IF I CAN GIVE THEM A 0 stars I would.! Hey you guys to any one who's looking for some where to stay DO NOT STAY HERE ! I am on month 3 of me being a new resident here and have been having problems since day 3. First I had a stove with only the oven working and one burner working 2nd I have a toilet that works when it wants(imagine a sewer coming on randomly). The heat works when it wants I mean I can go on and on about the problems I am encountering. It's so sad cause when I came to view the apartment and I took a look at everything and went to see if everything work it seemed fine until I actually moved in and this has been a nightmare. If you have a toddler like me please don't put your self through the headache and pain of moving here because your heat will not work how it is supposed to. I have came to the point where communicating with the leasing office has gotten me no where so now I have to take matters up a notch literally. Nobody wants to go through problem after problem after problem and this apartment complex will take you through that.to keep having to pay went some where and nothing works is outrageous I mean mind blowing! I only keep looking at things like I'm blessed to have a roof over my head but man I can have a roof over my head any where but here where the heat and stove and everything else actually works. You guys see how many stars they have you reading all the reviews and getting signs of red flags please follow them and not apply here. I have 9 more months and I wish I can just break the lease.

The management is a joke all they care about is renting you in the apartments. Building is dirty, so they don't care about you and/or COVID. They have a joke of a 2-3 person maintenance crew. They enter your apartment without your permission. They take months to complete work orders. The elevators are down in each building at least twice a month and it takes weeks for them to fix. The washer and dryers needs to be fixed at least twice a week. They have no security. The cameras do not work. People come over and come violate your cars. Not a safe place for the elderly, disable or single woman and her kids. Actually not safe for anybody, because they do not care. All they care about is your rent being paid.

Very friendly and efficient staff at helping me in my process of relocating. I had a few bumps and pop-ups but rest assured that my leasing agent did in fact straightened everything out.

there is no service at all form maintenance and manager doesn’t care about anything , do not wasting your money for this apartment, in our building everyone have a problem but they keep trying to contact with office but no one help at all.

In my time living there I began g trying roaches I complained for three months and they kept coming with spray. The manager wouldn’t let us get money off our rent.! We had to call city of Lansing they did nothing. It cane to the point were we were seeing pests as we walked in the building crawling on the walls. It was the worst experience of my life .

I moved in earlier this month and it has been great. The apartment was very clean and had no major issues the day of move in. I did have two minor things happen with the unit in the first week and the maintenance was out at my apartment the next day to fix everything! The office staff is wonderful, Jonni was my leasing agent and was very professional and helpful throughout the move in process. I had one emergency happen at night and the maintenance was in my unit about 20 minutes later. I am an older women and cannot wait to continue making my apartment my forever home!

Going on our second year and we love it here. The staff is sweet and very helpful. Taylor was the best, she walked us through it every step of the way. If something was wrong or misplaced she fixed it right away.

I can see how everyone is trying to fix the property and make it look and feel nice to live here. I love this property / staff and have only lived here for about 8 months. I cannot wait to sign a new lease and continue my life with my two kids and wife here!

I’ve never had roaches in my life until moving here! The rent here is way too expensive to be dealing with roaches, mice, filthy back hallways, garbage smelling hallways, it’s just disgusting! I cannot wait to move! No utilities are paid for and they’re always putting notices on your door telling you what you can and can’t have on your balcony and other petty things. I hate this place truly. I’ve been here a few months and just counting down the days until this lease is up! If you like roaches and mice this is definitely the place for you!

This building is horribly kept.The elevator broke down twice in less than a year Not to mention the hall ways are suppose to be renovated the carpeting been removed for over 2 months nothing done.The halls smell like garbage.Roach problem.All of this money and paying all utilities for this dump.

I love it here! I am in an updated building with vaulted ceiling! This apartment is sick! I did have some problems when i first moved here i did have some problems with rodents, but the management team stepped up and had the pest control company out to my apartment in days and i have not had any problems since! The ladies in the office are super nice and always look happy to see me! I would recommend Riverwood to everyone i know!

I have lived here for about a year and a half now. I have seen many changes that i did not agree with at first, but now see why they did it and love it! They have brought in a towing system so i always have parking in front of my building. The girls in the office are very professional and always get the tasks done in a timely manner that fit my schedule!

I've lived here for several years. Now I'm going to move . It was bought about a year ago and things have gone from very good to TERRIBLE. A good friend of mine lives in another building and she has complained - even I complained for her there are not any locks on the outside doors. They have been without basic security of these doors for months. In my building 3700 they used to have a cleaning crew but now it is only 1 person responsible for cleaning all the building so there is a layer of filth that continues. This place over the past year or so have lost a lot of long time residents. They don't care. I used to recommend people to live here but no more. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The rent keeps going up too without any added benefits.

I stay in building 3648 the buildings only gets cleaned once a week now. You can never speak to the complex manger oh by the way if you don't keep your rent receipts as proof they will place a letter on your door saying that you owe them money. Here comes the best part hallways smells like garbage and dog, and now I see more pit bull breeds here (small dogs only yeah right)the girls that answer the phones are rude the hallways are dirty and so on and so on please avoid this place!!! The new management has ran it down but thanks for the new gate and locking up the other entry ways to the parking lot idiots

I truly Enjoy living in Riverwood Apartment Homes. the community is well kept and tenants safety is a priority. This is a great place to be!

I have lived here since I was 10 years old so I know a few things about these apartments. We have to pay for the water bill now, which is something new that they added. But it's worth it. The buildings are under new contract and the complex is becoming gated. The maintenance crew is kind and gets to you right away if anything goes wrong. With a pool and lots of children around it is great for families, but no worries for the seniors or those who want peace and quiet because there are designated curfews and quiet hours so that you can still have peace.
