Property Ratings at Riverwatch Towers
I’ve lived here for a year and I found a unit within 3 days with Robbins help. She is the best property manager, and will be there to help with all your needs great place to live for my first time on my own! Very clean and organized atmosphere as well! Great for students on OSU campus.
It is very convenient for a student at Ohio State. I am right there next to campus at all times and never really have more than a 15 minute walk to any of my classes. It is pretty nice inside as well and has everything that I would need.
I have lived here for 6 years now, and overall it has been great. The location is convenient to get to anywhere at OSU, but especially north campus. Management is very helpful; any issue I have had was resolved quickly and easily. (They switched management ~5 years ago, so any reviews older than that are not relevant to current management.) The apartments and mostly individually owned, so some have been updated/renovated and some have not. I would highly recommend
The management team in the office are so helpful. If you are looking for a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom ask for Amber. The application process is easy. You will find that Amber will help you pick out the best condo per your budget. I love the unit P33. The owner is very kind and helpful.
Riverwatch is a five minute walk to the business school or Ohio Stadium. It has awesome tailgating on game days (but no tailgaters in the building). The staff is as helpful as they can be and get things done quickly. Our apartment was clean and furnished when we moved in, and everything worked well except one air conditioning unit (which they relplaced that day before we had finished moving in). Overall, a good place to live
I have lived at Riverwatch for two years, here are my opinions: PROS -it is located very close to campus (especially the Fisher) -parking price is relatively low vs. on campus parking (parking lot style so you don't have to deal with street parking) -rooms are pretty spacious -most come furnished -feels safe (security guard always available, key fobs needed to enter building) -close to freeways -all utilities except electricity are included CONS -office personnel are not helpful & seem genuinely annoyed at all times -during football season you have to move your car every home game - it is EXPENSIVE $$$$$$ -the hallways smell disgusting (still have not figured this one out) -apartments are pretty ugly (the outside looks like a dungeon, the insides look like the cheapest hotel you've ever been to) All in all, it's a step up from dorm room living and I have rationalized the outrageous price for convenience of location. I would recommend it to an OSU student, but if you do not need to be near campus, it is probably not the right choice for you.
