Lots of space; Friendly neighborhood/community
If you are looking for a rental that has the feel of a condo or duplex, this is definitely it. The multi-level set up makes the apartment feel much more like a home than an apartment complex. The two-car garage is very spacious and has a nice storage nook as well. Dark wood floors, granite counters, and stainless appliances on the main floor look very sleek and modern. The half bath on the main floor is nice plus as well. The upstairs bedrooms have 2 closets for added storage which is handy, and each has an attached bathroom. The main-floor balcony is spacious and adds nice light. The group of apartment buildings feels very much like a community, with garden plots available for use and landscaped walkways that add curb-appeal. The neighborhood is still downtown but in a more quiet area where everyone is very friendly and there are a lot of restaurants and things to do within walking distance.
