Riverwood apartments have to be the best place to live in Wilmington, the place is so welcoming, nice and clean I felt like I was on vacation after moving in. residents are very friendly,very close to shopping ,medical facilities,art museum .only drawback is low flow water which can lead to toilet issues

I moved into Riverwood Apartments last year and have been happy with the apartment layout, community cleanliness and attractiveness.
