy from neighbors and/or traffic. Upon entry of the building their is a very "funky" smell; every one of my guests commented on it without my prompting. Parking is very tight. If you have full size cars or trucks, be prepared for a lot of door dings as no one is considerate of others property. The kicker is trying to stop by the office to ask questions; if you are lucky enough to get someone they are new and unable to answer your questions. If you call and leave a voicemail, you will not get a return call. I've been trying to schedule my moveout walk through for over a week and still have not connected with a staff member.

The management & staff is what makes this a community. They work very hard, are always (genuinely) pleasant. Management is available and responsive. Staff is timely and does great work.

Lived here for over 5 years--mainly for the location, upkeep and overall organization. Amenities are good, staff is responsive. Latest on-site property mgt has been working very hard to maintain community standards, and it's beginning to show.

Save your time and money GO Somewhere else. My car was broken into a week after moving here they ruined my soft top on my Jeep. No cameras outside just inside of buildings.

Riverwalk is an outstanding property with caring staff that works hard to keep the property in good condition and make the residents happy. In my experience, they strive to repair and address issues I have in a timely manner with a great attitude which I truly appreciate. If I see them out and about they are very friendly and always go out of their way to say hello to me and my dog. George and JD are so friendly and my furbaby Bella goes crazy when she sees them and loves them to the moon! That just says so much. And I know that Candace is busy but she always takes the time to say hello and be sure my needs are met and that I'm happy here. All of the staff has been incredible! I couldn't be happier!

Management Staff is terrible, the apartments themselves are on the down slide from when they where built. The newer "younger" tenants treat the place more like a Frat House then an Apartment complex, throwing their garbage everywhere, parking in such a way taking up more space than they need, we have some living in their vehicles at the far end of the complex, management doesn't do anything and recently sent out a notice a couple of months ago about people putting stuff out on their patio areas and then never followed up but sending me a 24 hour NOTICE of ENTRY on thanksgiving day because I after I got the notice I called and asked if they could do the inspection on the 29th or 30th because I was off from work and they never even responded to my message

We strive to return every call we receive. We will also be doing the second round of patio inspections soon. I love this new apartment the space is big enough for a family of one child and a dog. The building is clean and well maintained. Safe location.
