I have lived there for 3 years but moving due to work location. Sue and Sarah are amazing in the office and the maintenance team have been quick and helpful. Newly renovated kitchen and bathroom was a nice addition while living there. Good location if you’re looking to be on the south end of Crestview.

I'm beyond happy I found Riverwood Apts. After months & months of searching, Sarah at Riverwood Apts. in Crestview, FL is the ONLY one that was kind & called when availability opened it. Sarah & Sue are the sweetest ladies ever. I love all the little touches they do for us. I have never received a Valentine before living in an apt complex. It's the little things! They are the best!

My time at Riverwood was wonderful! The staff is super friendly and always helpful in a timely manner. I enjoyed the community parties and free food. The pool was an added bonus and wonderful to use in the summer. Easy commute to any AFB, and the beaches only 30 minutes away during off season. I highly recommend them. It was also very quiet, and had no problems at all.

I love this place. Sue and Sarah in the office are always helpful. The Property is really well maintained. These people go out of their way to be helpful. My apartment was recently updated and it looks great.
